With the development of intelligent financial level, intelligent financial system has been gradually applied to most enterprises. Once there is operational risk in the financial system, it will seriously affect the security and reliability of enterprise finance. therefore, once the operational risk of the smart finance system is prevented and controlled, it is very necessary. In order to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of risk prevention and control monitoring of smart financial systems during operation, a deep learning-based operational risk prevention and control monitoring method for smart financial systems is designed. First, establish the corresponding relationship between the roles and operations of the smart financial system, establish an operational risk prevention and control model based on deep learning, design a risk assessment structure tree, and complete operational risk quantification. In order to verify the effectiveness of the design method, a performance comparison experiment was designed. the experimental results show that the accuracy of the test samples finally reached 74.6%, of which 21 risk samples were correctly monitored and prevented, indicating that the designed deep learning-based smart financial system operates Risk prevention and monitoring methods have certain effectiveness.

An industrial SCADA system and PLC are the heart of automatic control of the metro rail systems (machinery). the SCADA system controls any complex process, monitors and collects information from the process, and hands it to a central site. the corresponding operator interface or HMI takes an alarm for necessary failure. In this paper, a simulated prototype of an automated metro rail system operator is designed to monitor and control metro rail systems based on PLC and SCADA. the entire simulated operation involves operational control center (OCC), traction SCADA system, power supply system, and traction power control. the traction SCADA system is used for providing effective monitoring control of the metro rail system. Metro rail system has installed infrastructure based on the SCADA from power supply system and traction power control in each station that is remotely connected to the OCC. It has control over each station and possesses the highest command priority. In case of emergency or congestion happened in the system is the alarm. OCC controls the various modes and helps design a system that can be tuned to prevent the failures arising in the traction system. the system provides improved safety and efficiency, optimal anticipatory response, and reduced labor cost. © 2023, the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Today's manufacturing industries all over the world widely use CNC technology to improve the manufacturing capacity and level, and improve the adaptability and competitiveness of the dynamic and changeable market. the research and development of CNC technology and the promotion and application of CNC products require a large number of high-quality CNC professionals, and CNC teaching and training are therefore in a very important position. In order to improve the success rate of system requests, a numerical control machining simulation teaching system based on mobile terminals is designed. Using the combination of PC and motion control card, combined with the oscillation circuit inside the PIC16F877 microcontroller to form a complete oscillation circuit;using 3D graphics technology to simulate the CNC machining process, optimize the CNCmachining process, build a tool database, and transfer these parameters to the In the simulation program, the cutting process is simplified as a one-dimensional Boolean operation along the line of sight, and the function of the simulation teaching system is designed by using the mobile terminal. Experimental results: the request success rate of the designed system is high, indicating that its use effect is better.

the Stewart structure with six degrees of freedoms (6-DOF), which has the advantages of big bearing capacity, strong stiffness and high accuracy, has been widely used in the indoor automatic assembly of aeronautics and astronautics. In this paper, a novel design method for the Stewart structure with limited installation space is proposed to extend the workspace by parameter optimization using genetic algorithm, and the performance is further verified via co-simulation. Firstly, the target function, which describes the workspace that satisfies both kinematic and dynamic constraints, is built with four parameters: the joints circle diameters and the angles between adjacent joints of both bottom and top platforms. Subsequently, the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the target function with the four parameters whose bounds are limited by vehicle-mounted installation space and structure interference. Finally, the geometry model is built in LMS. Motion and is studied using co-simulation method with the hydraulic system in AMEsim and control system in Simulink. With the cylinders motion accuracy within ±0.5 mm, the final position of top platform is consistent with the theoretical calculations, and the position error could be controlled within ±0.7 mm. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Virtual-coupling (VC) train operation is seen as an emerging technology that can effectively increase the capacity of railway transportation. Based on advanced train-to-train communication, VC allows trains to travel minimal distances without physical connections. this paper proposes a model predictive control approach based on Mixed-Integer Linear Programming (MILP) for virtually coupled trains, the nonlinear characteristics, and space-depending variables such as route gradients can be modeled based on time in the MILP model, leading to more flexibility in modeling for complex engineering scenarios. Result shows the model predictive control approach based on MILP needs about 18% solving time compared with Nonlinear Model Predictive control with the equivalent prediction horizon. Our simulation results also demonstrate the proposed method can control the leader train to follow the reference speed and the follower train to keep an acceptable interval during the journey, which means the proposed method is effective for virtual coupled trains. © Beijing Paike Culture Commu. the paper analyzes the existing control systems for hydraulic turbines and provides frequency control schemes from leading hydroturbine equipment manufacturers. the design features of the construction of circuits with discrete and discrete-analog control methods with an embedded computer system for controlling the speed of a hydraulic turbine, which guarantees trouble-free operation in case of load deviations and power failures, are considered. A fully automatic method for controlling a hydraulic unit is proposed, in which the computer system independently controls the turbine based on the parameters of the operation of the hydraulic unit recorded by devices by the computer control program. the analysis of the operation of the schemes is carried out, taking into account the specifics of the functioning of the control system. A nonlinear mathematical model of the hydromechanical part of the regulator is considered to assess the quality indicators of transient processes occurring during a hydraulic turbine’s start-up, shutdown, and reverse operation modes. Using this mathematical model and control algorithms improves the positioning accuracy and reliability of hydropneumatic systems with the possible simplification of circuit solutions is an effective solution to control problems. A gradual study of the dynamics of the runner hydraulic drive was carried out. the obtained results prove that using a positional hydropneumatic drive to build a system for controlling the speed of a hydraulic turbine with discrete and discrete-analog control makes it possible to synthesize a hydropneumatic drive with high positioning accuracy. © 2023, the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

Efficient resource allocation is paramount to ensuring optimal quality of services and effective utilization of radio resources. this paper presents a novel framework designed for communication mode selection, admission control, and user association within the realm of next-generation radio access networks (NG RAN), tailored to accommodate the unique demands of 6G enabling technologies. these encompass diverse aspects such as heterogeneous three-dimensional networks, cutting-edge cell-free architectures, and the dynamic integration of artificial intelligence. the framework further embraces the synergy of cloud-RAN, edge computing, cloud computing, massive multiple-input-multiple-output (mMIMO), and advanced beamforming techniques. What sets this proposed framework apart is its integrated and holistic approach. In an asynchronous and parallel manner, it addresses the intricate algorithms governing access to radio resources in 6G cell-free RANs. A primary focus lies on enhancing Quality-of-Service (QoS) metrics while optimizing the utilization of scarce radio and natural resources. this comprehensive strategy also leads to a reduction in the complexity of handoff management and optimizes the overall lifetime of sessions. By seamlessly unifying these components, the framework represents a significant advancement towards a more efficient and responsive network infrastructure aligned with the evolving landscape of advanced wireless communication systems. © 2023 IEEE.
