Predicting consumer behaviour elucidates demographics, tastes, and underlying patterns. By keeping tabs on consumer activity, businesses may learn more about their wants and requirements, allowing them to provide better suggestions and increase conversion rates. Numerous factors affect consumer choices, including customer economics, buyer segmentation, and product quality. The most pressing problem that needs fixing is extracting actionable insights from these massive data sets to predict customers' actions. Author presented the multi objective evolutionary method to considerably improve the precision of consumption-related predictions as part of a cutting-edge quantitative research approach for predicting and analyzing customers' consumption habits. As the foundation for the whole prediction model, the data is first compiled based on customer preference and behaviours. As part of the data preparation, min-max normalization eliminates extraneous or irrelevant information. The author uses the Word2vec model for extraction of features, and we adopt boosting ant colony optimization (BACO) for feature selection. Multi-objective evolutionary algorithms (MOEAs) are used to make the predictions. The performance of the proposed system is evaluated, and its metrics are compared with those of well-established methods. The results indicate that the proposed multi objective evolutionary algorithm (MOEA) technique outperforms traditional Machine Learning (ML), excessive gradient boosting (XGB), Artificial intelligence (AI), and naive bayes (HNB) algorithms in various performance metrics. These metrics include accuracy (96 per cent), prediction quality (97per cent), accuracy (98 %), Recall (94 %), F1 score (99 %), and forecast time fifty seconds). Therefore, the results indicate that the regression model is viable and can be maintained over time. The proposed system for predicting consumption behaviour has shown its effectiveness in enhancing profitability. © 2023 IEEE.

Customers who use internet banking have the flexibility to manage their assets sometimes when and wherever they choose. Any web-based transactions will, in any instance, be vulnerable to privacy risks. The current system makes use of two-way validation factors (OTP), which are easily cracked by cybercriminals, causing customers to have their personal information invaded without having access to the aggressor's recognised evidence. As a result, in this research, we suggest a flexible SIM sequential-based check approach to safeguard mobile transactions using a waiter-side secure platform built on the Blockchain. The customer's record has the supporter character module (sim) serial number, and if a gate crasher tries to initiate a transaction from another sim, there is a mix-up of the login credentials, at which point the system communicates the intrusive location information to the bank. The bank then sends an email to the subscribed customer alerting them to the peculiarities of the intruder. There is no risk of a gate crasher initiating the transaction from another device because the mobile sim chronicle number is unique to the sim and isn't literally very distanced, eliminating the concerns associated with OTP. By verifying the updated markings throughout the transaction and calculating the contract for transaction confirmation, the Ethereum Blockchain breakthrough provides server-side information base security. For reliable financial exchange, blockchain-based security is mathematically validated. © 2023 IEEE.

As the construction of oil and gas pipelines continues to advance, the safety of pipelines has garnered increasing attention. Pipeline welds represent a crucial factor in ensuring the safe transportation of pipelines over the long term. Therefore, to guarantee the quality and safety of pipeline welding, it is necessary to inspect the welds of oil and gas pipelines. Currently, manual detection is the most common method for inspection. However, as the number of pipeline detection points continues to increase, manual detection has revealed issues such as low detection efficiency and the susceptibility of detection results to subjective judgments. To address these shortcomings, this study introduces machine vision technology to the detection and recognition of oil and gas pipeline welds, which holds significant guidance implications for the detection and recognition of oil and gas pipeline welds. © 2023 SPIE.

With the rapid development of computer technology and communication technology, computers have been applied to all areas of people's lives. In the field of education, it is a necessary function for the intellectualization of the education system to realize the automatic marking of examination papers by computer. In intelligent marking, the traditional method is used to segment the subjective question area of the test paper, which can not effectively segment different types of answer sheets and has the defects of low segmentation accuracy. The edge detection method is used to correct the subjective question area of the answer sheet, and the boundary box of the subjective question part is accurately screened by positioning the top, left, and bottom positioning lines of the answer sheet to complete the segmentation of the subjective question area in marking. The experimental results show that the correct rate of the new method is more than 95%, which is much higher than that of the traditional method. The new method can be widely used in intelligent marking work, and can effectively improve the efficiency of intelligent marking. © 2023 SPIE.

Schizophrenia is a severe mental disorder characterized by symptoms such as hallucinations and delusions that significantly impair patients' daily life. Magnetic resonance imaging has provided high-quality data support for research on psychiatric disorders due to its high imaging resolution and low side effects. However, conventional medical analysis methods based on statistics require a considerable amount of manual feature engineering. Moreover, machine learning and traditional deep learning methods struggle to perform well on high-dimensional MRI data, resulting in a bottleneck in further schizophrenia research. In this study, the self-attention mechanisms are applied to design a more efficient neural network for disease classification and pathological analysis, which does not depend on conventional convolutional approach. One significant advantage of self-attention mechanisms is that they can fully extract global representations, enabling the model to effectively leverage the complex MRI data. Additionally, by extracting the self-attention maps of the model, the proposed approach can be applied to detect critical pathological brain regions related to schizophrenia. It achieved end-to-end, purely data-driven pathological analysis and significantly reduced the cost of feature engineering. Experimental results show that the average classification accuracy of the self-attention-based neural network model is 76.76%, superior to traditional classification methods. It is also revealed that that structural damage to the thalamus, cerebellum, and surrounding regions is the main cause of schizophrenia. This model provides new insights for schizophrenia research using MRI data and for understanding the disease mechanism. © 2023 IEEE.

With the development of unmanned sensing technology, using lidar sensor to obtain 3D information of obstacles has become a research hotspot. Because the laser point cloud has the characteristics of near density and far sparse, it is easy to make the phenomenon of under segmentation of nearby objects and missing detection of distant objects in target detection, which is very easy to produce inaccurate detection results. In order to solve this problem, a combination of spectral clustering and improved European clustering algorithm is proposed, which effectively solves the problems of under segmentation and missing detection. In the experiment, the clustering effect of this algorithm is compared with the traditional European clustering algorithm and the latest point cloud detection algorithm. The real vehicle experimental results show that the average positive detection rate of the proposed algorithm is 86.9%, which is improved compared with other methods. The average time of the algorithm is 87ms, which is practical on the real vehicle platform. © COPYRIGHT SPIE.

E-polis is a multi-platform serious game that gamifies a sociological survey for studying young people's opinions regarding their ideal society. The gameplay is based on a user navigating through a digital city, experiencing the changes inflicted, triggered by responses to social and pedagogical surveys, known as "dilemmas". The game integrates elements of adventure, exploration, and simulation. Unity was the selected game engine used for the development of the game, while a middleware component was also developed to gather and process the users' data. At the end of each game, users are presented with a blueprint of the city they navigated to showcase how their choices influenced its development. This motivates them to reflect on their answers and validate them. The game can be used to collect data on a variety of topics, such as social justice, and economic development, or to promote civic engagement and encourage young people to think critically about the world around them. © 2023 IEEE.

In this article, an adaptive filtering technique for removing the PQ disturbances from ac mains is proposed based on Constrained Stability Least Mean Square (CS-LMS) algorithm for 4-wire configured Unified Power Quality Controller (UPQC). The CS-LMS algorithm is derived from the minimization of the difference weight vector's squared Euclidean norm under a stability constraint specified over the posterior error. This algorithm basically minimizes the mean squared error as to act adaptive filter. It CS-LMS algorithm provided active and reactive fundamental components from the distorted voltage and current signals. Apart from CS-LMS algorithm, a new method using Imperialist Competitive Optimizer (ICO) for designing PI controller has been used in UPQC. This overcomes the burden of the manual tuning process of PI-controller gains and the obtained results are compared with hit and trial method. The choice of ICO optimization approaches in PI control tuning over hit and trial method is because of faster tuning, save time and more accurate. The performance of four wire UPQC is evaluated for a variety of PQ disturbances, including low power factor, load balancing, voltage unbalancing, voltage sag mitigation, and neutral current mitigation. The performance results obtained through implementing using the MATLAB/simulink environment and a micro lab box processor, confirming that the UPQC control with CS-LMS algorithms performs satisfactorily. © 2023 IEEE.

With the development of the Internet of Things technology, the smart home industry is rapidly developing, and the collection and use of sensitive user data are also increasing. The issue of user privacy protection is becoming increasingly prominent and has received widespread attention. However, related research is still in its infancy. Firstly, the technical architecture of the smart home system was introduced, and an in-depth analysis was conducted on the privacy issues and the reasons for their increasing severity in the system. Secondly, based on the degree of use of privacy data such as user personal information and behavior, existing smart home systems were classified. Once again, the research status of different technologies in smart home privacy protection, such as access control, policy control, data minimization, network traffic obfuscation, federated learning, homomorphic encryption, and zero knowledge proof, was summarized and organized, and a comparative analysis was conducted on various technologies. Finally, corresponding suggestions were proposed for privacy protection in smart home systems. © 2023 IEEE.

The efficiency of "conflict-based Clause-Learning Boolean Fulfilment (CDCLSAT)"solvers on engineering problems from several fields has been seeing notable modifications during the last 20 years. Various analyses have proposed SAT-based tactics for cryptanalysis, like finding conflicts in hash capabilities and disassembling symmetrical encryption schemes, as just a result of the availability of efficient broad sense look solvers like SAT Solver. The majority of the currently suggested SAT-based cryptanalysis techniques are Black Box inventions, in which the cryptanalysis problem is encrypted as SAT and illuminated using CDCLSAT Solvers. The method has the issue that now the encoding created in this method may be too extensive for any slashing arrangements to decode successfully. This approach's solution is not manner set up to handle a specific or provided example, which is a further notable drawback. The disadvantage of this technique is that decoding created in this manner may be too extensive for any sophisticated organization to correctly decode. One notable drawback of this strategy that the solution does not way set up to deal with a specific or given scenario. In order to understand these problems, SAT Solutions have provided solutions to two related existing gaps (exhibited in Fast Programme Encrypted 2009) about the presence or absence of these minute secrets. SAT nameservers have provided an effective solution, even though that such problems might appear difficult to address. SAT nameservers have provided a useful plan of action, despite the fact that such problems it might seem difficult to fix and also discuss the experiment that was conducted to see how well an intermediate SAT Solution performed when doing encrypted cryptanalytic tasks that proved to be relatively challenging. Allocation and or before assaults here on MD4 computation are far less similar. © 2023 IEEE.
