The incorporation of flywheel energy storage system (FESS) is related to competing technologies, in this article. High charge-power may be given while the system is stabilized with the integration of energy storage even with a low-voltage distribution grid. A supplementary advantage with regard to FESS for EV fast charging, that includes a longer lifecycle of the flywheel energy storage, the ability to feed power back into the grid, and easy transportability. As an outcome, the study examined the various types of systems, such as renewable energy systems, AI-assisted Battery Management Systems using FESS, PV -assisted electric vehicles, as well as their comparisons and limitations. The FESS characteristics were discussed and compared to other energy storage technologies, based on recent literatures. The flywheel system's detailed modeling and analysis for backup power and grid support applications will be part of future work. © 2022 ieee.

WSNs provide fine-grained measurements of the real world. A WSN comprises of several battery-operated sensor nodes with computing, communication, and processing capabilities. Data is collected by sensors, such as those that measure temperature, air pollution, pressure, etc. To construct an entire sensor node, some supporting components, such as power supply, are required. They're widely dispersed;each can sense the physical surroundings, collect aggregated data, and transmit it to the base station or sensor nodes. The researched proposal on Dragon Fly inspired Cluster based Energy Efficient Opportunistic Routing Protocol for WSNs (DCEE-ORP) is based on the Dragonfly algorithm. It is used to filter signals or data and optimize the route. The performance of DCEE-ORP is compared to that of rival routing protocols on crucial criteria such as average energy usage and packet delivery ratio. The results demonstrate that the DCEE-ORP performs much better than its competitors in terms of energy efficiency. © 2022 ieee.

Early in 2020, the coronavirus Covid-19, which is produced by the SARS-CoV -2 strain, first gained international attention as a severe health threat. Covid-19 spread quickly around the world, forcing everyone to fight with preventative measures like masks, hand washing, and preserving social distance. But to prevent the virus, vaccination has been playing a key role. Vaccination records that contain patient data make this system very complicated because there is a risk of a privacy breach. Hackers may steal the personal health information of individuals or may carry out cyberattacks against any national health data server. Additionally, there is a chance that dishonest people can purchase and sell fake vaccine certificates on the black market. Blockchain can provide a solution to this regard by its features like data immutability, privacy, transparency and decentralization. For people, governments, and organizations interested in blockchain-based systems, we analyze the blockchain based vaccination management system in this study and provide a current summary. We envision our study to motivate more blockchain based systems. © 2022 ieee.

Internet of things (IoT) helps in creating connections among dissimilar things present in a heterogeneous environment and provides better services to end users via real-time data processing, communication, and visualization. Rapidly growth in IoT devices, connected to the internet, poses a huge range of challenges like heterogeneity and scalability of devices, security of IoT generated data and so on. Developing new cryptographic algorithms and selecting appropriate ciphers for providing confidentiality, integrity, authenticity and non-repudiation as well as satisfying the device constraints are needed in today's scenario. The characteristics of each block cipher are closely related to a specific setting and cannot be directly transferred to other applications. This paper presents various challenges faced by researchers in finding suitable light weight cryptography (LWC) ciphers for their specific needs and applications. The key contribution of this paper is to provide a detailed overview of existing light weight block ciphers in terms of various parameters. Moreover, this paper describes the basic measures required to combine different ciphers together to form a hybrid cryptosystem for securing IoT devices. © 2022 ieee.

This work employs supervised learning approaches, such as support vector and relevance vector machines to anticipate short-term loads for urban electric load profiles. The Holt-Winters approach, Support vector machines, and relevance vector machines are all used to determine accuracy. For the network to learn, it needs a sufficient amount of big historical data, most of which will be utilized for training and the remainder for testing. Cross-validation is carried out before learning the network with a given data set which finally leads to the increase in the accuracy of the system. Key factors like weather data, special holidays and weekend data are also included in the analysis to increase the accuracy. In short term load forecasting with SVM and RVM which are supervised learning techniques the accuracy level is quite high enough so the mean absolute percentage error resulted is very small. © 2022 ieee.

It has been suggested that cognitive radio, or CR for short, be used as a method to increase the efficiency of spectrum utilization. This is accomplished by providing unlicensed users with opportunistic access to vacant or underutilized spectrum. Coordinated multipoint joint transmission (JT), also known as joint transmission between several sites, is an additional potential technique for improving the performance of cognitive radio networks. We present a coordinated multipoint JT technique as a part of a CR system in this study. An analytical model for the received signal-to-noise ratio at a CR is developed in order to determine the energy detection threshold and the smallest number of samples required for energy detection-based spectrum sensing in a CR network (CRN) with the CoMP JT technique. This is done in order to determine the energy detection threshold. The received signal-to-noise ratio at a CR can be calculated with the help of this model. The reliability of energy detection-based spectrum sensing was assessed using simulation, and it was determined to be effective. The analytical model is created using the MATLAB software with using communication tool box. With the aim of maximising the users' least throughput, setting the channel allocation and user scheduling with a coordinated multipoint JT approach is presented as an optimization problem. © 2022 ieee.

The healthcare industry is confronted with a slew of significant challenges, including stringent regulations, privacy concerns, and rapidly rising costs. Many leaders and healthcare professionals are looking to new technology and informatics to expand more intelligent forms of healthcare delivery. Numerous technologies have advanced during the last few decades. Over the past few decades, pharmacy has changed and grown, concentrating less on drugs and more on patients. Pharmaceutical services improve healthcare's affordability and security. The primary invention was a cyber-infrastructure made up of smart gadgets that are connected to and communicate with one another. These cyber infrastructures have a number of problems, including privacy, trust, and security. These gadgets create cyber-physical systems for pharmaceutical care services in p-health. In the present period, cyber-physical systems for pharmaceutical care services are dealing with a variety of important concerns and demanding conditions, i.e., problems and obstacles that need be overcome to create a trustworthy and effective medical system. Online Examination (OE) is the most challenging part of E-Learning (EL) since there is no proper mechanism provided to reduce the OE's fraudulent activities by the students. All the previous research provided different methods to avoid this issue, but those techniques could not be applied due to a few drawbacks of those methods. Recent studies suggested using facial recognition with Machine learning (ML) applications to reduce OE malpractices. This systematic review confirmed that Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) can be applied to identify students' facial recognition with the help of the CK+ dataset compared to other ML techniques and datasets. Furthermore, future research can be conducted to develop an automated OE proctoring system in real-time. It is noted that this study could not be included a few more recent study results due to no funding. Also, there are no studies found related to this study for comparison of ML techniques and datasets. © 2022 ieee.

Network lifetime optimization is a tough and important problem in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs). The mainstream current works outline a variety of methods for increasing network lifetime, such as reducing energy consumption, lowering latency, load balancing, clustering, effective data aggregation, and lowering data transmission delays. The use of Machine Learning (ML) in WSNs has recently received much interest. Because WSN s have limited resources, figuring out methods for increasing usage of resources and accomplish power-effective load balancing is a crucial problem. Traditional routing procedures seek to do this by lowering energy ingestion and extending system lifetime with WSN-optimized routing strategies. However, there are frequently issues like limited flexibility, a reliance on precise mathematical models, and a single consideration element. The key benefits of fast environmental adaptation and ability to combine various parameters can be utilized in WSN s to improve efficiency of routing protocols in terms of power consumption. This study reviews current methods and ML-based routing rules for WSN s. Additionally, suggest future prospects for ML methods to improve WSN routing. © 2022 ieee.

The interest in medical care administrations is expanding as the populace develops, and the number of patients looking for care at clinics, clinical foundations, all-encompassing gatherings, and doctors' workplaces has significantly expanded. These present new hindrances for the office's laborers and directors. The most pervasive trouble that clinics, their administration, and their staff face are bringing down functional costs and accomplishing productivity objectives. In the interim, most clinics are working on a careful financial plan. Patients have generally been not able to move openly all through their visits and return because of their endeavors to smooth out the association. Due to the shortcomings of existing appointment monitoring and management systems, this paper proposes an alternative and efficient approach for appointment monitoring. In this work, a smart-appointment booking system for patients to book appointments with storage facilities for medical reports and emergency service is proposed. A Health-Buddy BooknMeet system with online taking appointments to a specific hospital enables patients to check directly in without interacting with staff. © 2022 ieee.
