Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology is widely used in the detection of SF6 decomposition components because of its high spectral resolution and fast response. However, although the traditional TDLAS gas detection system can measure the second harmonic signal, due to the single reference signal of the designed phase-locked amplifier, it is more susceptible to interference under complex noise environment, and the processing steps of the detection signal and the reference signal are cumbersome, the actual measurement results may be biased. In this paper, a simulation model of TDLAS absorption spectrum is built based on the virtual phase-locked amplifier in LabVIEW software, and TDLAS gas detection results are analyzed under different modulation coefficients, modulation frequencies and gas concentrations. The results show that the TDLAS gas detection simulation platform designed in this paper can effectively detect the second harmonic signal under different parameter settings. Considering the second harmonic amplitude and peak width, the modulation coefficient of the modulated signal is 2.5, and the high modulation frequency signal is used as the modulation signal. In addition, after simulating gas detection, it is found that with the increase of gas concentration, the amplitude of the second harmonic waveform also increases, and the fitting results showed that the change of the peak value of the second harmonic is highly linear with the gas concentration (R2 is 0.992). The research results can provide theoretical support for TDLAS signal extraction and trace gas detection. © 2023 IEEE.

Artificial intelligence techniques are utilized in cancer research and oncology which involves medical data in the detection of cancer, subtype classification, and optimization of cancer treatment. This paper discusses artificial intelligence techniques, such as K-means cluster analysis and its data interpretation based on breast cancer diagnostic dataset. This study focuses on the database of digital images of fine needle aspirate (FNA) of breast mass which shows abnormal lump, and a clustering technique was applied on this dataset. This study represents various descriptive statistics techniques of the breast cancer diagnostic dataset. Furthermore, we have also tried to show a variety of techniques of descriptive statistics like KMO and Bartlett’s test, total variance representing initial eigenvalues and extraction sum of squared loadings, scree plots, and clustering techniques like ANOVA table, initial and final cluster centers, and the distance between initial and final cluster centers of K-means cluster analysis. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2025.

Development of sensor technology has significantly increased recently. To combat the high rates of fatalities and expenditures connected with injuries caused by traffic, sensor technology and computer vision have achieved considerable advancements. To improve road safety, an intelligent system has been created with the aim of spotting anomalies in the road and providing driving support. Utilizing a combination of accelerometer sensors, vibration motion sensors, gyroscopic sensors, and GPS technology, this system is smoothly integrated into cars. A comprehensive and evidence-based systematic review focused on Computer Vision applications for Automated Road Defect and Anomaly detection is still lacking, despite the fact that prior studies and applications of computer vision have concentrated on particular aspects of road hazards. The system can identify several types of road irregularities based on the current location of the vehicle by using machine learning techniques to examine sensor data. Additionally, it gathers and compares data from other vehicles at the same GPS locations to confirm the presence of road problems like speed bumps or potholes. The GPS application provides access to a cloud-based repository where all the acquired data is safely kept. The technology notifies drivers ahead of time, advising them to slow down as they approach GPS spots that have previously been identified as having road abnormalities. The results of this poll could provide the scientific community with insightful information that would help improve traffic conditions and safety in general. experience. © 2023 IEEE.

At present, the waveforms generated in the power system are more and more complex, not only a single sinusoidal current, the pulsating DC component and the smooth DC component are often generated when the fault occurs. But the traditional AC residual current protector can only detect the AC residual current, and can not protect this complex waveform signal. In this paper, the pulsating DC residual current is studied, and a residual current detection method based on Fourier transform is proposed. It can effectively identify the residual current waveform, and set threshold according to different waveforms. It can accurately detect the residual current, but its anti-interference ability is poor. In order to solve the problem of anti-interference, a residual current detection method based on Kalman filter is proposed. The predicted value of Kalman filter is obtained after the generated residual current is filtered, and the threshold of the action of the system protection device can be set according to the predicted value. Simulation results show that this method can effectively improve the anti-interference ability of the system. © 2023 IEEE.

Timely detection of foreign objects on power transmission lines is essential for improving the safety of the power system. To address the challenge of a limited number of samples for foreign objects on power transmission lines, this paper proposes a few-shot learning-based algorithm for detecting power transmission line foreign objects in unmanned aerial vehicle remote sensing images based on the Faster RCNN network. Firstly, a Dual-Awareness Attention Mechanism (DAAM) is employed to capture the spatial relationships between support feature and query feature. Subsequently, a Representation Decoupling Mechanism (rdM) is utilized to address the data distribution differences between base classes and novel classes. Finally, the model is validated on a dataset of foreign objects on power transmission lines. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method effectively detects foreign objects on power transmission lines, providing a novel approach for few-shot learning in the detection of foreign objects on power transmission lines. © 2023 IEEE.

The growth of "distributed denial-of-service" attacks has become one of the most serious threats to Internet security in recent years. They are classified as serious and have the potential to disrupt network operations. In a short length of time, a "Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS)" assault can overwhelm a victim's computer and communication resources. Many defense systems have been evolved due to the seriousness of the situation. For years, network availability has been harmed by "denial-of-service" attacks, often known as DDoS. Despite multiple warnings, the attack continues to be quite successful. In this paper, we'll look at approaches for detecting "distributed denial of service" attacks in SDN, however, there are two novel DDoS detection algorithms to look for. The first method employs the degree of the attack in order to detect it. River crossing pipeline is an important part of China's oil and gas pipeline network system. For river crossing pipelines, the traditional technology of location, depth and corrosion protection layer damage detection is not suitable. Based on the investigation of the current typical river crossing pipeline inspection technology and equipment at home and abroad, this paper introduces a typical river crossing pipeline inspection equipment equipped with ROV, which is independently developed, and carries out inspection application on a domestic underwater pipeline crossing the Yangtze River. The field application results show that the ROV based detection technology of river crossing pipeline buried depth, negative protection potential and anti-corrosion layer quality is feasible, and the accuracy meets the requirements of field detection, which provides technical support and guidance for the field detection of typical river crossing pipelines in China. © 2024 SPIE.
