At present, the operation and management of the power grid is complex and changeable, and the information islands between each link are obvious. In the process of promoting the transformation of the power grid, the blockchain technology meets the needs of multi-level collaborative management of power grid dispatching. Using the tamper proof and traceable characteristics of the blockchain technology, it can effectively solve the security and reliability problems of the interaction of regulatory data. Firstly, based on the characteristics of blockchain technology, this paper deeply analyzes the feasibility of integration of smart grid regulation business and deep application of blockchain. Secondly, according to the characteristics of smart grid dispatching application, the dispatching blockchain application architecture is designed, and the research on key technologies of the integration of blockchain technology and power dispatching application is carried out. Finally, with the tamper-proof and traceable characteristics of blockchain technology, the dispatching metadata management applications are deployed. Blockchain encryption technology and consensus mechanism are used to provide unified and traceable on-chain metadata which achieves effective control of the dispatching business system data. © 2023 IEEE.

For livestock and poultry carcass segmentation, the labor intensity is high, the skill requirement is high, and the segmentation efficiency is low;The segmentation process of livestock and poultry meat takes a long time, which is easy to cause secondary pollution of meat and other problems. It is necessary to upgrade the existing livestock meat processing industry and improve the intelligence degree of the current livestock carcass processing technology. In this paper, a fast adaptive histogram equalization method is proposed to enhance the contrast of the pig leg image captured by 3D camera, and then the trained YOLOV4 model is used to detect and calibrate the specified bone position of the pig leg image. This method first needs to establish local coordinate systems for the manipulator and the grasping target respectively, then uses Eye to Hand hand calibration system to obtain the corresponding conversion matrix, and transmits the position information of the grasping target to the manipulator, so that the manipulator can move to the designated position correctly and complete the grasping operation successfully. Field experiments verify the feasibility of this method. © 2023 IEEE.

With the amazing growth of image and video databases, there is a vast need for intelligent systems to automatically understand and look at information since doing it by hand is getting very hard. Faces are significant in social interactions because they show the feelings and identity of a person. People are not much better than machines at recognizing different faces. The automatic face detection system is a key in head pose tracking, face verification, face recognition, face tracking, face animation, face modeling, facial expression recognition, age and gender recognition, and behavior analysis in a crowd. Face detection is a way for a computer to find out the size and location of a face in an image. Face detection has been an outstanding issue in computer vision literature. This paper provides an overview of pose and rotation invariant face detection approaches with architecture designs and performance on popular benchmark datasets. The benchmark datasets used for face detection are listed as their key features. This paper also talks about different applications and challenges with face detection. Also, we set up special discussions on the practical aspects of making a face-detection system that works well. We end this paper by suggesting a few promising directions for future research. © 2023 IEEE.

Because of the port's intricate structure and underwater concealment, structure health monitoring is a crucial tool for ensuring the safe and steady functioning of the facility. This work proposes the visualization improvement approach of multi-source data fusion and builds a digital twin model of the port structure and auxiliary monitoring system based on the virtual-real mapping port digital twin modeling theory. This paper also implements the innovation of the digital twin display carrier, proposes the floating stereoscopic display technology for the naked eye and the multi-source interaction technology based on gesture recognition, develops the floating stereoscopic display equipment, and realizes the visual display and natural interaction of the digital twin for the safety monitoring of port structure, which is a new exploration for the safety maintenance of port structure. © 2023 IEEE.

Federated learning is a decentralized approach to machine learning that has increased in popularity in recent years. It enables several participants to train a common model without revealing their data. This strategy is, however, susceptible to attacks from malicious clients who can launch targeted model poisoning attacks and reduce learning performance by delivering false model updates to the server. It is necessary to identify and eliminate such fraudulent updates and the attackers behind them to preserve the robustness and security of the shared model. In this paper, a novel Siamese network-based architecture for robust federated learning is proposed. which can identify and eliminate harmful updates. Our method is assessed and compared with other approaches for adversarial detection in image classification tasks in a federated setting, using a CNN model. Experimental findings demonstrate that the system offers reliable federated learning that is resistant to both targeted model poisoning and untargeted Byzantine attacks. Overall, the study advances the development of secure federated learning systems, by suggesting a novel method for identifying and deleting fraudulent updates in federated learning, © 2023 IEEE.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the systematic nature of the terminology of computational linguistics. The purpose of the article is to establish system relations in the terminology of computational linguistics, identification of its relationships with other systems of special vocabulary, general scientific and interdisciplinary terms. The paper solves the problems of studying the sphere of functioning of the terms of computer linguistics, representation of its systemic connections in the form of a 'core-periphery' model, analysis of the main types of interrelation of terms of computational linguistics with other systems of special vocabulary and common language. The study of terminological material is carried out on the basis of descriptive method and method of quantitative analysis. The results of the study showed that the terminology of computational linguistics functions as a system of special names in the scientific and applied field, focused on the use of computer tools, mathematical models and artificial intelligence in linguistics and related disciplines. system connections in the terminology of computational linguistics can be represented in the form of a core-periphery model. © 2023 IEEE.

With the increasing scale and complexity of the power system, timely monitoring and accurate identification of abnormal data in power grid reports are crucial for ensuring the safe operation of the power grid. This paper proposes an automated alarm method for abnormal data in power grid reports based on the Paxos algorithm. Automatically collect power grid report data using RPA technology, and then use the isolated forest algorithm of sub forest progressive update incremental learning to detect anomalies in the collected data. Based on the anomaly detection results, the PAXOS algorithm is used to trigger the automated alarm system and promptly notify the operation and maintenance personnel. The experimental results show that this method can accurately detect abnormal situations in the power grid and improve the comprehensiveness of alarms, which is beneficial for improving the security of the power grid. © 2024 SPIE.

The medical field and other research areas fields heavily rely on artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML). Hand gesture recognition (HGR), which is a straightforward approach for interacting with machines, has drawn the attention of numerous researchers in the context of AI. Utilizing ML technique, HGR is carried out. Both the image technique and the design approach are parts of it. In the image technique, the hand picture is rebuilt utilizing the attributes of the images. However, when using the model-based approach, the image is recreated using many models, including volumetric, geometric, and others. The key difficulty in gesture control continues to be the ML individual's complexity and preparation time. Its accuracy is used to assess the HGR accuracy. Its precision is used to assess the HGR overall system performance. The many techniques and algorithms utilized in gesture control are covered in detail inside this work. © 2023 IEEE.
