Use of business analytics in business will increase productivity and efficiency of a business entity. business analytics has made a significant impact in various business sectors across the world. India being a developing economy can make use of business analytics in developing all its sectors. The present study explores the current usage and its future usage of business analytics in the various sectors of the Indian economy. The researcher has considered the secondary data to analyse the penetration of business analytics in various sectors of India. It is observed that sectors like IT, Travel and transport, Pharma and healthcare and retail and e-commerce show a positive growth in the use of business analytics while sectors like FMCG, Telecom, engineering and manufacturing and energy & utility have shown a negative growth in use of business analytics in India during the period of study. However, there is a potential growth in the use of business analytics across various sectors in India, since there is a huge unexplored market available in India. © 2023 IEEE.

The development of legal records requires extra time and their absurd length raises the need for programmed legal record handling frameworks. One of the handling steps is to recognize the essence of the reports expressions for legitimate case records. A computerized framework that could help a legal professional in anticipating the result of a case would help facilitate the legal interaction. For such a framework to be essentially valuable, expectations by the framework ought to be reasonable. To advance exploration in growing such a framework, this paper presents the Indian Legal Judgment Dataset (ILJD). ILJD is a huge corpus of 35k Indian Supreme Legal disputes commented on with unique court choices. A part of the corpus (a different test set) is commented on with best quality level clarifications by lawful specialists. © 2023 IEEE.

Nanotechnology, especially nanoparticles (NPs), has gained significant attention in various sectors like medicine and electronics due to their large surface area, high volume %, precision, and low toxicity to healthy cells. These properties enhance their permeability through biological barriers, making them promising in disease management. In the context of cancer treatment, NPs can deliver drugs directly to tumors and affected organs, minimizing harm to healthy tissues. A major challenge in modern radiation therapy (RT) is the toxicity it poses to normal tissues. To tackle this, the study introduced gold nanoparticles (Gold NPs) and BMs as novel radio sensitizers. By binding BMs to Gold NPs using a gold-thiol linkage, they targeted epithelial MIA PaCa-2 cells, derived from a 65-year-old male's pancreatic tumor. The results revealed that treating these cells with GOLD NP-BM in RT reduced cell proliferation by 85%, whereas Gold NPs alone reduced it by 14%. The study confirmed these results with DNA DSB mapping and posits that merging nanomedicine with RT can elevate the therapeutic ratio, paving the way for a paradigm shift in clinical treatments. © 2023 IEEE.

This research paper focuses on the design and optimization of a wave energy generator model based on Salter's Duck, a wave energy converter device. The objective is to improve the efficiency of energy conversion from the kinetic and potential energy of ocean tides to electrical energy. The proposed modifications include altering the incident angle between incoming waves and the Salter's Duck device and incorporating a solar sheet to augment energy generation. Furthermore, the study involves regulating the RPM (Revolutions Per Minute) of the generator input to fine-tune the duck's output energy, thereby increasing overall efficiency. The analysis of the device's design and operating principles identifies key areas for enhancement, encompassing structural modifications, hydrodynamic improvements, and control mechanisms. Computational modeling techniques are employed to simulate and assess the suggested modifications, with the goal of achieving an optimal configuration that strikes a balance between energy capture efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and structural integrity. This research contributes significantly to the advancement of wave energy conversion technology, particularly by elevating the efficiency of the Salter's Duck system. The study unlocks the untapped potential of harnessing ocean waves as a sustainable and renewable energy resource. The implications of this work extend to the prospect of future wave energy farms, supporting the global transition towards clean and sustainable energy sources. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper, a review is carried on existing MPPT control techniques and their performances were evaluated when applied to bifacial solar panels. With the increasing demand for sustainable and efficient energy solutions, bifacial solar panels have gained significant attention due to their ability to harness sunlight from both the front and backside, resulting in higher energy yields. To fully capitalize on the potential of bifacial panels, the integration of an effective Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) charge control system becomes crucial. This paper presents a comprehensive review and analysis of the application of MPPT control on bifacial solar panels, focusing on its benefits, challenges, and advancements in the field. The research aims to provide valuable insights to scientists, engineers and policy makers, promote the adoption of this technology and advance the development of renewable energy systems. By utilizing sunlight from both the panel's front and back surfaces, bifacial solar panels present a possible way to increase solar energy acquisition. Advanced control tactics must be used if these advanced solar systems are to reach their full potential. The studies and advancements in charge control using Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) that are specific to bifacial solar panels are summarized in this abstract. The operating voltage and current of bifacial solar panels are dynamically adjusted by bifacial MPPT charge control systems, ensuring that they function at their peak power points under a variety of environmental situations. Orientation optimization, rear-side irradiance measurement, bifacial component integration, and the employment of complex computations are important design factors for these systems. These devices can change light conditions, shading effects, and other environmental factors, thus maximizing energy generation. © 2023 IEEE.

The objective is precisely determine rate of crime utilizing an enhanced methodology using innovative CNN model in comparison to NB. There are two groups made up of a total of 20 samples. Ten samples each were given. Group 1 is a member of the CNN algorithm, whereas Group 2 is a member of the Naive Bayes algorithm. Naive Bayes' accuracy (84%) is less than CNN's (86%). © 2023 IEEE.

This research explores the design of a Multi-Level Inverter (MLI) with a reduced switch count while concurrently enhancing its performance and mitigating harmonic content. The investigation begins with the selection of the Diode-Clamped MLI topology for its inherent advantages in achieving multiple voltage levels with fewer switches. Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation (SPWM) techniques are employed to control the output voltage waveform, enabling precise voltage magnitude control. Selective Harmonic Elimination (SHE) strategies are implemented to mitigate harmonic content by selectively eliminating undesirable harmonics, significantly reducing Total Harmonic Distortion (THD). Genetic Algorithm (GA) optimization is utilized to fine-tune modulation indices and switching angles, leading to a substantial reduction in switch count. Experimental validation confirms the feasibility of the design, showcasing reduced switch count, enhanced performance, and minimized harmonic distortion. This research has profound implications for renewable energy integration, electric vehicle charging, industrial motor drives, grid stability, and power quality improvement, promoting sustainability and efficiency across diverse applications. Future directions encompass topology optimization, advanced control algorithms, energy storage integration, and cyber security considerations, ushering in a promising era of innovation in power electronics. © 2023 IEEE.

Diabetic Retinopathy (DR) is a retinal disorder caused by complications of diabetes, which leads to blindness if the treatment is not given at the right time. Based on the severity of the disease, the DR is classified as Nonproliferative (NPDR) and proliferative retinopathy (PDR). The bright and red lesions are developed in the retina when the disease progresses. Identifying the lesions like Hard exudates, Cotton wool spots, Microaneurysms, and hemorrhage, the severity found, and the necessary treatment can be given to the patient. The segmentation of the lesions is done by various methods such as region-growing methods, morphological operations, K means clustering, and median filtering. The performance of the work is carried out by obtaining features from the segmented outputs and the classification of the stages of the DR done by the neural network classification method. Based on the performance metrics such as sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy, the presence of the lesions can be confirmed. © 2023 IEEE.

Identifying a brain tumor in its early stages is crucial, as the condition can become severe and incurable once it progresses. A precise diagnosis of a brain tumor is pivotal in initiating proper treatment, ultimately improving the patient's chances of survival. The examination specifically focuses on techniques rooted in deep learning and transfer learning, such as CNN, ResNet, U Net, and capsule networks. ResNet, an innovative deep learning architecture, has been recently developed to address the limitations of CNNs. Capsule networks are not affected by rotations and translations. Moreover, it explores essential matters and lingering challenges, bringing attention to constraints while proposing intriguing directions for future research. We expect this overview to act as a valuable launchpad for additional inquiries in this domain. © 2023 IEEE.
