In the development of e-commerce, Haiquan data gradually exerts its commercial value. Whether this value can be fully mined depends on the way of data mining and data utilization. Aiming at the background of massive big data demand, a personalized recommendation engine model based on collaborative filtering and content-based combined recommendation algorithms is proposed, and hot recommendation based on text similarity is tentatively incorporated. This model is proposed for the problems faced by big data recommendation. It includes two main modules: offline data calculation and online recommendation. Finally, a simulation experiment was carried out through the real data set of a certain domestic e-commerce and the Movie Lens data set to demonstrate the rationality of the improvement.

Due to the positive influence on students’ learning outcomes, the interests of studying effective knowledge management has been risen recently. Developing and implementing effective strategies ensures to promote learning outcomes. By reviewing and examining various influence factors, this research study has predicted the major factors that may influence of learning outcomes in blended learning environment. A series of simulation experiments and factor analyses have been conducted in order to investigate collaboration during group learning process. The simulation model for blended learning environment employed in this research has drawn on the characteristics of the Structural Equation Model (SEM) of the blended learning process of 128 students. Both randomness of those student learning behaviors and the reaction to information overload have been considered during simulation modeling. The simulation model enables for greatly increasing statistical samples of student learning behavior analysis. Besides, this research has studied the impact of multiple factors to blended learning mode, these factors include: the size of learning group, the group composition according to previous performance, teaching material amount, and the teacher influence. Experimental results predict that the factors mentioned above can enhance collaborative interaction among students during writing and reading activity. The research results of the optimization restriction factors for blended learning environment achieved in this study can be useful reference for a teacher who are facing the similar challenges. The results of this paper can also be used to reveal and eliminate the problem of inefficient collaboration and poor student performance in blended learning environment. With the continuous expansion of network on chip scale, the traditional wired connection mode will cause a significant increase in the wiring complexity and network communication delay. The reasonable use of on-chip micro antenna makes wireless communication between nodes in the on-chip network possible. Wireless communication greatly improves the packet transmission efficiency and reduces the transmission delay and power consumption. Therefore, a novel hybrid wireless network on chip architecture is proposed. And through this architecture, we can realize a novel routing algorithm - the maximum three hops routing algorithm. The simulation results show that Compared with the classical routing algorithms such as XYZ (XY), West first and North last, the proposed method has remarkable effect in average routing hops, network delay and power consumption.

Aiming at the problems of non-linear physical exercise, difficult predictive model identification control and difficult control target, this paper presents an algorithm of non-linear identification control for physical exercise, establishes a control system of non-linear identification control for physical exercise, and simulates it with MATLAB. The simulation results show that the identification ability of physical exercise is strong, the requirements of improving the quality of physical exercise, the control ability and anti-interference ability are increased.

Aiming at the large range and depth of toppling and cracked deformation occurred in a typical toppling slope during the excavation in Miaowei hydropower station on the Lancang River, through geological survey, the classification standard system for toppling deformation rock has been established based on the main characteristic indexes of rock mass, and the mechanism of the toppling and tensile deformation of the slope at Miaowei is revealed. Comprehensive rescue reinforcement measures were implemented to control the development of deformation and to maintained the stability of the slope, which included prestressed anchorage and systematic drainage. Numerical simulation was implemented to predict the deformation and guide the reinforcement. The numerical and monitoring results both show that the deformation has been effectively controlled and the slope is already in a stable state with the completion of reinforcement measures. The study on the deformation mechanism and the successful practice of treatment of typical toppling slope in Miaowei hydropower station provide a constructive reference for similar complicated slopes. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Multi-Agent System (MAS) is an important branch of artificial intelligence research. This study uses the bottom-up characteristics of multi-agents to construct multi-agent simulation models for Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) virus prevention and control based on different age groups. The development of the epidemic and the infection of residents of all ages under different prevention and control measures issued by the government were studied. The simulation results proved that the multi-agent modeling method could effectively capture the emergence of complex systems. Its experimental conclusions provided a basis for predicting the development of the epidemic and provide scientific support for government decision-making.

At present, the research on the safety risk of prefabricated construction mostly regards the risk factors as independent points, and there is little research on the interaction between the risk factors. Firstly, this paper identifies and classifies the safety risk factors of prefabricated building construction from the two-dimensional perspective of safety risk dimension and safety accident, and establishes the 1-model network of the relationship between construction safety risk factors and the 2-model network model of construction safety risk and safety accident by using social network analysis (SNA); Secondly, combined with 1-mode network block model analysis, overall network density analysis and 2-mode network centrality analysis, the core risk factors are identified, the key relationship of security risk is obtained by analyzing the middle centrality of 1-mode network line, and the Countermeasures for the core risk and key relationship are further put forward; Finally, combined with computer simulation technology, the effect of risk control is tested. According to the computer modeling and simulation technology, the results show that controlling the core risk factors and blocking the transmission of key risk relationships can reduce the complexity of the whole risk network. This model can effectively improve the safety degree of prefabricated construction project and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.

Energy efficiency has gained great attention recently for its economic values, requirements of green industry, and high-performance of smart systems. Compared to cloud computing, newly evolved fog computing is still in its infancy. Over the past few years, the fog computing concept, architecture, fog nodes definition, services broker algorithm, low-latency characteristics have been intensively studied; however, the literature about the energy consumption of fog computing is still rather limited. In this paper, we propose a fog computing based Smart Traffic Lights System architecture, and then study fog computing energy consumption by comparing it with cloud computing. Apart from the most literature which was built on theoretical analysis and/or experiments under limited settings, we conduct dynamic modeling and perform the simulation with the iFogSim simulator. Our results show that fog computing does save energy when compared to cloud computing under various considerations.

Object detection has a prominent role in image recognition and identification. Emerging use of neural networks approaches toward image processing, classification and detection for increasing amount of complex datasets. With the collection of large amounts of data, faster and more efficient GPUs and better algorithms, computers can be trained conveniently to detect and classify multiple objects within an image with high accuracy. Single-shot detector-MobileNet (SSD) is predominantly used as it is a gateway to other tasks/problems such as delineating the object boundaries, classifying/categorizing the object, identifying sub-objects, tracking and estimating object’s parameters and reconstructing the object. This research demonstrates an approach to train convolutional neural network (CNN) based on multiclass as well as single-class object detection classifiers and then utilize the model to an Android device. SSD achieves a good balance between speed and certainty. SSD runs a convolution network on the image which is fed into the system only once and produces a feature map. SSD on MobileNet has the highest mAP among the models targeted for real-time processing. This algorithm includes SSD architecture and MobileNets for faster process and greater detection ratio. © Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd 2021.

In this work, we introduce the Maze Dash puzzle as an exploration problem where the agent must find a Hamiltonian Path visiting all the cells with a minimum number of turnings for most cases. We also discuss the real-world application of the problem, such as 8 ball billiards and Snooker games. We investigate different methods by a focus on Monte-Carlo Tree Search (MCTS) and SAT to get an overview of which class of solutions solves the puzzle quickly and accurately. Also, we perform optimization to the proposed MCTS algorithm to prune the tree search. Also, since the prefabricated test cases of this puzzle are not large enough to assay the proposed method, we employ a technique to generate solvable test cases to evaluate the approaches. Eventually, our comparison indicates that the MCTS-based approach is an up-And-coming method that could cope with the test cases with small and medium sizes with faster run-Time than SAT. However, for specific discussed reasons, including the features of the problem, tree search organization, and also the approach of MCTS in the simulation step, MCTS takes more time to execute in large size scenarios. Our results can be employed to choose a proper approach to create an AI to solve the Maze Dash, 8 ball billiards, and Snooker games. © 2021 ACM.
