This paper proposes a user-oriented intelligent information interaction system and method for intelligent rural electricity service resources based on computer big data technology. The key technical modules such as intelligent monitoring terminal, monitoring resource library, registered rural electricity resource library, user demand library and rural electricity service resource interaction center are efficiently integrated. Rural electricity users can customize the rural electricity service resources according to their own needs, and complete the real-time interaction and effective connection between the users and the power grid system. This paper presents an optimal distribution problem of rural power system with some limiting factors. The effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm is verified by example analysis and software implementation based on geographic information system.

The researches on dispersion profiles are prominent for nonlinear optics, optical communication and spectroscopy. A highly birefringent, low-loss fiber is designed in this article by introducing a double elliptical air hole in the x-direction. Furthermore, the influence of birefringence and dispersion with the structure parameters and wavelength have been demonstrated. To realize the application in nonlinear optics, we have filled the fiber core with SC2 and the effective mode area and nonlinear coefficient have been calculated to verify the performance in nonlinear applications. We consider that the proposed bias-preserving fiber is highly forward-looking in the design of high birefringence fiber and dispersion-compensating fiber when applicated in nonlinear fiber optics and optical communications.

In order to realize the network security of open platform SaaS applications, avoid user data leakage and data tampering, and improve the security protection ability of application services, this research uses the application gateway based on Spring Gateway and Spring Security to build a user rights model by using RBAC principle, and realizes the technology-controllable link encryption and digital signature scheme by SM2, SM3 and SM4 national secret algorithms. The application gateway records access logs uniformly, and forms an application gateway with certain security protection ability, which has user authentication, controllable access rights, data transmission encryption and traceability after access. By introducing this application gateway, the network security capability of the open platform can be enhanced, and at the same time, the development intrusion of platform services can be avoided. It is compatible with business micro-services with different architectures and different development languages, which is conducive to the formation of unified service security protection.

In this paper, a new vehicle distance detection technology based on image processing is proposed to solve the traditional ultrasonic vehicle distance detection errors, many blind areas and other problems. The binocular vision sensing system was used to collect real-time images in front of vehicles. The vehicle in front of the collected image is identified through template matching, and the parallax principle is used to calculate the vehicle distance after confirming the presence of the vehicle. Experimental results show that this method can detect the distance between different angles and different positions with high accuracy.

After determining large-scale power data and spatial scenarios, a new analysis model is constructed for 3D visualization scenarios. In this model, big data mining and 3D visualization technology are organically integrated, information fusion and fuzzy tomographic analysis method are adopted to realize efficient mining of power big data, and 3D rendering algorithm based on attribute reduction is used to improve the real-time performance of power 3D scene rendering. The visual feature reconstruction technology is used to realize the visual reconstruction of the 3D scene of power big data in the distribution network. The experiment shows that the data visualization management method can realize the efficient mining of power big data and real-time rendering of 3D model.

It is very important to quantify the influence of terrain undulation on radar detection range. In order to ensure the accuracy of the analysis results, it is usually necessary to obtain large amount of DEM data or improve the accuracy of DEM data by up-sampling.
