The first stage of Alzheimer's disease is known as Mild Cognitive Impairment. Identification of MCI subjects who are at high risk of developing frame over time is crucial for successful therapy. In order to track the progress of numerous Alzheimer's forecasts over time, automated modelling was used in this work. Three separate longitudinal data systems are used to train models. Then, for each experimental investigation, these models are used to assess biomarker data. Finally, MCI patients at risk of acquiring in the future are identified using a typical support vector machine categorization. Both cognitive points and magnetic resonance image-based measurements are used to thoroughly assess the proposed models' prediction ability. Our suggested strategy produced the maximum AUC 88.93% (Accuracy = 84.29%) and 88.13% (Accuracy = 83.26%) in the five different split verification settings, respectively, 1 year and 2 years prior to conversion prediction of MCI data. Important findings of this research include: Clinical changes in magnetic resonance image- based therapies may be predicted more accurately than cognitive points in two ways: Multiple predictive models are more accurate in predicting change than single biomarker models and Neuropsychology programme by themselves may provide superior long-term change prediction. Enhancing the accuracy of Alzheimer occurrences prediction using SVM Classifier Modelling will be the ultimate goal of this research. © 2022 ieee.

In recent years, with the rapid development of wireless communication technology, the diversification of communication business scenarios has made the mass production of low-power, multi-functional intelligent mobile terminals possible. Therefore, ensuring user communication quality under the premise of low power consumption has become a current research hotspot. Based on low-power communication, this paper explains the basic concept and specific application of low-power communication, and focuses on the relationship between low-power communication and RSRP (Reference Signal Receiving Power) on the basis of large-scale fading channel model, and finally, by capturing the current changes of terminal devices in the actual test scenario, completes Finally, the actual test of terminal power consumption is completed by capturing the current variation of terminal devices in the actual test scenario and the statistical analysis of the test results. From the test results, it is concluded that the signal quality has a certain influence on the terminal power consumption, i.e., the power consumption increases by 10% for every two units of RSRP improvement (set 5dB as one unit). The above research results are expected to be used for signal quality optimization and energy saving optimization of terminal devices in LTE networks. © 2023 ieee.

The security of Digital media has been varying continuously due to advanced malware attacks. Multimedia security has become one of the major concerns. Earlier works primarily relied on encryption techniques to provide multimedia security, but those works have become obsolete and may be challenged by imposters as technology grows. The proposed work applied watermarking technique in the digital audio signal in which unique data is inserted in one-dimensional data so that it must not affect the significant information of the audio signal. The hybrid-decomposition scheme has been introduced over the audio data to extract features in terms of energy bands. The hiding of the watermark (image data) occurs in a low significant energy band that is stable and contains less information. The watermark extraction method is also introduced in which the hidden watermark data has been extracted back to its original form without leaving any distortion in audio data. The hybrid audio decomposition technique is a scheme in which dual decomposition of host audio signal has been applied containing fast Fourier transform (FFT) and Cordic QR scheme. The disintegration of the audio file will finally result in Q and R matrices under the Cordic QR scheme. Pseudo-random sequence method has been applied to find the correct location from the energy band of the R matrix to embed the watermark data. Before embedding, the watermark first undergoes dual encryption using cyclic coding and Arnold's cat map scheme. The reverse procedure has been applied for the watermark extraction and decryption process. The average PSNR value is 37.8 dB for watermarked audio. © 2022 ieee.

SQL (Structure Query Language) injection malware is a harmful instruction intended to cause an adverse effect containing database query that extracts information from the system and supplies unauthenticated access. The SQL queries are less complex and highly flexible, resembling benign queries. In earlier works, such attacks were seen to penetrate the security system of any web application. Machine learning techniques have been applied to various works to trace the SQL malicious query. Also, existing tools such as SEPTIC for the prevention of SQL malware. Earlier models are found to be less robust. This paper introduces an efficient mechanism using SVM (Support vector Machine) to conduct recognition of malware scripts. The SVM is applied to train and test various SQL strings containing benign and malware scripts. The proposed model also performs the prevention of SQL malware attacks. The SQL string prevention is done using a candid dynamic method that performs string analysis. This analysis is used to locate every context of the SQL script and perform its interpretation. In this policy, a parse tree is generated first from the input query. Further, an analysis of the nodes of the parse tree has been performed. The method can identify the benign and malware script. The proposed model is able to secure an average accuracy of 96.24% for detecting and preventing SQL malware queries. Various parameters like true positive rate, false positive rate, true negative rate, and time variation have been calculated concerning data size and accuracy. © 2022 ieee.

In response to the phenomenon of hate speech on popular social media such as Facebook, a number of researchers have investigated and developed different automated techniques in order to detect and moderate hate speech. Reliable hate speech detection tools ranging from traditional machine learning models to deep neural network models have been developed and deployed for resource rich languages such as English, French and Arabic. On the Other hand, the topic of building automated techniques for hate speech detection in Afaan Oromo is still the subject of very limited studies. In this study, we have used pretrained word embedding approaches such as word2vec and fast text, and assessed their effectiveness for hateful speech recognition and classification in Afaan Oromo text comments on Facebook. By using the proposed model, the effectiveness of deep learning algorithms like CNN and LSTM was also assessed. Moreover, the significance of one of the recent topic modeling approaches, i.e., BERTopic, has been investigated to in extracting topics that can help the categorization of Afaan Oromo hate speech. Afaan Oromo Multilabel Hateful Speech Detection and Dataset (AOMLHSDD), which contains 30728 text comments, was created after we employed the BERTopic to extract relevant topics. Accordingly, Then, we have conducted different experiments to test the effectiveness of CNN and LSTM models by using word2vec and fast text. The result of our experiments has shown showed that LSTM has outperformed the CNN approach by achieving the accuracy of 98.32%. © 2022 ieee.

Virtual power plant is regarded as the ultimate configuration of energy internet and the terminal example of energy cloud. Firstly, this paper analyzes the value of virtual power plant to the current power energy system and classifies the control structure of Virtual Power Plant, and analyzes their characteristics;Then it introduces several important characteristics of virtual power plant and its special requirements for communication network. Secondly, it expounds the important technology of network slicing and the advantages of network slicing using virtualization technology to flexibly and differentially match resources according to business requirements. Then it introduces the architecture of network slicing and the isolation scheme of network slicing in different networks in detail. On this basis, this paper considers scheduling the network slices in the access network with virtual power plant according to the service priority, virtually isolating the services in the access network, resisting the attacks that may impact the communication system, and meeting the quality of service of the user side on the premise of reasonably regulating the network resources. © 2022 ieee.

current transformer is a key power equipment for high-speed railway power, with high risk for the operator. Based on the architecture of edge-cloud collaborative computing, an automatic high voltage transformer verification technology is proposed considering the applicability in various fields. a vehicle mounted verification device is designed, on which the verification computing at edge side can be realized. The working state model of current transformer is built based on the closed-loop ARMAX model. Combing the ARMAX Model identification with MOEA/D tendency guidance, the characteristic of fault mode for high voltage transformer is proposed. The comparative validation experiment is conducted for 30 consecutive days at a 15VA current transformer and a3.75VA current transformer. The results show that the estimated value of ratio error can reflect actual state changes, which can be used to identify the fault status of the high voltage current transformer. The automatic high voltage transformer verification is achieved with more security for the operator, and it has the value of promotion and application. © 2022 ieee.

Breast cancer is cancer that forms in the breast tissue. Among all cancer deaths worldwide, many women are dying, majorly due to breast cancer. Approximately 10% of women in the world are getting affected by breast cancer at some point in their lives. Therefore, it has become a significant health problem that needs to be dealt with urgently. However, diagnosing breast cancer at early stages can increase the survival rates of patients as they can receive prompt treatment at the correct time. Additionally, it is essential to identify which type of tumor a patient has to avoid unnecessary treatment procedures. There are two types of cancers. One is benign, and the other is malignant. Both have different treatment methods, so identifying the type plays a significant role. However, the process is tiresome and may lead to disparities among pathologists. Machine learning procedures have been found to show high prediction accuracy. In order to decrease the mortality rate due to breast cancer, it is essential to predict at early stages. Wisconsin Breast cancer datasets are used for our study. Two classification models, i.e., XGB (Extreme Gradient Boosting) classifier algorithm and Gradient boosting Classifiers, are used to work on BC datasets. Datasets have been divided into training data set (80%) and test data set (20%). Initially, threefold validation methods are employed. A later prediction experiment was carried out using an XGB classifier and various performance evaluation metrics such as Confusion matrix, recall, precision, etc. By using the results obtained from performance metrics of algorithms, the best-suited model has been chosen. In our study, the XGB classifier showed the best prediction accuracy than the Light Gradient Boosting classifier (LGBM). © 2022 ieee.

This paper is focusing on the designing and boosting of performance by using gate engineering technique. In this paper a Gate Stacked (GS)- Double Metal Gate (DMG)- Vertical Nanowire Tunnel FET (VNWTFET) i.e. GS-DMG-VNWTFET is proposed, also the analog parameters and structural parameters are analyzed. By using both the gate engineering technique a better electrostatic controllability over channel could be archived. Before proposing GS-DMG-VNWTFET;GS-VNWTFET and DMG-VNWTFET were also analyzed. This paper is tracking all the devices like conventional- VNWTFET, GS-VNWTFET, DMG-VNWTFET and GS-DMG-VNWTFET. With the proven advantage of vertical nanowire structures, a better controllability over gate exists. In addition to this performances like drain-to-source current (IDS), energy band diagram, trans conductancetgs.), gate-to-source capacitance (CGS. gate-to-drain capacitance (CGD), total-gate-capacitance (CGG), cut-off frequency (fT), potential, electric field, electron & hole concentration, electron & hole quasi fermi level (QFL) and electron band-to-band-tunneling (BTBT) rate;it is observed that our device is providing the best results as compared to other devices. Addition of these gate techniques, an improved performance is recorded for the proposed GAA device. The parameters such as on current ION, off current (IOFF), Sub threshold Slope (SS) and Drain Induced Barrier Lowering (DIBL) of all four devices conventional-VNWTFET, GS-VNWTFET, DMG-VNWTFET and GS-DMG-VNWTFET are also compared;here also GS-DMG-VNWTFET is performing the best. GS-DMG-VNWTFET has performance parameters such as 1.06×10-6 A/μmon current, 2.79×10-22 A/μm off-current, 3.801×10+14 on-to off current ratio, SSof10.9mV/Decade and minimum value of DIBL as 457mV/V. © 2022 ieee.
