Traditional approaches typically flatten the process when checking the conformance of complex processes. However, this flattening approach can result in the loss of dependencies between objects, reducing the accuracy of the conformance check. This paper proposes an object-centered alignment optimization method based on the heuristic A* algorithm to address this issue. This method effectively improves the efficiency of object-centered alignment in complex scenarios by considering both heuristic search and actual cost. The experimental results demonstrate that, in comparison to existing approaches, the proposed method presented in this paper observably enhances the efficiency of alignment in complex graph structures, exhibits superior adaptability, and gains a better understanding of the relationship between object-centric process behavior and data. These results provide new ideas and methods for improving conformance checking, which are of great theoretical and practical significance, especially in dynamic and complex environments where the potential for application has been further validated. © 2025 SPIE.

Under the dual carbon policy, thermal power units will participate in deep peak shaving more frequently. Under this working condition, equipment will be in more off-design working conditions, which will lead to more prominent safety problems in unit operation. Based on the research of intelligent power plant related technical specification and on the basis of predecessors' research, expounded the meaning of the intelligent power plant, and puts forward the functional architecture of production intelligence system in thermal power plants, through intelligent detection, intelligent monitoring plate, performance analysis, intelligent diagnosis and intelligent control of five functional integration, the power generation process more secure, efficient and environmentally friendly. © 2022 IEEE.

Automobile collisions are consistently ranked among the leading causes of mortality worldwide. Accidents involving bicycles have been dramatically increasing in a wide variety of countries throughout the globe. As a result, the development of a system that can identify and mitigate some of the common errors or slip-ups that a biker makes is of the utmost importance. The development of technology in the sector of transportation has helped to reduce the number of accidents that occur by identifying factors that are essential to a safe voyage, such as the presence of a diving licence, the detection of the helmet, and tiredness. There are methods based on machine learning that may assist in the determination of necessary criteria for safety drives. © 2022 IEEE.

Aiming at the identification and classification requirements of welding defects, the electromagnetic eddy current detection technology method is used to establish a welding data acquisition system, the continuous wavelet transform (CWT) is used as a preprocessing technology to reveal rich electromagnetic information, and a network model of CBAM-inception-res is proposed. For classification, the inception multi-scale convolution is integrated into the front end of the network, the receptive fields of different sizes are increased, and the features of different scales are spliced and merged to improve the classification accuracy. The verification of this method shows that the accuracy of discrimination can reach 99.88%. © 2022 IEEE.

In this paper, a system of car license plate number detection and recognition is proposed. The implemented system consists of four main stages: image processing, segmentation, noise removal and deep learning. A Raspberry Pi 4 device-aided python language and camera are used. After image pre-processing and segmentation, the system will detect the License plate from an image of a vehicle using YOLOv4 algorithm and Cascade Classifier with accuracy in YOLOv4 technique is 0.999, in Cascade Classifier with database of Russian numbers is 0.982 and in the Cascade Classifier with Indian numbers is 0.906. Then the characters of license plate have been extracted. The facility of an easy OCR library has been used to convert this picture to text characters. Then, the process of license plate recognition has been implemented step by step, using python, OpenCV, Numpy, and easy OCR libraries.

India is an agricultural nation and crops yield rate is a serious concern over the nation. Lesser the production, higher the price of such crops and higher the hunger problem for those who can't even afford potato so in order to enhance the yield rate of crops and minimize the disease infection in plant deep learning model come up with a technology which will makes farmer work easier for some extent They can rely on Deep neural Networks which is sub field of AI technology to detect the plant having disease and avoid doing it manually and give a proper treatment in the bud stage before it is too late. This paper reviews various papers and found out that Convolution Neural Networks (CNN) performs better in finding out the leaf disease also found that the CNN contribute the highest possible accuracy for disease detection. © 2022 IEEE.

The essential and the main occupation on the planet is horticulture. The major objective of this project is to implement a multitasking rob car for agriculture that must be work automatically. It is introduced to reduce the manpower from working in fields in addition to en-large the accuracy of the work and to improve the yield of the crop. The live vision of the fiels are provided by the camera which is inbuilded in the robot structure. In this paper, we've 2 systems 1. crop monitoring and field health indication and 2. Robot car controlling. In the first system the soil wetness, temperature, and humidness are detected by respective sensors, and therefore the crop is monitored by appropriate actions, in addition, the gathered information is shipped off the rancher by blynk application. The taking of harvests by people and furthermore the assault of creatures inside the farming area cause huge misfortune in the developed yield. For trespasser discovery within the agricultural field, we can use a PIR sensor. At the point when a fire happens normally in cultivating fields, so we used a fire sensor for early detection and also integrated an ultrasonic sensor for obstacles detection. The robot was furnished with a camera to show a live vision of harvest and around it. We are also implementing artificial intelligence for crop growth monitoring and crop growth analysis. Automated pesticide spraying and water spraying are also integrated with this system. © 2022 IEEE.

Grains are the edibles used at large scales in any country based on geographical location, the weather of that place, and the availability of the grains. Wheat, Rice, and Maize are few among them. As the population is increasing, consumers are also increasing. With technological development, researchers and scientists have shown their interest in exploring and utilizing this development for humanity's betterment. AI (Artificial intelligence) takes over control in almost every field, and agriculture is one of those. Looking carefully, it is found that the essential thing that must be done in the first stage is to detect the grain spikes of maybe the plant's fruit. Moreover, for the detection of this, object detection usually takes place. Many works have already been done, but still, the expectations are high. A few algorithms are already discussed in previously published paper to detect grain spikes. In this paper, the two best suitable algorithms: YOLO (You Only Look Once) and SSD (Single Shot detection) have been discussed. © 2022 IEEE.
