For medical implantable devices, power consumption is the most important design factor to be considered. In order to achieve low power consumption with medium data rate and resolution, this paper proposes a resistor-string and current-steering hybrid digital-to-analog converter (R-I DAC) with a power control logic. this R-I DAC adopts a resistor-string sub-DAC as the least-significant-bits (LSBs), and uses a current-steering sub-DAC as the most-significant-bits (MSBs). the current-steering sub-DAC is controlled by a power control logic to improve the power efficiency. the power control logic is to shut off the current through the source transistor if the output voltage is low. Before the output voltage changes from low to high, the current is turned on ahead of approximate one clock circle. the power reduction percentage of R-I DAC depends on the output, e.g. it reduces 27.7% for output all 0's and 6% for a sine wave output. the proposed 10-bit R-I DAC shows faster speed than resistor or capacitor based DACs with sub-1mW power consumption. the rise time is measured, which is 50ns. the measured DNL/INL without calibration is 0.8/1.5 LSB. the static power consumption of lowest and highest voltage output are 0.64 mW and 0. S6mW, respectively. the total power consumption is 1.27 mW when the input is 1 MHz sine wave with 20 MS/s sampling rate. © 2021 IEEE.

Data interpolation is one of the basic methods in numerical analysis. Several common interpolation algorithms are studied, and the mathematical significance of these algorithms is summarized. In addition, based on the multiple quadratic interpolation and the idea of multivariate spline, two local interpolation algorithms are proposed. the algorithm inherits the properties of the multi degree interpolation surface, so as to ensure that the fitting surface has good fairing and fitting accuracy, and the overall surface has high smoothness. © 2022, the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Large-scale equipment in different industries is becoming more and more electronic, complicated and integrated. In order to provide technical support for the normal operation of industrial equipment, fault diagnosis becomes extremely important. Intelligent fault diagnosis, as the name suggests, is to combine fault diagnosis and artificial intelligence theory to replace traditional fault diagnosis methods in a smarter way to obtain more accurate diagnosis results. Machine learning has become a current technical hotspot. In view of its advantages in efficiently extracting information and processing large amounts of data, more and more attention has been paid in the field of fault diagnosis. this paper systematically introduces the related concepts of machine learning and fault diagnosis, and summarizes fault diagnosis methods and applications based on support vector machines and neural networks. Finally, this paper makes a further outlook on the development of intelligent fault diagnosis technology based on machine learning. © 2021 IEEE.

In order to overcome the misjudgement and oscillation of the traditional perturbation observation method when tracking the maximum power point of the PV system, this paper proposes a fixed-zone variable-step hysteresis comparison algorithm. the bi-directional perturbation of the hysteresis loop can effectively avoid the occurrence of misjudgement;after setting the partition voltage threshold, different step lengths can be used to track specific regions, which can ensure the tracking speed and maintain the system stability. Finally, the proposed algorithm is validated in Matlab/simulink and the results show that the method is effective in tracking the maximum power point of the PV system in all aspects compared to conventional algorithms. © 2021 Institute of Physics Publishing. Hardware-in-the-loop(HIL) simulation technology, where the part of a system to be verified adopts real objects, is one of the important methods for the research of advanced nuclear power plant (NPP) instrumentation and control (I&C) technology. With the development of advanced NPP I&C technology, especially the multi-module NPP technology, the HIL simulation technology is facing the challenge of communication signals booming and model extension to deal with the requirement of modules increasing and thermal-electricity generation. Driven by the above requirement of research and engineering, it is necessary to develop a novel HIL simulation technology that has well flexible scalability and avoids the high computational burden of the distributed control system (DCS). In this paper, an original distributed simulation method applied to the transformation extension of the NPP I&C HIL simulation verification platform is proposed. the initial opinion of the method is deploying a third-party system utilized for numerical simulation and form a close loop with DCS by network communication. With the support of third-party equipment represented by the real-time target machine, the functions of the system can be flexibly expanded through the MODBUS series protocol, and algorithms with high sampling frequency requirements can be deployed. the method has the characteristics of economical communication consumption, standardized and reliable communication protocol, and flexible downloading models and algorithms mean. Aside from this, due to the relative independence from DCS, the distribute simulation method is promising to be an original platform for verifying the technology advanced control or fault diagnosis in addition to DCS computing servers.

Discrete state transition algorithm relies on the initial solution and can easily fall into the local optimum. this paper proposes an improved discrete state transition algorithm (CDSTA) for the above problem. Firstly, the genetic algorithm is used to initialize to obtain the initial solution with high quality and quickly approximate the optimal value. Secondly, the optimal recovery strategy reduces the number of iterations to accelerate the algorithm's convergence rate. Finally, the chaotic perturbation strategy is introduced. When the algorithm falls into the stagnation state, a chaotic sequence is generated by Tent mapping to get rid of the local extremum. Two single-peaked and three multi-peaked functions are used to experiment with the improved algorithm, and the performance is compared and analyzed with other algorithms. the results show that the improved algorithm's solution accuracy and convergence rate are better than other comparative algorithms. the application of the improved algorithm to the traveling salesman problem demon-strates that CDSTA has good practical engineering application potential. © 2022 IEEE.

Audio-visual speech separation aims to separate distinct voice from an audio mixture of multiple simultaneous speakers. the problem is that visual information can't be fully utilized. We propose a network which can improve the functioning of speech enhancement by using the correlation between audio and vision deeply. We propose that we could extract visual feature information by utilizing speech before using visual information to improve speech enhancement performance. We make a continuous dataset, CRF, to fit the network at the same time. the results demonstrate that the combination of them can improve the performance of speech enhancement effectively. © 2021 ACM.

UAVs are quad-copter unmanned helicopters, they been the subject of growing importance and are widely used in several fields;for this reason and to improve their performance, in this article we have proposed an algorithm based on the ANFIS. the genetic algorithms is used in order to optimize the ANFIS parameters and thereby ensure its learning, which maintains the ability for self-organization and self-learning. the proposed control scheme aims to implement good capabilities such as the description of qualitative knowledge, a learning mechanism and direct processing of quadcopter helicopter quantitative data. this control is adopted the precision and time of adjustment. On the other hand, If the position and attitude deviation becomes relatively smaller, the PID command will be used to limit this error. Experimental results indicate that the proposed ANFIS control algorithm has good performance in the flight process. © 2021, Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

With the increasing proportion of renewable energy in the power grid, the stability of the power system is facing challenges. Compared to grid-following converters, grid-forming (GFM) converters have voltage source characteristics, which can improve the support capability of power electronic equipment and enhance the security level of the power grid. When grid-forming converter adopts vector voltage and current dual closed-loop control, due to the delay effect of digital control, the output impedance of the converter presents negative damping characteristics at high frequencies, which may lead to harmonic oscillation after being connected to the power grid. In response to this issue, this paper studies the harmonic stability of grid-forming converters. Firstly, the control methodology of grid-forming converter is studied. Secondly, impedance model of grid-forming converter is built, and the impedance analysis method for harmonic stability analysis is studied. then, a harmonic suppression strategy based on capacitive current feedback is proposed. Finally, the effectiveness of the harmonic suppression strategy based on capacitor current feedback is simulated and verified. © 2023 IEEE.

Internet domain name is consists of characters, numbers, or both of them. when a client access to a website, it first send a request to local domain name server (DNS), if there is no record, local DNS request to higher authorities, until the root name servers, and get the correct record after return to local, and the cache to the local server, the process logic is complex. It's expensive in time and space. Decimal Network digital domain name system(DDNS) can directly find the target network terminal through the routing rules, without the need for domain name resolution and other conversion process, and then quickly establish the connection, reducing the scale of routing table of each forwarding node in the network, thus saving huge time and space costs. this paper introduces the concept of digital domain name system, the structure of digital domain name system, the grammar and extension of digital domain name system, the mapping of digital domain name system and IP address, and the resource record in digital domain name system. It will show the characteristics and advantages of digital domain name in a more comprehensive and detailed way. © 2021 IEEE.
