The measurement of node importance in complex networks and the influence maximization problem are hot issues in the field of network science in recent years. At present, node importance can usually be measured by degree index, betweenness index, tightness index, etc. In addition, K-shell, PageRank, eigenvector centrality and other indicators can also be used to evaluate node importance. However, these evaluation indicators have their own limitations. Based on K-shell, this paper proposes a heuristic algorithm - KDP algorithm, which not only combines the diversity of the distribution of adjacent nodes, but also takes into account the importance of its neighbor nodes. In this paper, the independent cascade model is used to carry out the simulation experiment of node influence on multiple real complex networks. The experiment proves that KDP index can measure the propagation ability of nodes more accurately and has good time efficiency compared with other node importance evaluation indexes. © 2021 IEEE.

In view of the difficult calculation and complex construction procedures in the large-area complex foundation treatment plan, based on actual engineering projects, the BIM application plan of foundation treatment in the whole life cycle of design and construction is studied. The article first visualizes the drilling data of geological survey in three dimensions. Then, on this basis, we use the Kriging algorithm to interpolate and fit the three-dimensional geological layer data with the borehole data as the sample data. The results of the experiment show that the three-dimensional model of geological bodies constructed by BIM technology can directly express the distribution of geological layers. This method realizes the information exchange between the BIM model and the numerical simulation software, and improves the accuracy of the calculation results. © 2021 Institute of Physics Publishing. Multiplication is one of the most common operations used in any program. Program working on massively large data always requires high computation power. In the age of big data, conventional general-purpose CPU based on Von Neumann architecture is no longer enough to satisfy high computation demand. Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) can perform hardware acceleration of any program. Since multiplier is the slowest component in any hardware accelerator, thus faster and re-configurable multiplier which can handle integers of any size must be implemented on FPGA. In this paper, we implemented both synchronous and asynchronous radix-2 booth multiplier using Verilog HDL on a Xilinx FPGA. We found that simulation time of asynchronous radix-2 booth multiplier is faster than synchronous radix-2 booth multiplier but synchronous radix-2 booth multiplier consumes fewer resources than asynchronous radix-2 booth multiplier. © 2021 IEEE.

When the transactional memory system detects conflicts, the more read-write addresses are, the higher the false positive rate of this algorithm is. This paper studies the problem and proposes a new signature based optimization algorithm, adaptive increase signature algorithm (AISA). The algorithm can calculate the saturation value of the number of read-write addresses, and dynamically adjust the size of bit string through the calculated saturation value, thus greatly reducing the false positive rate. The experimental results show that AISA can control the false positive rate at a low level on the basis of considering the space cost, and its effect is almost the same as that of 6 times of space, which will improve the performance of transactional memory system greatly. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In the past decades, drug target prediction has attracted a lot of scholars' attention, and many classic algorithms and models have also been *** study from machine learning algorithms and construct a heterogeneous network of drug targets through data processing of biological networks. We construct a drug-drug-like network, a drug-target similar network, and a target-target similar network, and then integrate the above three networks into one heterogeneous network, and select two meta-paths in the heterogeneous network "drug-drugtarget" path and the "drug-target-target" path, the normalized HeteSim scores for both paths were calculated, and the HeteSim scores for the two paths were integrated to obtain the final *** drug-target interaction score（HDTAeteSim） is calculated based on different paths in heterogeneous networks,and the algorithm is applied to drug and target prediction. In addition, the AUC（area under the ROC curve） of the HDTAeteSim model in the leave-one-out cross-validation has a value of 0.9540, which achieves reliable prediction performance. We also used the DT-Hybrid method and the HDTAeteSim method to separately analyze the bromocriptine drug predictions, and found that our algorithm are more efficiency.

In cloud computing technology the security issues are the major challenges. To meet the security issues in the cloud, the data-centric networks have been developed with software defined networks for the next generation technology. A novel framework has been proposed to accomplish the challenges of cloud security. The usage of mathematical approach namely novel dominant game strategy in software defined networks solves the problem of security issues in the cloud computing technology. The framework defines an enhanced version of intrusion detection and prevention system and provides the high security for the deployment of cloud services. The algorithms were tested over 25 test beds with various numbers of nodes in the cloud simulation and arrived with the best result of 90% efficiency in network services through the cloud. When this system is compared with a lexicographic game algorithm, efficiency in utility of cloud services during the peak hour is very poor. The novel framework along with the dominant game strategy in software defined networks, overcomes the difficulties faced by the fuzzy logic and lexicographic game and thus enhances the efficiency of the network services through software defined networks. © 2021 IEEE.

In the development of e-commerce, Haiquan data gradually exerts its commercial value. Whether this value can be fully mined depends on the way of data mining and data utilization. Aiming at the background of massive big data demand, a personalized recommendation engine model based on collaborative filtering and content-based combined recommendation algorithms is proposed, and hot recommendation based on text similarity is tentatively incorporated. This model is proposed for the problems faced by big data recommendation. It includes two main modules: offline data calculation and online recommendation. Finally, a simulation experiment was carried out through the real data set of a certain domestic e-commerce and the Movie Lens data set to demonstrate the rationality of the improvement. © 2021 ACM.

In recent years, many Chinese construction enterprises began to use building information modeling technology (hereinafter referred to as BIM). This is a global trend designed to maximize automation and speed up the design process and document approval. This paper presents the key advantages of the BIM approach and discusses the possibility of using digital building models for wind load simulation (the automation of this process) to expand the "profit margin". At present, it is possible to automate application-based wind impact analysis methods. Possible application scenarios are listed and the advantages of wind load automatic assembly are described. At the same time, a possible method for load analysis in BIM design process is proposed. © 2021 Institute of Physics Publishing. All rights reserved.

This paper proposes a new method of automatic driving. First of all, A∗ algorithm is used to determine the next step forward direction of the automatic vehicle. At the same time, ResNet network and SSD network improved by focal loss are used to avoid right lights and obstacles respectively. ResNet network is used to detect whether there is a red light in front. The SSD network improved by focal loss is used to detect whether there is an obstacle in front of the vehicle and judge whether the obstacle can affect the vehicle forward. The judgment results of the two networks are combined to decide whether the vehicle stops or not. This paper will be tested in the simulation environment, and accuracy of the combination of ResNet network and SSD network is 77.2%. © 2021 IEEE.
