To adapt to the increasing demand for big data storage and analysis, and to solve the difficulties and pain points of Data Warehouse technology, it is necessary to build an efficient and high-quality data storage architecture. In this thesis, the evolution, technical background, architecture, and the current status of domestic and international research of the Data Lake concept were presented, Data Lake and Data Warehouse were compared and their advantages and disadvantages were summarized. The feasibility of Data Lakehouse and ‘Data Lake + Data Middle-end’ was discussed, and the problems that should be solved in the construction of ‘Data Lake + Data Middle-end’ were prospected. Finally, the challenges faced by the further development of Data Lake technology were analyzed, and some ideas to solve these problems were put forward. © 2023 SPIE.

Object detection is a popular direction in the field of computer research, and the main task is to accurately classify and localize object instances in images. Since the advent of deep learning technology, it has advanced significantly in both speed and accuracy. However, there is still potential for improvement in the areas of multi-scale object detection, weakly supervised object detection, and unsupervised object detection. In this research, we examine and describe the current mainstream object identification algorithms based on deep learning from the viewpoints of process, network structure, common data sets, and model training approaches, based on detailed reference to a vast quantity of existing literature. We also give improvement suggestions according to the main problems and look forward to the future research focus in the field of object detection. © 2023 SPIE.

With the promotion of the strategic goal of 'carbon peak and carbon neutrality' and the gradual development of new power system construction, new energy represented by wind power and photovoltaic continue to develop rapidly. The strong uncertainty and randomness of large-scale new energy pose a huge test for the safe and stable economic operation of the power system. Firstly, this article analyzes the model of the joint system of new energy and energy storage. Secondly, it analyzes the application scenarios on the power generation side, including scenarios where the energy storage system suppresses minute level fluctuations in new energy power plants, reduces prediction errors in new energy power plants, and increases power generation revenue from new energy power plants. Finally, this article analyzes the application scenarios on the power grid side, including those involved in peak shaving and frequency regulation of the power grid. The research conclusion of this article indicates that the combined system of new energy and energy storage can suppress minute level fluctuations in new energy power plants and reduce prediction errors of new energy power plants. The energy storage can meet the active power balance of the power grid, alleviate peak valley differences, and quickly mediate to meet the frequency regulation needs of the power grid. © 2023 IEEE.

Aiming at the problems of personnel intrusion and random placement of goods affecting driving safety in the process of forklift operation, an obstacle target detection and distance detection method for forklift operation based on improved YOLOv5 network is proposed. First, in view of the problem that the target is small and difficult to detect when the distance between people is long, the YOLOv5 network is improved to improve the accuracy of target detection;for the problem of tracking loss caused by the detection target being occluded, the target tracking algorithm and ranging algorithm are introduced to realize the target detection. tracking recognition and distance detection. The experimental results show that the detection accuracy of the improved YOLOv5 network is improved by 4%;within the dangerous distance range, the distance detection error is within 5%, which meets the requirements of real-time detection and distance detection, and can be used to detect potential dangerous situations during operation. This main objective of this paper is to develop a detection system using Arduino, GPS, GSM and MEMS when a vehicle met with an accident. Here, MEMS technology detects the sudden change in the axes of vehicle and GSM module will send a message with the location of the accident to nearby hospital and relatives to alert them. GPS module is used to share the location of accident in the form of Google map link, derived from the latitude and longitude form. The alert message received by other side also contains the speed of vehicle in kmph. The proposed idea can also be used to track a vehicle continuously, by just making few changes in both software and hardware. This paper's primary goal is to continuously supply power to local loads while employing a coordinated control technique for voltage source converters in standalone and grid-interfaced operation modes when microgrid is susceptible to dynamics. The energy from the solar and wind renewable energy sources is extracted using DC-DC converters and powering local loads, that are connected to a common AC bus via parallel voltage source converters. To feed the sinusoidal grid current in case of grid interfaced mode of operation with unity power factor, the fundamental component of load current is generated using generalized soft root sign adaptive filtering approach to deal with high steady-state misalignment due to significant weight update. The converter integrated into the wind energy conversion system (WECS) functions as a grid-forming converter, and the battery energy storage is tied to the DC link to work as a power regulation entity amid interruptions in the event of standalone operational mode. The capability of both the converters operating parallel and overall microgrid response using robust control approach are corroborated in MATLAB Simulink platform and obtained results are proving the efficacy is presented in this work. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper, three popular model predictive control (MPC) techniques, namely predictive current control (PCC), predictive torque control (PTC), and predictive flux control (PFC), applied to induction motor (IM) drive are presented. These techniques directly use the inherent discrete nature of the power converter and evaluate control parameters for the finite switching states. These control techniques for IM can offer fast dynamic response, improved steady-state operation, and retain the decoupled nature. In case of PTC, weighting factor is used in cost function, whereas in other two control techniques, weighting factor is only required when additional control parameters are added. These control techniques are developed in MATLAB/SIMULINK, and results are presented for various operating conditions. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

A blockchain-enabled decentralized framework for frequency control of microgrid networks to incentivize the electric vehicle (EV) aggregator is presented in this work. The system employs a double auction mechanism and participation matrix (PM) developed in smart contract-based blockchain to facilitate real-time energy trading between EV aggregators and micro grid operators. The EV aggregators use idle EV batteries to provide frequency regulation services to the microgrid (MG). The PM represents the energy contract information of each prosumer with consumers. Further, a novel fractional-order recurrent neural network (F -RNN) based self-adaptive proportional integral derivative (PID) controller is introduced to ensure the stable power transaction among the EV prosumers during participation in peer-to-peer (P2P) energy trading in the MG network. The developed framework has been validated through the implementation of an MG network comprising four prosumers and three consumers. The proposed work is realized in real-time digital simulation using the Opal-RT platform connecting the prosumer through the Raspberry Pi microcontroller. The performance is evaluated through extensive simulations and compared with existing frequency control and energy trading techniques. Thus, the acquired real-time results authenticate the robustness of the developed F -RNN-tuned PID controller during energy trading. © 2023 IEEE.

It describes an infectious disease brought on by a recently found coronavirus causing disruption in every country across the world. In all, over 230 nations become affected by COVID-19, and more than 1,330,000,000 individuals are diagnosed globally. Of those, around 7 million individuals have die as a result of this deadly illness. thus, COVID19 has been declared a global epidemic. For this study COVID-19 social media data is used. In this paper, the extraction of Twitter data, initial data processing, evaluation of sentiment were thoroughly investigated with respect to world, USA and India for which tweeter data set is used taen from WHO dataport website. Alter LSTM is used to investigate relation between people sentiment and death due to COVID19.
