An improved ant colony algorithm is proposed to address the shortcomings of slow convergence speed, low efficiency, and easy falling into local optima in solving robot path planning problems using traditional ant colony algorithms. The basic idea of this algorithm is to add inflection point parameters to the probability formula, which can make the path smoother. Based on this, a pheromone reward and punishment mechanism is proposed. Apply the improved ant colony algorithm proposed in this article to a 30 * 30 grid obstacle environment, enabling the robot to find the shortest collision free path from the starting point to the endpoint. Through example simulation verification, it is shown that the improved ant colony algorithm proposed in this paper has higher search efficiency compared to traditional ant colony algorithms.

In this paper, aiming at the NP-hard property of routing problems in LEO satellite networks, which include the Minimum Path Stretch Schedule (MIN-PSS), Maximum Path Contraction Schedule (MAX-PCS) and Maximum Constant Path Schedule (MAX-CPS) problems, we put forward an online greedy algorithm with the time complexity O(nlogn) to cope with the core MIN-PSS problem. The MAX-PCS and MAX-CPS problems can be solved by the similar method. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively reduce the rate of path stretch with low computational complexity.
