With the rapid advancement of information and communication technology, there arises an increasing demand for heightened computing capabilities to facilitate a myriad of intelligent services. The computing power network (CPN) amalgamates an array of resources including cloud and edge devices to enable collaborative sensing, routing, and scheduling. This integration significantly amplifies the utilization of computing network resources while concurrently augmenting service quality. In the realm of multi-node distributed joint computing within CPNs conventional scheduling methodologies frequently neglect the interplay between computing and the network, resulting in suboptimal task scheduling. To address this issue, this study proposes a delay-optimized task scheduling mechanism based on deep reinforcement learning. Simulation results demonstrate that this framework achieves faster convergence speed, particularly under dual-depth networks, outperforming other algorithms in reducing system delays, energy and enhancing scheduling efficiency. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2025.

Traditional power consumption management systems are not showing enough reliability and thus, smart grid technology has been introduced to reduce the excess power wastages. In the context of smart grid systems, network communication is another term that is used for developing the network between the users and the load profiles. cloud computing and clustering are also executed for efficient power management. Based on the facts, this research is going to identify wireless network communication systems to monitor and control smart grid power consumption. Primary survey-based research has been carried out with 62 individuals who worked in the smart grid system, tracked, monitored and controlled the power consumptions using WSN technology. The survey was conducted online where the respondents provided their opinions via a google survey form. The responses were collected and analyzed on Microsoft Excel. Results show that hybrid commuting of cloud and edge computing technology is more advantageous than individual computing. Respondents agreed that deep learning techniques will be more beneficial to analyze load profiles than machine learning techniques. Lastly, the study has explained the advantages and challenges of using smart grid network communication systems. Apart from the findings from primary research, secondary journal articles were also observed to emphasise the research findings. © 2022 IEEE.

cloud computing has become an essential technology for delivering infrastructure and data service needs with lower cost, low effort and high scalability, hence it is increasingly implemented in all aspects of the IT industry. Despite the quick adoption of cloud computing, the problem of information security is still not fully resolved. Information security issues are still hampering the evolution of cloud computing to some extent and need to be addressed. Blockchain is one of the decentralized processes in a worldview that works with parallel and distributed ledger technology, the application process, and service-oriented design. However, the primary security issue is key leakage and third parties easily hack the secured information. To address this issues, in this novel presents Blockchain based Proof of staking with Elliptic Curve Encryption (BPECE) algorithm is used to secure data transmission in the cloud. This proposed method efficiently checks each node verification using Policy based Key Authentication (PBKA) algorithm. The proposed technique generates public key for each document. Thus the proposed method gives better security performance than previous methods. © 2022 IEEE.

HPC (high performance computing) applications come with a variety of requirements for computation, communication, and storage;and many of these requirements can be met with commodity technology available in public clouds. In this article, we report on results for several well-known HPC applications on IBM public cloud, and we describe best practices for running such applications on cloud systems in general. Our results show that public clouds are not only ready for HPC workloads, but they can provide performance comparable to, and in some cases better than, current supercomputers.

In cloud-based edge computing systems, edge server placement is crucial to many applications response time. Generally, edge server placement is always modeled as a multi-objective optimization problem and solved with integer programming algorithms. However, these algorithms are not well scalable, and parameters used in these algorithms depend heavily on experiences. In this paper, we propose an optimized k-mean based edge server placement method. We use k-mean to cluster system sources and application loads, and sort the application load to apply the most applicable server to the application. Experimental studies over synthetic data sets validate effectiveness of the method. © 2023 SPIE.

The increase in the usage of various computing and mobile devices has resulted in implementing large scale ad hoc networks as the user demand is on the rise and companies' find it difficult to invest more in the IT infrastructure to meet the surging demand. The traditional model of networking enables the mobile devices to face various issues like lower bandwidth, mobility, security and storage et. Hence, in order to meet the overall service requirement and to enhance the overall efficiency of the network, cloud computing was introduced. The implementation of these devices tends to support in every node, it enhances better communication in a better range towards another nodes. There is a critical administration and support devices from everywhere in an effective manner. Hence the new paradigm of implementing cloud computing support the computing and medical devices in the neighbouring network. The ad hoc network supports in covering larger area base and hence cloud computing supports them in enhancing the effectiveness of operations. This study covers in addressing the critical determinants of analysing the overall opportunities and potential in implementing cloud computing for ad hoc networks. The major factors considered are enhancing the processing capabilities using cloud computing, scalability of network and autonomous and independent networking support. These aspects promote enhanced ad hoc networking for enhancing communication between the devices, enable the organisation to spend less on the IT infrastructure © 2022 IEEE.

cloud computing does an efficient program to offer and manage the resources owed to statistics and communication approaches for remote users. It exploits features of virtualization approaches over a number of shared resources like services, computing power, storage, etc. Huge attention towards cloud computing has drawn in both individual users and business organizations as it can effectively offer services in the way of public requirements including water and electricity. cloud storage has the ability to effectively manage their remote data but, it faces the risk of being tampered with. Thus, this paper reviews several blockchain techniques to develop public auditing schemes for confirming data integrity in cloud storage. The major scope of this survey is to focus on existing auditing techniques and simulation tools in different contributions. Further, the performance analysis with different performance metrics from diverse contributions is pointed out. Thus, this review article presents a detailed overview of the various security properties that have been exploited in the cloud with the aim of enhancing the block chain-based public auditing schemes. Corresponding comparative results and computational and communication cost complexities for all these public auditing schemes are presented and discussed in this paper. Further, the open research directions for future investigation are also clearly described. © 2022 IEEE.

cloud computing is now a widely used technology. computing resources demand has increased as the demand for cloud is rising. cloud computing enables the use of shared resources present on the internet. It allows clients to access their data and computing resources whenever and wherever they need. Load balancing has been playing an important role in the effective usage of cloud computing resources. As levels of tasks and the dynamic nature of cloud resources are increasing, load balancing is becoming a consequential issue. This paper reviews some of the current dynamic load-balancing approaches in a cloud environment which are nature inspired. The discussed algorithms are the BAT algorithm, Artificial Bee Colony (ABC) algorithm, Genetic algorithm (GA), Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) algorithm and Dragonfly Optimization algorithm (DOA). The main objective of these approaches is resource utilization, reduction in response time, better makespan time, and finding the optimal solution in a heterogeneous cloud environment. An analysis of the objectives, advantages, and disadvantages of discussed algorithms is presented. © 2022 IEEE.

Device-to-device (D2D) communication is a breakthrough technology of fifth-generation (5G) and beyond networks. It offers direct communication between D2D devices without communicating via a centralized base station (BS). It works either in an overlay or underlay communication mode. The underlay mode significantly improves spectral efficiency, communication delay, energy efficiency, and overall sum rate. But, it induces huge interference, i.e., inter and intra-cell interferences. To overcome the aforementioned interference issues, researchers across the globe have given various game theory, graph theory, heuristic, deep reinforcement learning (DRL), and machine learning (ML)-based efficient resource management schemes for D2D communication. But, as per the literature explored, there is no such survey that sums up all such solutions and techniques and their comparative analysis. Motivated from this, we present a brief survey on resource allocation schemes, which helps researchers working in this field. We also highlight various open issues and research challenges pertaining to resource allocation in D2D communication. © 2022 IEEE.

In practical applications, implementing reinforcement learning in multi-Agent environments is very important. Most of the existing multi-Agent reinforcement learning algorithms lack communication capabilities, forcing agents to learn solely from their local observations. Some reinforcement learning algorithms that include communication also limit the number of communicating individuals. We propose a multi-Agent reinforcement learning algorithm that incorporates a local communication mechanism. This algorithm does not need to limit the number of individuals with whom the agent communicates. The agent can communicate with any number of agents in each time step, and the agent can choose whether to communicate and with whom to communicate. Besides, this algorithm requires no additional communication content and only uses the information obtained by the agent from the environment. Compared with recent methods, this method makes better use of the environmental information that the agent can obtain and plays a greater role in the team. This makes the actions of multi-Agents more in line with human group actions. To verify the effect of our algorithm, we conducted experiments on several mature open-source multi-Agent reinforcement learning environments. The experimental results show that our algorithm is better than MADDPG and M3DDPG. © 2024 IEEE.
