In order to better ensure the health of natural resources and environment and avoid the risk of environmental pollution, this paper puts forward the design method of natural resources audit mobile monitoring system considering risk control, optimizes the hardware structure of natural resources audit mobile monitoring system, further optimizes the system software function and operation process, optimizes the natural resources risk identification and control method, and constructs the management index of natural resources audit mobile monitoring. Finally, the experiment proves that the mobile monitoring system of natural resources audit considering risk control has high practicability in the process of practical application and fully meets the research requirements.

Ant colony algorithm theory is an algorithm that helps to find a path or route for a given task. It is also used in control engineering to find the best way to control the traffic flow on the road. this method can be applied to various problems, such as routing, scheduling and so on. the main advantage of this algorithm is that compared with other algorithms (such as Dijkstra algorithm and a* search algorithm), it requires very little computing time. this process involves several steps. these steps are explained. this paper will introduce some basic concepts of ant colony algorithm (ACA) theory and its application in control engineering. In this study, the pulse corona discharge composite technology is used to treat flue gas. the pulse corona discharge technology is the main technology, and the bag filter and activated carbon adsorption are the auxiliary processes. the pulse corona discharge adopts the nanosecond narrow pulse power supply to achieve the intense pulse electric field, the electric field intensity is adjustable, and the multi-level discharge ionization superposition is used to remove the dioxins (PCDD/Fs) in the flue gas step by step. Under the given electric field intensity, PCDD/Fs in flue gas will undergo material dissociation and free radical oxidation reaction. With the increase of electric field intensity, the removal efficiency of PCDD/Fs will be increased gradually, and the maximum comprehensive removal efficiency of more than 97% can be achieved. this study shows that the efficient removal of PCDD/Fs in incineration flue gas without secondary pollution can be successfully achieved via the pulsed corona discharge composite technology proposed, and this technology can also be extended to the removal of PCDD/Fs in similar flue gas. this study provides effective theoretical basis for the large-scale promotion and application of this technology. © 2023 IEEE.

Neurological disorders such as Cerebral Palsy (CP) and spinal cord injury (SCI) adversely affect the lower-body movement of the pediatric population. Such movements can be improved by carrying out rehabilitation measures using exoskeleton technology. Although several lower-limb exoskeleton systems have been developed;however, most are for elderly people rather than children. Moreover, there is minimal literature available on existing pediatric gait exoskeleton systems. this work systematically reviews the design, actuation, and control of different exoskeleton systems for pediatric gait rehabilitation to address the literature gap. the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) statement is provided to show the inclusion and exclusion criteria of related publications from the literature. thereafter, design aspects (namely assist joint, active DOFs, weight), actuation methods (namely type, minimum torque/force), and control schemes (namely supervisory level, high-level and low-level) are presented for each exoskeleton. A generalized dynamic formulation for the design of such exoskeletons is given in design passive-assist and active-assist modes. Finally, a few major concerns hindering the development of pediatric exoskeletons are discussed. © 2023 IEEE.

Photovoltaic (PV) power generation is influenced by fluctuating environmental factors and exhibits significant non-linearity, making accurate prediction challenging. this paper constructs photovoltaic power prediction models based on BP neural network and XGBoost algorithms, and experimentally validates their predictive performance. the models are evaluated using metrics such as root mean square error (RMSE), mean absolute error (MAE), and coefficient of determination (R2). the experimental results indicate that the BP neural network demonstrates stable performance in handling complex nonlinear relationships, while XGBoost achieves higher prediction accuracy and better generalization ability when the dataset is relatively small. this study provides a reference for the selection of photovoltaic power prediction models and lays the foundation for improving prediction accuracy in renewable energy power systems. © 2024 IEEE.

this paper explores the impact of variable structure controllers (VSC) and pumped storage hydro power stations on the frequency stability of a two-area power system. A comprehensive simulation model is developed to evaluate the system's response to load disturbances. the findings reveal that the implementation of VSC controllers yields significant improvements in frequency stability compared to conventional Proportional, Integral and Derivative (PID) controllers. the frequency deviation is reduced by an impressive 43%, demonstrating the remarkable effectiveness of VSC controllers in regulating and maintaining system frequency. Furthermore, the integration of pumped storage hydro power stations into the system enhances its frequency response characteristics, resulting in minimized frequency deviations during generating operations. this synergistic combination of VSC controllers and pumped storage units offers a highly promising and robust approach to achieve reliable frequency regulation and mitigate the adverse effects of load disturbances in power systems. these results underscore the vital role of advanced control strategies and renewable energy storage solutions in ensuring a stable, resilient, and sustainable electricity supply. © 2023 IEEE.

Due to the influence of extreme weather conditions and the complex operation modes of modern power system, there must be risks of large-scale power outages in the power system, and the system recovery problem after a major outage has become an important research hotspot. therefore, to address the problem of low availability of certain power equipment in the system after extreme weather events, an optimal power system partition recovery model considering grid reconfiguration efficiency and path reliability is proposed. the proposed model first takes the units' power recovered in per unit time and the recovery ratio of critical loads as constraints to ensure the efficiency of the grid reconfiguration, and then it establishes and takes into account the path reliability index based on the availability of power equipment to make the recovery process safe and stable as well as enhancing the resilience of the post-disaster system. this paper first completes the recovery of units and loads within the partition by searching for the shortest recovery path of each unit based on Dijkstra's algorithm, and then solves the partition recovery optimization problem to obtain the best partition recovery strategy through genetic algorithm. Finally, this paper verifies the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed method by using the New England 10-unit 39-node system. © 2023 IEEE.

the current construction quality detection structure of permeable concrete pavement is mostly single processing, which reduces the detection efficiency and easily leads to an increase in the mean difference of compressive strength. therefore, the design and verification research on the construction quality detection method of permeable concrete pavement of urban landscape engineering based on data mining is proposed. According to the change of actual measurement demand, set basic detection indicators and evaluation standards, conduct compressive strength measurement and permeability coefficient calculation, adopt the form of multi-objective, build a data mining detection structure, improve the detection efficiency, and use Dynatest secondary measurement to achieve quality detection. the final test results show that the mean difference of compressive strength of Hutuo River Ecological Environment Restoration Project 41+500∼45+200 permeable concrete sections is well controlled 2.5 through comparative study of the five set detection nodes, indicating that this detection method has strong pertinence, wide detection range, controllable error, and practical application value. © COPYRIGHT SPIE. Industry 4.0 currently prepares a major shift towards extreme flexibility into production lines management. Digital Twins are one of the key enabling technologies for Industry 4.0. However, the interoperability gap among digital representation of Industry 4.0 assets is still one of the obstacles to the development and adoption of digital twins. If the Asset Administration Shell (AAS), the standard proposed to represent the I4.0 components, caters for syntactic interoperability, a more semantic kind of interoperability is deeply needed to develop flexible and adaptable production lines. In our work, we overcome the limitation of current syntactic-only resource matching algorithms by implementing semantic interoperability based on ontologies i.e., by transforming AAS-based plant models into MaRCO (Manufacturing Resource Capability Ontology) instances and then query the expanded ontology to find the needed resources. this article presents this ontology-based approach as the first step towards the design and implementation of an automated I4.0 flexible plant supervision and control system based on modeldriven engineering (MDE) within the "Papyrus for Manufacturing" toolset. We show how an MDE approach can aggregate around digital twin modeling tools from the Papyrus platform both I4.0 technologies and AI (Knowledge Representation and Reasoning) tools. Our platform aligns modeling and ontological elements to get the best of both worlds. this method has two main advantages: (1) to provide semantic descriptions for digital twin models, (2) to complement model-driven engineering tools with automated reasoning. this paper showcases this approach through a robotic cell use case.

the proportion of photovoltaic power generation in the global energy structure is increasing year by year. Because of its volatility and periodicity, grid-connected photovoltaic challenges the safe and stable operation of power grid. One of the ways to solve this problem is data mining. Data mining needs high-quality data support, and data cleaning is one of the important means to improve data quality. Aiming at the problem of poor quality of original PV data, this paper analyzes two typical outliers of PV data and proposes a PV output data cleaning method based on Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise (DBSCAN) clustering algorithm, quartile algorithm and Pearson correlation coefficient interpolation method. Comparison of DBSCAN clustering algorithm combined with the quartile method of outlier identification with the quartile method alone outlier identification, the effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper is verified. then using the method proposed in this paper for outlier identification based on Pearson correlation coefficient interpolation and cubic spline interpolation to verify the data filling effect, the results show that Pearson correlation coefficient interpolation is superior to cubic spline interpolation. Finally, two sets of data with different data cleaning methods are substituted into the Long short-term memory (LSTM) Model to verify accuracy of the cleaning method proposed in this paper. © 2023 IEEE.
