People prefer to buy items and services online to save time in the current age of growing e-commerce. these internet purchases are heavily impacted by the reviews or opinions of people who have already purchased them. customers provide comments to businesses on how to improve product quality, develop, and monitor business strategies in order to boost sales and profits. customers may also use these comments to choose the proper items with less effort and time spent. giving fake review is the practice of fraudulent people who wants to promote or degrade products or services for illegitimate monetary gain. in this research paper, we present an ensemble machine-learning model to identify whether a review is fraudulent or authentic. to achieve this objective, amazon reviews dataset is used. the proposed ensemble model outperformed as compared to other individual classifiers. random forest provides 99% accuracy which is better than other algorithms. © 2023 IEEE.

The rain pollution detection system of sponge city based on Internet of Things is designed, which can be used for on-line remote detection of sponge city rain and sewage, and realize the over-limit alarm. A set of BP neural network is used, which can be used to forecast the rain pollution in sponge city, and analyze the matching between the water supply and water demand, including the matching of time, space, water quantity and water quality, it is helpful to identify the necessity and demand of urban rainwater resources control and utilization from both qualitative and quantitative aspects. Through the combination of Internet of things, cloud computing, big data and other information technology means, make the previously difficult to monitor the variables become easier to promote the construction of intelligent sponge city. © 2023 IEEE.

Cryptocurrencies have become a leading kind of digital currency in recent years, and the financial system is also becoming a key factor. Some Artificial intelligence techniques are needed to lower investing risk and anticipate price, trend, portfolio construction, and fraud detection. The most well-known cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, is discussed along with recent research on AI approaches for cryptocurrencies. The goal of this study is to examine how well machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) techniques forecast the value of cryptocurrencies like bitcoin. With regard to Bitcoin, the largest decentralized digital currency in terms of market capitalization, we investigate the possibility of offering unusual risk-changed rewards using Support Vector Machines (SVM) and Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) assembled techniques. The outcomes demonstrate the way that trader can utilize SVM to create moderate profits from a risk changed premise, even subsequent to thinking about exchange costs. The exploration likewise suggests that ANN can outflank even buy and-hold procedures during delayed bull patterns by using transient educational shortcomings to create abnormal benefits. © 2023 IEEE.

In today's congested public venues like railway stations, airports, and retail centers, security is a major concern. One of the suspicious object detection system's most important jobs is abandoned item detection. Automatically detecting suspicious items and enhancing public security and protection are the algorithm's main goals. We provide a technique for finding abandoned items in safe materials. The need for CCTV research in computer vision science has increased recently. There are several research studies on video surveillance in the literature. The primary aim of this approach is to develop a real-time security model that can recognize suspicious activity. Future incarnations of the device might be used to monitor unusual behavior in public areas instead of the current monitoring systems. © 2023 IEEE.

In today's modern era where the world has advanced with latest technologies, still there is scope of improvement in various fields. Currently we are witnessing modern techniques using Artificial intelligence and Machine learning. We can use them to enhance and improve the human health and lifestyle. One research area less explored is Diabetic Retinopathy and Hypertensive Retinopathy. Both are caused by Chronic Diabetic conditions or Hypertension Condition, which can cause serious damages in one's eye including blood vessel rupture cotton wool-spots etc. We can capture high resolution images and can use them to classify and detect the condition and help the patient with early diagnosis that can save them from losing their eyesight. © 2023 IEEE.

In this study, an intelligent training analysis system for snowboard big air was established. Based on the non-contact measurement method of vision, the system used high-speed cameras to build a multi-camera array, combined with 3D space camera calibration technology, human body projection matching, and tracking algorithm to track athletes' movements, capture, identify, and analyze athletes' gestures. In addition, based on the technology of kinematic calculation of external force, this study calculates the kinetics parameters of athletes in the process of take-off through the kinematic parameters of the human body, such as the moment of inertia, rotational kinetic energy, ground reaction force and so on. Finally, it establishes the calculation and analysis system of the kinetics parameters of the snowboard big air at the take-off stage. The system is of great significance to monitoring snowboard big air training. © 2023 IEEE.

It is difficult to picture life in the twenty-first century without the internet. Everything and anything can be reached quickly and easily with just one click adding to its disadvantages alongside to all of its benefits. Any illegal behaviour that is carried out online or using a computer is considered a cybercrime. The risk of cybercrime has expanded dramatically along with technology and the internet. Cybercrime can have serious repercussions;include monetary losses, theft of identity, and even dangers to national security. The use of AI is used extensively to prevent cybercrime in order to address this growing menace. Artificial intelligence (AI) based IDS serve to quickly identify and stop cyber-attacks, eliminating the potential harm that it may cause. The study examines the application of AI in preventing cybercrime, as well as the algorithms it employs and its potential applications in the future are all covered in this study. It also focuses at how to use AI to strengthen and improve cybercrime detection and tracking. Finally, the findings of proposed research is discussed and draw the conclusion that AI has a substantial impact on cybercrime detection and prevention. © 2023 IEEE.

For solving such problem as difficult identification of fault of distribution line and improving the safety of reclosing operation of distribution line, the principle of fault character identification of distribution line based on injection signal of distributed generation is proposed. In this paper distributed generation injection signal, based distribution line fault detection technology was proposed. Briefly introduce the equivalent parameters of distribution line, in case of transient and permanent fault conditions, are analyzed and the criterion of fault character identification. In addition to this, a control scheme for the inverter that will output a three-phase symmetrical voltage signal in the event that there is a loss of power to the system has been designed. The Matlab simulation serves to validate both the practicability and soundness of the strategy that has been suggested. The result show that uses the existed injection signal of the distributed generation device for fault identification, and has such advantages as accurate fault detection, convenient implementation and economic reliability without additional power supply. © 2023 IEEE.

Anomaly detection for network attacks has always been a very important part of intrusion detection. The current research focus is anomaly detection based on deep learning, which has two main problems. One is the lack of a large amount of labeled data in model training, and the other is difficult to detect unknown network attacks or variant attacks. To solve the above problems, an unsupervised anomaly detection model is constructed in this paper. The automatic encoder is used to learn normal traffic characteristics and detect abnormal traffic. Meanwhile, time correlation features and hierarchical clustering algorithm are used for data preprocessing to reduce time and space complexity, so as to further improve the efficiency of model detection. Due to the serious lack of verification data sets for unsupervised anomaly detection, this paper collects and organizes a large amount of data and designs four types of network attack data, including new attack means, worms, system vulnerabilities and botnets. The experimental results showed that the detection accuracy of worms and system vulnerabilities reached 98%, the detection accuracy of botnets reached 89%, and the attacks of the new OriginLogger software were detected. © 2023 ACM.
