Photograph processing is a discipline of laptop science that concentrates on manipulating digital photos and using algorithms to recognize and beautify the photo's quality. Contour coding is a powerful approach used in virtual picture processing that allows one to increase, shop, and examine virtual snapshots from a combination of strategies like aspect detection, morphological processing, and segmentation. Contour coding aims to reduce complex virtual pix to a fixed of fundamental symbolic features that may be created, stored, and manipulated without loss in quality or element. Applications of contour coding are specially used for item reputation, segmentation, spatial pattern reputation, and scientific photograph processing. This newsletter offers the theory and fundamentals of contour coding and explores its software in actual-world virtual picture processing scenarios. We speak about the significance of contour coding and present a short evaluation of existing algorithms and improvement techniques used to achieve virtual photograph processing desires. We additionally gift the advances and challenges of contour coding and how it could form the future of digital picture processing. © 2023 IEEE.

Due to its high mortality rate and limited survival duration, early identification of breast cancer is vital. The primary application of machine learning models has been the prediction and early diagnosis of breast cancer. This article presents machine learning models and algorithms for automated breast cancer diagnosis using an exploratory approach. The technique makes use of eight distinct machine learning algorithms, including Gaussian Naive Bayes, Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, Random Forest, Support Vector Classifier, XG-Boost, and Deep Learning Model. Their precision is used to evaluate the performance of algorithms and models. Additionally, probabilistic predictions have been made using activation functions like Relu. In terms of test accuracy on the Kaggle data set, Deep Learning Model 2 and the Support Vector Classifier fared the best. © 2023 IEEE.

The motivation of this research is to address the issue of large storage and transmission space occupied by 3D human motion data, as well as the demand for large amounts of motion data in fields such as virtual reality and animation production. Our goal is to develop efficient 3D human motion data compression algorithms to reduce storage space and transmission bandwidth, while ensuring data quality and realism. The importance of 3D human motion data compression is mainly reflected in the fields of virtual reality and animation production. Virtual reality technology relies on accurate and realistic motion data, which often occupies a significant amount of space. Through effective compression algorithms, the storage space of motion data can be greatly reduced, thereby reducing hardware requirements and transmission costs, and improving the smoothness and real-time experience of virtual reality. In animation production, a large amount of motion data needs to be accurately captured and processed, and compression algorithms can optimize the storage and processing efficiency of the data, thereby improving the efficiency and quality of animation production. Through this research, we will delve into the technology and methods of 3D human motion data compression, and strive to provide a more efficient solution for compressing 3D human motion data with the help of advanced compression algorithms. This will bring many benefits to fields such as virtual reality and animation production, including cost reduction, performance improvement, and real-time capability, promoting innovation and development. In conclusion, this research will provide strong support and promotion for the compression of 3D human motion data and its application in virtual reality and animation production. © 2023 IEEE.

Due to the special nature of power communication, HPLC (High Power Line Carrier) communication technology faces many challenges, such as channel interference, transmission bandwidth limitations, transmission distance limitations, complexity, and other issues. This article introduces the application of bit filling algorithm, error coding algorithm, and channel coding algorithm in HPLC communication. It comprehensively utilizes bit filling algorithm, error coding algorithm, and channel coding algorithm to explore comprehensive and efficient data transmission algorithms. This article also compares the transmission success rate and efficiency of traditional algorithms and newly designed algorithms. The experimental results show that the designed new algorithm is significantly superior to traditional algorithms in terms of transmission success rate and efficiency. In the 60 second test, the success rate of the new algorithm remained above 98% and reached a high level of 99.67% after 40 seconds. The research in this article is of great significance for improving the efficiency and reliability of HPLC carrier communication data transmission. © 2023 IEEE.

The article is devoted to the analysis of methodological principles of applying high-tech seismic data processing algorithms, which have become industry standards in leading service geophysical companies, and in Ukraine are just beginning to be included in the sequence of seismic data processing procedures. The advantages of pre-stack depth migration, reverse time migration (RTM), and full-wavelength inversion (FWI) for visualizing the salt-dome tectonics of the Dnieper-Donets Basin is described in detail. It is emphasized that seismic data that maximally reflect the real geological environment can be obtained only as a result of a synergistic combination of perfect options for observation and processing systems, reliable velocity models, and modern migration algorithms as elements of technology in general. The current conventional data acquisition system has low processing performance due to the lack of optimization of the hardware processing chip, for which an ARM-based secure data acquisition and storage system for communication is proposed. Based on ARM chip, the hardware parts such as data serial port and chip are designed, and USART data are acquired, file reading and writing modules are designed, and recursive average filtering algorithm is used to reduce data noise. The experimental results show that the proposed data acquisition system has a high accuracy rate and a more desirable data processing performance. © 2023 IEEE.

In the exploration of coal seams, oil, and gas resources, fractures are a common structure within underground rock formations. Accurate identification, localization, and 3D reconstruction of fractures play crucial roles in analyzing fracture development, rock structure, geostress, and resource reservoir assessment. Therefore, this study proposes a methodology for the localization and 3D reconstruction of wellbore fractures based on ultrasonic imaging data. Firstly, pre-processing of the wellbore ultrasonic images is performed, including image denoising, enhancement, and segmentation, thereby extracting the fracture regions. Subsequently, curve fitting for the fracture regions is conducted using genetic algorithms and mask operations, achieving the localization of wellbore fractures. Finally, 3D reconstruction of the wellbore segment is accomplished using the Unity engine. The research results demonstrate that the proposed method exhibits high accuracy and reliability in wellbore fracture processing. This study provides an efficient image processing and 3D reconstruction technique for the fields of geological exploration and resource development, facilitating more intuitive observation and analysis of wellbore fracture distribution, development, and the geological structure of the rock formation in question. This renders the research significant in terms of practical engineering implications. © 2023 IEEE.

Nowadays, a few diseases are the leading global cause of death. This is a result of how people live today. Due to irregular diets, office schedules, and other factors, people find it difficult to devote attention to their health. One of the primary causes of death is heart disease. The healthcare system contains lots of data that, when used in conjunction with technology, can be used to identify and analyze diseases so that appropriate care can be provided. Machine learning techniques and algorithms can be used to make symptom-based forecasts and stop them from happening, ultimately saving more lives. Numerous studies have been conducted. The fundamental objective of this study is to evaluate various methods and algorithms that can be implemented to anticipate the symptoms more precisely and reliably. For this purpose, various classifications, like KNN, Decision Table, ID3, Logistic Regression, and SVM, are employed and their results are analysed for further decision-making. © 2024 The Author(s).

The issues related to conventional generation of electricity arethe matter of concern for power sector today. These include diminishing stock of coal over a period of time, unavailability of good quality coal, non-sustainable issues, ash handling problems etc. Green energy is the alternative to overcome these problems. The green energy is sustainable, renewable and economical. In India, the existing ratio of conventional to non-conventional generation as on 30th June 2022 is 72:28%. It is required to further improve this ratio to the tune of 60:40%. The performance of the green energy systems can be optimized by AI ML based green computing. Under the umbrella of AI, several technologies have been emerged. These technologies are machine learning, deep learning, data analytics, robotics, neural networks, expert systems, fuzzy logic systems, natural language processing, genetic algorithms etc. The green computing can be made more effective through research as regards how to use these technologies. In this paper, a novice techniques of AI ML based green computing have been proposed. Python programming language is used as a back end programming tool. The proposed methods are simple, cost effective and feasible. © 2023 IEEE.

In order to reduce the average delay and link utilization of data scheduling and improve the throughput, an intelligent scheduling algorithm for heterogeneous sensor communication Big data based on LSTM and cloud computing is proposed. In the cloud computing environment, the amount of scheduling tasks is calculated in partitions, and based on the calculation results, the Big data transmission load of heterogeneous sensor communication is predicted by using the Long short-term memory network LSTM. Get the working status of sensor nodes, classify all nodes, and form a cluster from sensor nodes in the same working status. Divide the heterogeneous sensor communication network into different regions according to different clusters. Calculate the energy consumption of nodes when they are cluster heads and non cluster heads in a scheduling and the total energy consumption of heterogeneous data scheduling, so as to achieve intelligent scheduling of Big data of heterogeneous sensor communication. The experimental results show that the proposed method has low average latency and link utilization, and high throughput, which verifies its application effectiveness. © 2023 SPIE.
