While unsupervised domain adaptation has been explored to leverage the knowledge from a labeled source domain to an unlabeled target domain, existing methods focus on the distribution alignment between two domains. However, how to better align source and target features is not well addressed. In this paper, we propose a deep feature registration (DFR) model to generate registered features that maintain domain invariant features and simultaneously minimize the domain-dissimilarity of registered features and target features via histogram matching. We further employ a pseudo label refinement process, which considers both probabilistic soft selection and center-based hard selection to improve the quality of pseudo labels in the target domain. Extensive experiments on multiple UDA benchmarks demonstrate the effectiveness of our DFR model, resulting in new state-of-the-art performance. © 2023 ieee.

In view of the impact and influence of grid-connected distributed energy on power system, this paper studies the capacity optimization of microgrid. First of all, this paper introduces non-cooperative game theory to build a capacity optimization model of microgrid based on non-cooperative game. Then, the whale optimization algorithm is used to configure the capacity of each game player. Finally, using the historical data of a certain region for analysis, the results show that compared with the single stakeholder optimization method, the photovoltaic power station and energy storage system revenue increased by 9% and 2.5%, respectively. © 2023 ieee.

The awareness of democracy and human rights has been spread among the generation of information by Internet communication technology. However, it is difficult to distinguish between true and false information. Disinformation has evolved through new communication technologies. The Internet is a chessboard-like and intricate technology. Disinformation harms fundamental trustworthiness in the operation of liberal democracy and endangers the quality of people's lives in society. To respond to disinformation, we compare false verification platforms and website functions of foreign verification centers and Taiwan FactCheck Center such as MyGopen and Cofacts. To ensure the effective and safe use of information exchange, this study advocates making public interest-led information transparency and investigating false information systems and fraud databases. For the relevant verification platforms and websites, we propose a refinement system method to identify false information to determine whether the false information is true or malicious and prevent false information transmission and fraud. © 2023 ieee.

Aiming at the real time and accuracy of door handle pose estimation, this paper improved ORB matching algorithm and combined with least square plane fitting algorithm. In order to improve the real-time performance of the system to obtain the location information of the door handle, the ORB matching algorithm was used to reduce the time complexity of the algorithm itself and the polar constraint algorithm was added to reduce the search dimension to straight line search to reduce the matching time and reduce the mismatching. Finally, the least square plane fitting algorithm is used to obtain the spatial attitude information of the door handle under the camera plane. The accuracy and real-time performance of the improved ORB matching algorithm and the accuracy of the door handle pose are verified by experiments. The proposed method can meet the requirements in practical application. © 2023 ieee.

Digital Transformation and data science (DS) are used in tandem with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Deep Learning (DL). Learning is a characteristic human way of behaving which has been made a fundamental part of the machines also. AI, encompassing ML, Neural Networks, and DL, aims to replicate human decision-making and perspectives. ML is regarded as a subset of AI and is frequently employed for the implementation of AI. DL represents a progression beyond ML, characterized by its utilization of specialized algorithms known as deep neural network models. DS is an extensive interaction that includes different strides for dissecting information and creating bits of knowledge. As companies journey toward digital transformation and the era of Industry 4.0/Pharma 4.0, an increasing number of them are integrating DS, Advanced data Analytics, and AI into their development and production workflows. This integration is aimed at enhancing efficiency, minimizing errors, and maintaining competitiveness.. This paper studies the task scheduling strategy of cloud data center based on data warehouse. Combined with the characteristics of power data center, a multi-qos evaluation model for power data center is defined. In this paper, a neural network algorithm is used for task scheduling with QoS overall effect value as the target. Then this paper establishes the overall technical architecture and hardware and software system of the big data center of the electric power company, and studies the key technologies such as data access and preprocessing, data integration and storage, data computing and processing, data mining and analysis, data security and management. Finally, taking the transformer equipment status evaluation experiment center as an example, the tasks of fault diagnosis, status evaluation, overhaul and maintenance are simulated and scheduled, and the Cloud Sim platform is used for simulation test. The results show that this algorithm can meet the multi-qos requirements of power users to the maximum extent and effectively improve the efficiency of power data center operation.

With the rapid development of computer software and hardware technology and the increasing requirements for animation production,motion capture and motion capture have entered a practical stage. In recent years, more and more games use motion capture to complete the animation of the game. The mainstream optical motion capture technology has high capture accuracy and frame rate,but it is expensive and requires a large number of complex hardware devices and strict studio environment. Another dynamic capture technology, inertial dynamic capture technology requires the use of inertial measurement unit including gyroscopes, accelerometers, magnetometers and other sensors to measure the motion information of human bones. The number of IMUs for an inertial motion capture device usually ranges from a few to a dozen. How to use simple hardware devices to promote motion capture to general game developers and quickly complete the upstream and downstream wor of motion capture is the goal of this paper. © 2024 ieee.

Nowadays, scientists are becoming more intent on ocean underwater research. Because ocean underwater conveys inadequate data to research. With the help of different appliances like sensors, it has become possible to get this valuable data. More importantly, to examine the underwater data, the location of the sensor needs to be known. Without the location of data, the data is meaningless. Different ocean vertical water columns carry different temperatures that lead to acoustic signal refraction, resulting in location error. In this paper, a new method has been introduced to calculate distance error from Beacon node to sensors in ocean underwater and variation of distance error due to receiving angle of acoustic signal by beacon node has been examined with simulation. © 2023 ieee.

Usually, a doctor can judge whether a patient has lung disease by X-ray. With the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the number of patients continues to increase while manual work increases. Thus, it's a challenge now to detect what kind of lung diseases the patient has with radiography., in an accurate and fast way. With the development of deep learning and the emergence of CNN (Convolutional Neural Network), the devices equipped with neural network can become more intelligent and automated. In this article, we adopted ResNet to be our network, and used 3 data augmentation methods and data regularization methods to process the data and get higher accuracy. In this article, we reached 93.39% accuracy based on the experiments. © 2023 ieee.

Aiming at the characteristics of BeiDou satellite navigation B1I signal with large Doppler shift and fast change in high dynamic environment, a capture algorithm based on multi-multiplicity PMF and Tong detection is proposed. The preprocessing link carries out automatic gain control on the input signal in order to quantize the result after speed reduction in multiple bits, and the PMF link adopts the multi-multiplicity method to carry out the relevant operation, and the relevant result is handed over to the Tong detector for judgment. After the derivation of the formula and software simulation to determine the optimal parameters, the capture probability of this algorithm is greater than 90% when the carrier-to-noise ratio is greater than 36 dB-Hz, which indicates that this algorithm meets the demand for capturing navigation signals in high dynamic environments and has a certain application value. © 2023 ieee.
