To alleviate all kinds of difficulties in maritime traffic, relevant agencies have equipped ships with an automatic identification system (AIS) that can transmit data. However, the estimated arrival time in AIS data is generally filled in by the captain according to experience before the ship leaves the port, which is quite different from the actual arrival time. To make scientific use of the existing arrival time data set and effectively reduce the uncertainty of arrival time prediction, In this paper, a combined model of long-term and short-term memory (LSTM) and Kalman filter (KF) is built to predict the arrival time of ships. This model combines the advantages of LSTM in capturing long-term dependence, KF can reduce the influence of noise on the prediction results, 250 ship trips are verified and analyzed, and the experiment proves that LSTM-KF is improved in MAE and MSE compared with LSTM. © 2023 ieee.

In order to improve the quality of fingering fuzzy image enhancement in guqin performance and further promote the digital research work on guqin art, a two-stage method of hand analysis network and SNAD generator is proposed to solve the fingering fuzzy problem in guqin performance. First of all, aiming at the feature that the camera does not move and the finger moves, resulting in finger motion blur, a hand analysis mesh is proposed to be constructed. Second, an adaptive denormalization network is constructed to achieve accurate reconstruction of the hand structure. Finally, an adaptive denormalization network is constructed to achieve accurate hand structure reconstruction. Experimental results show that the performance of our non-uniform blur model on real data can be further improved, similar to traditional iterative optimization-based BID methods, but slower than emerging instance-driven methods. © 2023 ieee.

In the process of corporate governance, there are problems of complex innovative data processing and inconsistent evaluation data, which is main affects the management in the company. To improve the corporate governance mechanism, this paper proposes an iterative recursive method as a bionic intelligent algorithm, iterative recursion method is a commonly used algorithmic thinking in the field of computer science, which has the potential to be widely used in optimization problems. This paper proposes the possibility of using iterative recursive methods for analysis and optimization. The results show that the iterative recursive method can accurately analyze the governance mechanism and improve the corporate governance ability, and its accuracy is very more the 95%, and better than the evaluation iterative recursion method of genetic algorithm can help enterprises achieve the goals of power decentralization, information transparency and governance efficiency improvement, and provide new ideas and methods for the improvement of corporate governance mechanism. © 2023 ieee.

Satisfiability (SAT) rules are a well-known combinatorial optimization challenge with numerous applications in computer science and engineering. This paper proposes an evolutionary algorithm-based election strategy to enhance the solving of higher-order logical rules. The approach aims to balance complexity and efficiency, improving the quality and speed of problem-solving while offering more reliable and practical solutions. By integrating the Election Algorithm (EA) with the logical rules of GRAN3SAT, the study generates 100 random combinations to evaluate performance. The effectiveness of the EA is assessed based on three key metrics: average iteration count, time complexity, and fitness function. Experimental results indicate that the EA achieves high reliability and low computational cost within limited iterations. Compared to the Exhaustive Search Algorithm (ES), the EA demonstrates superior reliability, stability, and practicality in addressing higher-order logical rules. © 2024 ieee.

With the application of new technologies such as digital twins and AR/VR to flexible manufacturing and other production links, the industrial Internet places a greater demand on the real-Time and reliable execution of industrial big data processing, intelligent decision, and production line coordination. Deterministic networking has the potential to satisfy such requirements. However, the current application of deterministic networking is limited to two or three layers, and the round-Trip delay involving industrial applications, networks, and edge computing is uncontrollable. As a consequence, a deterministic control loop has 'blind spots' at the application layer, and the unpredictable delay of computing can destroy production links. With a view to ensuring the determinacy of cross-application closed-loop control at the application layer, this paper proposes an application-level deterministic system architecture that coordinates the service collaboration among industrial terminals, edge computing devices, and clouds. Furthermore, it develops an application-level deterministic mode applicable to various industrial scenarios and designs a decision-making mechanism involving management entities, overall decision-making, service types, task correlation diagrams, and strategic decision-making and translation. © 2023 ieee.

To study the aviation operational risk status of a certain type of domestic regional transport aircraft, a risk prediction index system is established by considering factors such as event level, event type, event quantity, event stage, and event cause. Based on the unsafe event data of aircraft in the past 6 years, the Time Series Analysis and Prediction Model (ARIMA) is applied to reflect the seasonal characteristics of risk and fit the linear relationship of risk data. The BP neural network is used to reflect the sudden characteristics of risk and fit the nonlinear relationship of risk data. The risk prediction results calculated for each model are weighted using CRITIC objective weighting method to output the combined prediction results. The results show that the combination of ARIMA and BP neural network models fits the historical sequence of risks well, and the prediction accuracy is acceptable. This study can provide data support for analyzing the safety and operational trends of airlines, and also provide assistance for airlines to develop targeted risk prevention and control measures.

The convolutional neural network (CNN) is a potent and popular neural network types and has been crucial to deep learning in recent years. A standard CNN which is known as 2-dimensions CNN was first proposed to solve image classification problems at first. With advancements in science and technology, as well as the growth of the internet, tasks involving video analysis have received increased attention in recent years. As a result, it was suggested that a 3-dimensions convolutional neural network (3D CNN) be applied to tackle 3D image processing or video analysis. 3D CNN is primarily used in the field of human activity recognition, video classification, medical imaging detection, and so on. This paper offers a succinct introduction to the general architecture and representative models of 3D CNN, contrasts the variations between 2D CNN and 3D CNN, explores the widely used models derived from 3D CNN, and displays the application outcomes of 3D CNN. © 2023 ieee.

The vertical field of view of the multi-line LIDAR is usually only about 30 degrees. To increase the vertical field of view, the standard method is to add an external rotation axis to form a rotating LIDAR device. Here need to calibrate accurately the position and attitude relationship between the multi-line LIDAR and the rotation axis. In order to calibrate the external rotation axis of a multi-line LIDAR, we proposed a method in this paper. First, rotate the LIDAR clockwise about the rotation axis to record the calibration board point cloud data at different rotation angles, and the corresponding rotation angles. Then, rotate these calibration board point cloud data counterclockwise around the rotation axis. If there is no error in the rotation axis, these point cloud data of the calibration board point will coincide. Based on this principle, by minimizing the thickness of the calibration board point cloud data, the rotation axis is iteratively optimized to obtain the optimal result. The performance of this algorithm is verified on a series of real data and synthetic data. Compared with similar methods, the estimated parameters of the proposed method show that the TPC (point cloud thickness) error is reduced by 5.4%. © 2023 ieee.

At present, the operation and management of the power grid is complex and changeable, and the information islands between each link are obvious. Firstly, based on the characteristics of blockchain technology, this paper deeply analyzes the feasibility of integration of smart grid regulation business and deep application of blockchain. Secondly, according to the characteristics of smart grid dispatching application, the dispatching blockchain application architecture is designed, and the research on key technologies of the integration of blockchain technology and power dispatching application is carried out. Finally, with the tamper-proof and traceable characteristics of blockchain technology, the dispatching metadata management applications are deployed. Blockchain encryption technology and consensus mechanism are used to provide unified and traceable on-chain metadata which achieves effective control of the dispatching business system data. © 2023 ieee.
