This paper proposes an application anomaly detection and bottleneck identification system (AAD-PSC) based on cloud platform service components. The system can monitor and analyze applications on multi-layered cloud platforms with customized index values. The embedded Ethernet interface is composed of MCU and Ethernet control chip W5500. The three-layer architecture of "cloud server, device, sensor and controller" is adopted to realize no difference monitoring at any time, place and terminal. The monitoring module dynamically adjusts the sampling period so that the sampling points are concentrated in the period when the resource usage of the application system fluctuates greatly. Use UDP/IP protocol to exchange information between the local and the cloud, and analyze and process the data in the cloud. The test results show that the system has the characteristics of low cost, small size, low power consumption and high data transmission accuracy.

With the rapid development of machine learning and artificial intelligence, the research of prediction models is becoming more and more popular. This paper aims to propose a general prediction model and analyze the importance of features. First, this paper builds the GBDT(Gradient boosting decision tree) and finally, the LightGBM (Light Gradient Boosting Machine) algorithm based on the Bagging Ensemble algorithm. MAPE and R2 were set as test indicators, and 31 groups of data from 1992 to 2022 were selected for training and learning. The results show that: (1) The GBDT-LightGBM model constructed in this paper has good robustness, with MAPE of 9.658 and R2 up to 0.899. (2) GBDT-LightGBM prediction model can better evaluate the influence of independent variables on dependent variables. This study provides an effective and general methodology for forecasting models.

The increasing accident rate brought about by the explosive growth of automobiles has made the research on active safety systems of automobiles increasingly important. The importance of improving the accuracy of vehicle target detection is self-evident. To achieve the goals of vehicle detection and distance estimation and provide safety warnings, a Distance Estimation Safety Warning System (DESWS) based on a new neural network model (YOLOv5s-SE) by replacing the IoU with DIoU, embedding SE attention module, and a distance estimation method through using the principle of similar triangles was proposed. In addition, a method that can give safety suggestions based on the estimated distance using nonparametric testing was presented in this work. Through the simulation experiment, it was verified that the mAP was improved by 5.5% and the purpose of giving safety suggestions based on the estimated distance information can be achieved.

A monitoring system of LED upholstery lights based on TCP/IP and DMX512 is a common feature. The objective of the paper is to describe a hardware circuit design of the device, and its main software process. The issue here is that lighting system of the LED street light is optimized from the perspectives of the light source of the street light, the control circuit, the optimal tilt angle of the battery components, and the volume size of the battery components and batteries. The review of the existing literature and systems is used as a methodology for the studies. The LED light can be turned on and off and the brightness can be adjusted according to the surrounding environmental conditions. The device can achieve wide dimming range, high power output, and good signal transmission performance. As a result, while ensuring smooth and reliable operation of the system, it reduces the size and cost of the system as much as possible.
