An intelligent learning system based on online resource open course was proposed based on Semantic Web ontology technology. The system mainly includes experimental content, online test, video on demand, teaching forum and other modules. Firstly, according to the characteristics of the learning behavior data collected by the online resource open course platform, the characteristics of learners are selected. Then, a knowledge tracking model is constructed based on Bayesian network, model parameters are set based on empirical probability, and the difficulty of problems is introduced into the model. Finally, we define the positive characteristics of students’ attitude and build a learning attitude tracking model based on classification algorithm. The design of the system is reasonable, the operation is simple, the maintenance is convenient, the operation is stable, the security is high, and the teaching method of the basic course of computerapplication is optimized, and the computerapplication ability of the students is greatly improved.

This paper introduces the design and construction of 5G network relay system for sports game broadcast video and audio signals. The main functional components of the system, the new technology of 5G wireless transmission, and the high-definition image of UAV are described. A full-duplex UAV measurement and control and high-speed data transmission system based on distributed software radio architecture is designed and implemented. In this paper, the estimation method of point spread function under different motion blur conditions is proposed, and the Wiener filter restoration algorithm is used to estimate the image, and an image restoration scheme suitable for UAV imaging guidance system is given. The design of the system is based on modularization and standardization. It has good expansibility and maintainability.

In this paper, based on the open source UC dataset, the original dataset was first subjected to data preprocessing operations such as logarithmic transformation, outlier and missing value processing, and dimensionality reduction to obtain complete, valid, intuitive, and concise data. To avoid multicollinearity among variables, the variance expansion coefficient of each variable was calculated and found to be less than 5, so there was no multicollinearity. Then lasso regression feature extraction was performed to reduce the number of variables to 13, thus reducing the complexity of the model. A random forest prediction model was constructed, and its average relative error was 0.04217 according to the model evaluation criterion 0.99157, with an error precision of 1. The model has good precision and is useful for prediction research in other fields.
