Virtual construction of tunnel engineering is a highly complex process that requires a lot of training and simulation. China's previous use of traditional virtual reality technology and BIM combined research on tunnel engineering virtual construction technology is not very good. Therefore, a research model of tunnel engineering virtual construction technology based on an integrated algorithm is established to help China conduct more in-depth research on the virtual construction of tunnel engineering. Combining integrated algorithms and BIM virtual reality technology is a new idea. Through the test and analysis of the tunnel construction virtual construction technology research model, it is proved that it is an excellent performance model. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper reviews several low-power full-adder designs aiming to reduce power consumption and chip area. Logical gates using fewer transistors are significant to low-power chips. In this paper, we compared 16-transistor full adder(TFA), 14-transistor full adder, 10-transistor full adder, 8-transistor full adder, and 6-transistor full adder, which are good representatives of low-power full adder development. © 2023 IEEE.

In today's health system, clinical diagnosis has taken on a crucial role. Brain cancer, which is the most serious illness and the main cause of death worldwide, is a significant area of study in the field of medical imaging. Brain cancers must be categorized and found to evaluate the tumors and choose the most appropriate course of treatment for each class. To find brain tumors, numerous imaging modalities are used. However, MRI is frequently utilized since it produces superior images and uses no ionizing radiation. Machine learning's area of deep learning (DL) lately displayed impressive performance, particularly in classification and segmentation issues. We offer an explanation-driven Deep Learning model for the prediction of discrete subtypes of brain tumors (meningioma, glioma, and pituitary) utilizing a brain tumor MRI imaging dataset employing an EfficientNetB0 convolutional neural network (CNN) and Shapley additive explanation (SHAP). The proposed brain tumor detection and classification method surpasses previous methods both visually and numerically, according to an experimental investigation, and achieves an accuracy of 99.84%. The eXplainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) approach (SHAP) is then used to explain the outcome. © 2023 IEEE.

The FOD-R Dataset is a collection of images that depict common types of foreign object debris (FOD) that can be found on runways or taxiways. The dataset has primarily been annotated using bounding boxes to facilitate object detection. However, the FOD-xR Dataset includes an additional feature - color codes - that provide information on the ease of removing the debris. Lightweight objects are marked in green, while heavy objects are marked in red. This centralized system simplifies coordination efforts, making it easier for organizations to manage FOD removal effectively. This, in turn, can have a positive impact on an organization's bottom line by minimizing delays and damage caused by FOD incidents. Overall, the FOD-R and FOD-xR Datasets are valuable resources for organizations looking to improve their FOD detection and removal processes. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper investigates the effect of different material parameter values on the stator natural frequency for electric vehicle (EV) motor. Firstly, modal simulations are carried out for both the stator core and stator core plus winding structures, and it is found that when the stator structure is changed, its natural frequency value will change. Secondly, the influence of different material parameters on the stator's natural frequency (including mass density, Young's modulus, Poisson's ratio and shear modulus) is analyzed to obtain the variation pattern of the material parameters' effect on the natural frequency. The shear modulus has a greater impact on the axial frequency of the stator. This provides the basis for motor stator material selection, thus avoiding resonance to achieve the purpose of motor vibration and noise reduction. © 2023 IEEE.

Online Social Network is a network communication platform where users have profiles that can be uniquely identified by the content sent. This content can be produced, consumed, and interacted with by other users. To connect with other users on social media, users must register by providing Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to social media platforms. PII is specific information that can identify or track individuals directly. This specific information may include your name, address, social security number, or other identifying code numbers such as telephone numbers, email addresses, and others. Personal identifiable information leakage is a problem in data security. Basically, every individual does not want their personal data to be known by anyone. Utilizing a sample size of 50 respondents, this study aims to ascertain the percentage of individuals who are aware of PII security on social media. This research will use quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires. The questionnaire in this study uses a social media attribute design. The results of the survey indicate that many respondents are unaware of the security of their data and have a limited understanding of how their personal data is managed by technology companies, particularly the 80% of non-IT respondents. © 2023 IEEE.

Aiming at the difficulty of sensing transient fault signals in a distribution network, this paper proposes a new method of accurate detection of transient fault signals in a distribution network based on tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) chip sensors, studies the transmission characteristics of TMR sensors, and analyzes the influence law of spatial position change of sensors in the magnetic field on measurement accuracy. The optimal installation site of the new sensor is obtained, and the signal processing circuit of the traveling wave sensor is designed according to the transmission characteristics of the sensor. The simulation and experimental results show that the TMR traveling-wave sensor has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy and a wide frequency band. © 2023 IEEE.

The modelling and simulation of a commercial DC rapid charging system powered by solar photovoltaic (PV) arrays are presented in this work. The active front end converter in the suggested solution uses buck-boost converters to charge the electric vehicle (EV) battery. The charging voltage is managed by the closed loop management of the buck boost converter. The simulation is carried out using the Matlab-Simulink tool, and the output results of the suggested model are compared for line and load regulations, in order to validate the proposed charging technique. © 2023 IEEE.

With the development of Ethernet technology, in order to achieve communication between Ethernet devices at different rates, this article focuses on the Auto-Negotiation function of the SGMII specification, while introducing the generation and basic principles of Auto-Negotiation. This design implements the Auto-Negotiation function of 10/100/1000 M three-speed Ethernet based on the IEEE802.3z protocol in the form of Verilog hardware description and conducts simulation verification. The simulation results indicate that this design achieves efficient transmission of Ethernet data and has high application and promotion value. © 2023 IEEE.

As the rapid development of information technology and the great improvement of people's living standards, people have generated the need to install anti-theft and fire-proof home security systems. But the existing home security system, in the use of infrared induction monitoring, easy to appear false alarm, and its use of desktop or server as a monitoring terminal, so it needs special personnel to be on duty, there are deficiencies in the function. This study designs and realizes a new home security alarm system, which can collect image, temperature and smoke data, and automatically transmit it to the owner's mobile phone in real time. The system has the advantages of intuitive image, low false alarm rate and no need of specially-assigned person to be on duty. © 2023 IEEE.
