Today, with the arrival of informatization, the application of education informatization in the field of education and teaching and the management process is being gradually deepened. The application mode has effectively promoted the profound reform of education mode, teaching methods and learning mode. The main content of the construction of higher education informatization and experimental teaching demonstration center is to establish a virtual simulation experimental teaching center, which has had a positive and important impact on the improvement of higher education quality and the deepening of experimental teaching reform. Virtual simulation technology uses a variety of emerging science and technologies to make otherwise challenging and dangerous experiments simple. The defects of machine learning prediction technology can be more comprehensive and automatic learning model to find the defects in software has become the main method of defect prediction, selection and study of algorithm is the key to improve the accuracy and efficiency of machine learning. Comparing different machine learning defect prediction methods reveals that the algorithms have different advantages in different evaluation indicators, the use of these advantages and combining the stacking ensemble learning method in machine learning is put forward different prediction algorithm of prediction results. As software metrics and again the prediction model of software defect prediction combined machine learning algorithm is based on the experiment with the model of Eclipse, the data sets show the effectiveness of the model. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

With the continuous development of computer technology and the expansion of network scale, intrusion has become more and more serious threats to the security of computer systems and networks. An intrusion is an unauthorized and deliberate attempt to access information, tamper with it, and make the system unreliable or unusable. For illegal intrusion behavior, we propose an unsupervised anomaly detection method, which combines clustering analysis method with intrusion detection technology, and uses K-Means algorithm to cluster unlabeled data, so as to provide as pure normal behavior data as possible for establishing normal behavior model. In the process of modeling, a new normal behavior modeling algorithm based on hyperrectangle is proposed, which is helpful to detect intrusion behaviors quickly and accurately. Experiments on KDDcup99 dataset show that this method can effectively detect intrusion behaviors in network data, with high detection rate and low false detection rate. © VDE VERLAG GMBH - Berlin - Offenbach.

In the face of the limited communication and computing capacity of UAV network in complex environment, in order to improve the operating efficiency of UAV cluster information security algorithm, this paper proposes a spatial optimization information security algorithm for Public Key Cryptography (RSA). Firstly, the UAV location and cluster space optimization algorithm (CA-PSO) is used to obtain the UAV location. Secondly, the optimal particle of UAV swarm is found through spatial optimization. Then the optimal particle is loaded with the UAV Cluster Information Security Optimization algorithm (RSA-UAV). Finally, the UAV network simulation process is given. Through algorithm simulation and performance analysis, it is found that the positioning accuracy and convergence of the loaded information security algorithm are better after the improved algorithm space optimization. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Visible light communication (VLC) relies heavily on the line of sight (LoS). Once the LoS link is blocked, the communication efficiency will be greatly reduced. The indoor environment is complex, and it is inevitable that the LoS link will be blocked. In order to solve such problem, we have integrated the reconfigurable intelligence surface (RIS) into the indoor visible light positioning (VLP) system to enhance the positioning accuracy when the LoS link is blocked. We have proposed a sparse Bayesian learning (SBL)-Based algorithm to solve the formulated joint-optimization problem of estimated position, noise variance, and sparsity. This algorithm uses Bayesian reconstruction theory and conditional probability expressions to calculate the mean and covariance matrix of the formula, and further obtain the updated noise variance value and sparsity value, thereby finally attain the accurate position. From the simulation results, the positioning accuracy can reach 0.41m when the cascade channel length is 10m. © 2023 IEEE.

InfiniBand interconnect network is widely used in parallel computing. Network adapter (HCA) is one of the necessary hardware components for architecture deployment. With the expansion of nodes in parallel computing system, InfiniBand network may have higher performance requirements. However, the current InfiniBand network uses deterministic routing, and adaptive routing can be introduced to meet higher requirements. Because the original InfiniBand protocol is strictly sequence-preserving, adding adaptive routes to the network improves performance but requires out-of-order rearrangement of network cards, which requires a certain cache capability. In this paper, the function extension of InfiniBand protocol is designed to realize the adaptive function and complete the modeling and simulation. Two indexes related to out-of-order are also designed in this paper, and the direct influence of adaptive routing on packet out-of-order and network adapter buffer depth is studied from many aspects. Through the simulation of the above system, the experimental result of All-to-All communication between model nodes shows that under the Greedy and RoundRobin adaptive port selection algorithms, the buffer depth required by the network card is 61 and 62 2KB of packet space, respectively. This provides an estimate of the buffer that the network card needs to handle out-of-order packets. © 2024 SPIE.

Traditional network measurement methods can't obtain fine-grained real-time network state information, and traditional network devices are not programmable. Therefore, in order to realize network-wide detection, it is necessary to design a high-level mechanism to configure multiple INT (in-band network telemetry) detection paths. In order to solve the above problems, this paper studies the INT detection path configuration strategy based on adaptive algorithm and P4. In this paper, an optimal detection path configuration algorithm is proposed. In the IP layer, an adaptive algorithm is proposed to predict the traffic trend and adjust the Sel-INT (selective INT) sampling rate. At the same time, in the EON (elastic optical network) layer, the out-of-band optical link polling is decided by using INT, and P4 is used to check the consistency of data plane forwarding behavior. The research results show that, when the number of switching nodes on the forwarding path is the same, the single-path verification time of P4 in different network topologies is basically the same, and the error range is less than 3%. For a given topology diagram, the more vertices in the set. Therefore, correspondingly, the algorithm execution time has a certain decline. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the INT detection path configuration strategy, and they all have a certain guiding role in the actual deployment. © 2023 SPIE.

For the case of imperfect channel state information (CSI) in the downlink multi-carrier non-orthogonal multiple access (MC-NOMA) scenario, we propose a dynamic resource allocation method, which is committed to maximizing the sum rate of users in the NOMA scenario and maximizing the efficiency of the NOMA system performance. We decompose the combinatorial optimization problem, and first derive the closed-form of power allocation under one single subchannel. According to this result, we use a deep reinforcement learning (DRL) method to solve the exhaustive problem of user pairing, and propose a user pairing algorithm. simulation results show that our method is more efficient and accurate than traditional methods. © 2023 SPIE.

The paper aims at the problem of coverage hole affecting network service quality in WSN, a Coverage Hole Repair algorithm based on Vertical Bisection (CHRAVB) is proposed. Three principles for selecting optimal driving node are constructed and the location of optimal target repair is determined based on vertical bisection method. simulation experiment results indicate that the CHRAVB algorithm achieves the low redundancy and the complete repair of coverage holes with a few mobile nodes. © 2022 SPIE.

The high-pressure fuel system is an important part of the transmitter. In its working process, the oil enters or sprays out, which will cause pressure changes. The pressure in the high-pressure oil pipe is basically stable at about 100MPa, and the density pressure formula is specially corrected. The correction value is +0.018 through the weighted average. The classic PID control algorithm is used to easily realize the control process of voltage stabilization from 100MPa to 150MPa. This paper establishes three models, namely, the high-pressure oil pump model, the fuel injector model and the decompression model. The MATLAB simulation software is used to display the results, and the fuel pressure and quality in the high-pressure oil pipe are used to connect the three models. The parallel operation method reduces the overall operation workload of the system, with good robustness and good scalability. © 2023 SPIE.
