Predicting intrusion detection in a wireless sensor network (WSN) involves using machine learning algorithms to analyze network traffic data and predict whether an intrusion or security breach will occur. The goal of intrusion prediction is to provide advanced warning of potential attacks and allow for proactive measures to be taken to prevent or mitigate the attack's impact. Several machines and deep learning algorithms can be used for intrusion prediction in WSNs. This research describes a practical deep-learning approach for Intrusion Detection in WSN based on artificial neural networks. Spyder IDE of python with version 3.7 is used for the simulation work. The results of the simulations demonstrate that the anticipated model is accurate 99.99% of the time. © 2023 ieee.

As a degenerative neurodegenerative disease, early detection and intervention are still the key to prevent the aggravation of Alzheimer's disease (AD). computer aided diagnosis based on Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) can provide assistance for early detection of AD. In the application of limited MRI data, a multi-view lightweight neural network is proposed to effectively identify AD by reducing the amount of model computation and parameters and making full use of the image information. In the proposed method, we design an optimized lightweight neural network for feature extraction on limited MRI data. Attention mechanism is adopted to fuse multi-slice features and ensure the consistency of results. For full use of MRI data, personalized weights are learned and applied to fuse the multi-view features of transverse plane, sagittal plane and coronal plane. The experimental results indicate that compare with state-of-The-Art lightweight methods, the proposed multi-view method achieves good balance on parameters (3.75M) and FLOPs (4.45G). Meanwhile, the classification performances of the proposed multi-view method are better in the three AD classification tasks. Through the construction of the model, it is expected to provide a feasible reference lightweight network for further AD detection. © 2023 ieee.

In order to solve the problems of insufficient bandwidth, high manual labor, and low reliability, it is necessary to provide customers with a safe and reliable, high-speed, large bandwidth, intelligent, and automated solution to solve the problem of transmission between vehicles and ground. It can complete data transmission of several gigabytes and tens of gigabytes in a short time (3-5 minutes), and achieve automation of all transmission and storage operations without human involvement throughout the entire transmission process, This article first analyzes the problems existing in the high-speed wireless dumping scheme for locomotives. Secondly, it elaborates on the design principles of high-speed wireless dumping schemes for locomotives based on 5G technology. Then, a high-speed wireless dumping scheme for locomotives based on 5G technology is designed. The insufficiency of current security protection technology for power IoT results in a lack of behavior monitoring and poor security monitoring of terminal access, putting the power system at risk for security risks. In this research, we suggest a technique for building an IoT power terminal security attribute portrait. It can be used as the foundation for terminal trust evaluation in zero-trust architecture. The terminal is monitored and maintained in a multi-dimensional manner by combining the development of three security attribute portraits, and the traffic behavior attributes are categorized using Graph Neural Network (GNN) to improve labeling effects. Finally, we achieve favorable display and application effects for security attributes. © 2023 ieee.

Ensuring high-quality rice seeds is vital for agricultural productivity. This research explores existing methods for assessing rice seed quality, land suitability, and seed disease in rice. A survey of the literature reveals a diverse range of techniques used for these purposes. In particular, this study delves into the application of machine learning (ML) classifiers and deep learning (DL) techniques for assessing the rice seed quality. This paper, exhaustively covers all major work based on ML and DL techniques. Through extensive analysis, the research assesses these methods in terms of accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, error rates, and the kappa coefficient. The results demonstrate that both ML and DL exhibit superior performance, showcasing their potential for enhancing rice seed quality assessment and disease detection. This research contributes valuable insights into the application of advanced technologies in agriculture, with implications for improving crop yield and food security. A digital elevation model (DEM) is a digital representation of terrain. With the extension of the range and increase in resolution, there are a number of problems with the high-density elevation data contained in the digital elevation model. For example, data redundancy and huge amount of data, etc., which can cause inconvenience in subsequent storage, processing and applications. It is therefore necessary to simplify the DEM to varying degrees, depending on the needs. In this paper, a DEM simplification method based on important points and the triangular irregular network (TIN) angle was proposed. Firstly, the DEM was simplified by extracting important points from regular grid model. Subsequently, the TIN is created by the important points. A secondary simplification of the TIN was performed based on the angle between adjacent triangles to obtain the final simplified result. The experimental results demonstrated that the algorithm can effectively reduce the data redundancy of the DEM while ensuring the accuracy of the terrain. At the same time, the original features of the terrain were well maintained and good visualization was retained. © 2023 ieee.

Cloud computing is simply exchanging data over a digital network to a remote location. In spite of security risks, cloud computing has become a necessity of human digital life therefore the data must be safeguard from exploiters. There are numerous algorithms widely known to secure intelligence along the new branch of data encryption evolving and forming in parallel. Presented paper combines three such branches of cryptography i.e. symmetric, asymmetric, and biological DNA cryptography. The goal is to find a balance between increasing complexity and the time taken for encryption. This paper is an attempt to unlock the future of cryptography where an amalgam of traditional ciphers used with modernera advanced biological ciphers and check their cross-functional compatibility with each other. The resulting algorithm lies between the symmetric and asymmetric cryptography on both parameters i.e. complexity and processing time. The resulting hybrid algorithm found at least 20.7398% faster than traditional RSA algorithm with bio complexity superior to AES algorithm for package greater than 200 kilobytes. © 2023 ieee.

The classification of signals and images using machine learning and artificial intelligence is a rapidly growing field with various applications across various industries. It is used in diverse areas of life, from medical science to security and transportation to entertainment. The ability to classify and analyze signals and images using ML and AI techniques allows for improved automation, decision-making, and predictions in many fields. This research examines the classification of signals and images using various neural and non-neural network-based algorithms. The focus is on the application of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) on image and signal datasets, specifically in the medical field. The classification of EEG signals is used to identify epileptic seizure disease, while food image datasets are used to classify seven different categories of food. Additionally, five pre-trained CNN models were applied to the food dataset using transfer learning techniques, with the VGG19 model achieving the highest accuracy of 94%. The classification of EEG signals using a publicly available dataset resulted in an accuracy of 98%. This study highlights the potential of machine learning in the analysis and classification of medical images and signals and the ability of CNNs to classify such data effectively. © 2023 ieee.
