With the economic development of countries in recent years, the influence of the stock market on the global economy has increased. The economic trends of stocks are influenced by many factors, such as information on the financial results of companies, news reports, social media forums, and so on. Stock predictions have also become a popular topic. To date, there has been a great deal of research done by professionals, most of which has used methods related to deep learning. computer deep learning methods such as Generative Adversarial networks (GAN) [1], Convolutional Neural networks (CNN), Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL), and LSTM (a recurrent neural network) [2] are all highly efficient, adaptable, and portable. However, while many researchers have addressed many of the problems of stock prediction through a variety of deep learning models, such as the barriers to predicting stocks based on the characteristics of the raw data, ignoring the correlation between similar stocks across the stock market [3], and the inefficiency of information. However, a detailed summary and consideration of these areas are still lacking at the moment. This paper examines and summarizes stock prediction algorithms based on deep learning methods and their development process and in the latter part of the paper analyses the future trends of stock prediction algorithms. © 2022 IEEE.

Aiming at the problem that the traditional bilingual teaching resource recommendation technology does not take into account the differences of different learners' learning style, knowledge level and learning mode, and does not take into account the individuation. This paper proposes a bilingual teaching resource recommendation method for international trade practice based on knowledge graph and neural network. Firstly, correlate the content to be learned with the resources, use the existing knowledge mapping technology, and then use Word2Vec to quantify its behavior and characteristics, and the recommendation model is embedded. Finally, BiLSTM and Attention are used to extract features, dig learners' implicit feedback information, and achieve the purpose of personalized recommendation for learners. Experimental results show that the proposed model is more effective than the traditional recommendation algorithm, and effectively improves the effect of bilingual teaching resources recommendation. © 2023 SPIE.

At present, vehicle routing optimization has become the key to improving logistics efficiency and reducing costs. This article proposes an improved ant colony algorithm to address the limitations of traditional ant colony algorithms in the optimal path problem for vehicles. The core of this study is to improve the pheromone update model of ant colony algorithm and validate it by constructing an experimental environment. The improved ant colony algorithm proposed in this article has significant performance improvements in solving vehicle path optimization problems, and is feasible and superior in practical applications, especially in terms of search efficiency. This algorithm provides a new perspective for future research directions. © 2024 SPIE.

The traditional computer teaching model does not recognize the individual differences of students, does not conform to the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, and cannot vividly display computer teaching videos and pictures, resulting in poor interest in the learning process of students, especially for abstract teaching of core computer courses Knowledge points are more difficult to understand. Therefore, this paper uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology to design computer teaching software, introduces Unity3D technology to realize visual computer teaching, and tests the basic performance of the software. The test results show that the stability of the computer teaching software (CTS) designed in this paper has reached 100%, and the compatibility performance has reached 94 %. The expandable performance has reached 97%, the simple operation performance has reached 98%, and the responsive performance has reached 96%. It can be seen that the performance of the teaching software designed in this paper has passed the test requirements and verified the feasibility of the teaching software. © 2022 IEEE.
