The storage digital twin modeling is established by using data-driven multi-dimensional fusion modeling technology. The mathematical model of space allocation is constructed with the efficiency of delivery, the degree of goods correlation and the stability of shelves as the optimization index. A new intelligent ant (IACO) algorithm is introduced and optimized. Simulation results show that this method can optimize the operating efficiency of the digital twin system.

In order to solve the problem that the tenderer lacks the analysis of the cost estimation data, this topic intends to adopt online analysis and processing (OLAP) method. A new cost estimation method is studied. The model is based on the statistics of similar project cost data. An optimized data analysis model is adopted. This method can estimate the project cost more accurately. This method is applied to project bidding and the data processing of the system is carried out. A concrete example is used to evaluate the accuracy of the method. The result shows that the prediction accuracy is high and meets the need of project bidding.
