In the IT industry, cloud Technology has ushered in a revolution. The sole drawback of a cloud environment is the high power consumption. As a result, to improve the efficiency of the cloud environment, cloud servers must be able to execute more work at the same time while using less power. The majority of existing energy optimization algorithms set an upper and lower threshold for underload and overload detection, lowering energy usage while lowering performance. Using the Energy Optimization Algorithm, we primarily focus on optimizing energy without sacrificing performance in this study (EOA). We identify the overload in our approach by looking at the entire workload utilization of the data center. The performance-to-power ratio is improved with this approach. Reduced live migration of virtual machines is required to achieve high throughput. The primary goal of this EOA is to reduce the number of live migrations while maintaining performance. © 2022 IEEE.

The use of virtual machines increases as more people switch to intelligent gadgets that require a lot of computing power to function correctly. With virtualization, different resources from existing physical infrastructure can be created. Virtualization strategies effectively address the increasing need for computers, storage, and communication resources in large cloud Data Centers (CDC). It also achieves various resource management objectives such as load balancing, Internet system maintenance, speed, and tolerance with Virtual Machine migration. VM migration techniques would be helpful for autonomic resource management. So, in this paper, VM migration techniques, applications and their open challenges have been discussed. © 2022 IEEE.

The positioning system combining pseudolite technology and the navigation signal simulator is proposed to solve the problem that the indoor satellite navigation signal is lost. We adopted the simulator to generate the virtual orbit pseudolite and broadcast satellite signals through four indoor antennas. The simulator pseudolite is designed with Inclined Geosynchronous Orbit (IGSO) satellite to reduce the folding error caused by the fact that the simulator pseudolite, indoor antenna and receiver are not in a straight line. Furthermore, the observation equation is constructed using the position of the indoor transmitting antenna and the arrival receiver pseudo-range difference as the reference, which time difference of arrival (TDOA) localization algorithm is employed to further eliminate the fold line error. Experiments show that the position results of about 93.6% cases are better than 1m.

The Internet of Things (IoT) and smart diagnostic implants have improved medical systems by allowing remote access and screening of patients' health conditions from any time and location. Medical IoT devices monitor patients' health and collect data into medical files, which are then saved in the cloud and reviewed by doctors for *** it comes to data sharing and outsourcing on the cloud, however, the security and privacy of electronic health records are key concerns. To guarantee security and privacy in a smart healthcare system, this research presents an efficient data storage and access control system. This article adds three layers of security, including a password, a deep learning enabled psychometric slot, and a deep learning-based evaluation. The proposed method has been put to the test, and the results show that it is viable when compared to existing access control schemes. © 2022 IEEE.

With the rapid development of digital transformation of power enterprises and the widespread application of cloud computing, there is a coexistence of multi-party cloud and non-cloud environments in the information network. The original security boundary has been continuously extended, and the security team is facing the problems of increased protection difficulty and reduced management efficiency. In order to solve the problem, this paper proposes an adaptive security management and control framework for multi-party cloud and non-cloud environments, based on software-defined and a unified resource model. First, a unified cloud security resource model is proposed. Then, by instantiating the elements of the unified cloud security resource model, an adaptive security management and control framework is built for the power multi-party cloud complex environment. Finally, the application of the linkage blocking scenario of the firewall on the cloud and outside the cloud is designed and implemented. © 2023 SPIE.

In this study, numerous cloud computing load balancing algorithms are examined, and important difficulties that must be considered while building new load balancing algorithms are also explored. Various measurement criteria, such as performance, scalability, throughput, resource usage, fault tolerance, reaction time, and others, are studied in the literature to compare current static and dynamic load balancing methods. cloud computation offloading and work schedules have been the subject of some research. Degrading cloud computing performance is a major concern for cloud enterprises of the huge amount of data and varied sources inside this cloud that must be managed. To maximize system performance and reduce carbon emissions, load balancing aims to use resources in the most efficient way possible while minimizing the number of resources used. This paper focuses on cloud computing load balancing strategies. Several qualitative factors, including throughput, reliability, energy-saving features, performance, scalability, and associated overhead, are considered to examine, and compare the present techniques of load balancing. © 2022 IEEE.

In the cloud-edge collaborative computing environment, how to allocate appropriate edge computing and cloud computing resources for tasks according to their quality of service requirements is the key to ensuring the effectiveness of cloud-edge collaboration. Aiming at the decision-making problem of offloading tasks with different deadlines in the cloud-edge collaborative system, a strategy of prioritizing tasks based on deadlines and then allocating cloud, edge computing resources, and communication resources based on priority is proposed. The theoretical analysis model and heuristic algorithm are presented, and then the performance of the proposed theoretical model and the algorithm is verified and analyzed through simulation experiments. © 2022 IEEE.

cloud computing is an excellent alternative to desk computing. cloud computing technology has a massive number of users as they provide a range of scalability, trustworthiness, and high performance with comparatively low cost. As cloud computing is growing day by day, the energy use in the cloud is also increasing. There is also a need for energy use control in the segment of technology (information and communication). In the case of energy consumption, data centres have attracted more exposure. Green cloud computing corresponds to the environmentally sustainable use of computers and their IT-related tools and facilities. The development of cloud infrastructure redesigns traditional networks and provides both technical and economic benefits and exciting sustainable environmental initiatives. Such technology promises to increase energy efficiency and reduce carbon footprints as well as e-waste. Energy-efficient solutions requiring the best use of the available resources are indeed a standard. The service providers need to implement and redesign the cloud technology to green computing to protect the environment from adverse cloud effects. cloud architecture with green features includes power management, load balancing, green data centres, virtualisation, high-performance computing, renewability, reuse, recycling, etc. This paper provides a thorough research study on green cloud computing and its features. This paper highlights the challenges of green cloud computing. © 2022 IEEE.

Blockchain technology has emerged and developed in recent years, proving the need and availability across several sectors. The data volume of the blockchain keeps on increasing because its features like data can only be added but not allowed to be deleted. Presently the size of the entire bitcoin blockchain ledger has crossed more than 350 GB. Many nodes are not able to join the network due to the huge demand for storage capacity and bandwidth to synchronize data with the network. This prevents the expansion of the decentralized network and also hinders blockchain technology development. cloud computing is the method of storing, processing, and managing data over the internet using a network of remote computers instead of a local host or a desktop computer. It is having some challenges like trustworthiness, data management, data security, and compliance. This paper provides a comprehensive overview of blockchain technology and cloud technology. We discuss blockchain features, cloud technology, and different types of databases. In addition, technical challenges and recent advancements are also concisely mentioned. © 2022 IEEE.
