In the modern digital generation, clickstream data analytics is a crucial component of online selling and purchasing platforms. It offers useful information for enhancing user experience, conversion rates, website design, and keeping track of the success of digital marketing efforts. A data warehouse is required to store and analyze clickstream data, which requires a lengthy and complex ETL process. Two of the leading large data processing tools and distributed streaming systems are Spark and Kafka. This paper presents a comprehensive examination of recent research pertaining to clickstream data analytics, real-time data visualization, data lifecycle management utilizing Apache technologies. Based on the review, the paper proposes an architecture that can aid organizations and local merchants in effectively visualizing the performance of their products. This paper provides a valuable resource for researchers and practitioners seeking to explore the latest developments in their future work. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper introduces a high-precision post-processing kinematics method of Beidou includes GPS/ GLONASS/QZSS/Galileo with independent intellectual property rights. As the deployment of Beidou navigation satellite system (BDS) constellation completed, the increase of the number of satellites is conducive to improving the accuracy and reliability of high-precision post-processing kinematics method. In order to solve the problem that the ambiguity fixed rate is low due to the increase of ambiguity dimension, observation noise and atmospheric residual error, the integrity judgment of satellite is added in this method, the integer linear relationship between ambiguity of multi frequency carrier phase which is not affected by error is used to improve the ambiguity candidate value The strategy of row constraint and determination, and partial ambiguity fixed. The results show that the method can effectively improve the positioning accuracy. © 2023 IEEE.

This study aims to establish a comprehensive knowledge graph that spans domains and networks, with a specific focus on legal cases and their applications. The proposed methodology enables efficient collection and storage of large volumes of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data related to cases from various sources including organizations, the government, and the internet. To analyze the relationships between roles in cases, a multimodal model is proposed to process and collect data for domain-specific knowledge graphs. Furthermore, to support social governance and public safety, a knowledge-driven intelligent recommendation algorithm is proposed in the form of question-answering, providing multiple strategies such as causal analysis, similar case matching and pre-disaster response. This work contributes to the field of artificial intelligence and natural language processing, with potential applications in legal and governmental domains, as well as in disaster response and prevention.

Modern adoption of network-connected devices have led to an abundance of high speed data streams and a call for the development of analytical models capable of processing them. Much of the real world data is unlabeled which requires development and application of unsupervised learning algorithms for advanced machine perception. However, the datasets that are used to train and validate these algorithms are often synthetic or simulated for the study and too simple, which leads to an inflation of reported performance. Based on the recent literature, there is a lack in research on developing deep learning models for clustering highly complex Human Activity Recognition (HAR) data streams. We, therefore, explore the area and apply three modern high-performing stream clustering algorithms on a complex HAR data stream. We evaluate the ability of these models to adapt and extract the volatile knowledge that is contained within the HAR data streams. Our goal is to set a baseline of performance for clustering timestamped HAR data streams. The results show that despite the reported performance of these algorithms in the literature, they lack the analytical depth to effectively extract sufficient knowledge from the complex HAR streams to construct viable clusters. So, new thoughts are needed to develop models that can efficiently handle HAR data streams.

Breast cancer is a complicated and diverse illness that affects millions of women worldwide. A correct diagnosis and early detection are essential for effective therapy and better patient outcomes. In the past few years, developing predictive models and machine learning algorithms has received a lot of interest in the detection and diagnosis of breast cancer. This research study intends to present a thorough overview of the most recent breast cancer prognostic models, covering risk assessment, diagnosis, and prognosis. This paper addresses many different data types, including clinical, genetic, and imaging data, used in breast cancer prediction, as well as the several machine learning techniques used, including SVM, naïve Bayes, and random forests. A comparative analysis of different algorithms with methodology has been provided in this research study. © 2023 IEEE.

In the modern era, people are sharing their data online. securing this data in today's world is a crucial task i.e., anyone can get the data without the concern of the respective authority. Users store their sensitive/non-sensitive data on the cloud only by trusting the Terms & Conditions and the user agreement offered by the service provider. Cloud service providers are known to reject the responsibility for any data breaches that may happen. This paper proposes a method to strengthen the confidentiality of data in cloud. In view of the complexity of current traffic scenes, the rapid development of intelligent transportation applications and the improvement of domestic platforms, this paper combines the current mainstream deep learning algorithms to recognize the road line with the PilotNet model improved by BatchNorm and Dropout technologies under the Baidu PaddlePaddle framework, and to detect the traffic signs with the YOLOv3 Tiny model. Due to the limited hardware system resources and the real-time nature of automatic driving, finally, the two types of models are deployed to the Edge Board computing box. In the application of intelligent transportation, single-thread technology cannot respond to the real-time nature of automatic driving, and thread blocking has a great impact. After comparison, dual-thread technology is adopted. data processing is carried out by capturing the moving image of the car and the control value, and the experiment is completed. In the experiments, the smart car can recognize the traffic signs at a speed of around 0.01s per frame and finish model loading and making decision after the recognition of traffic scenes in 34.86s, which shows that the trained neural network models all have lightweight characteristics and can meet the system application with limited resources. © 2023 IEEE.

Due to the continuous growth of the information age, the amount of all kinds of data has gradually increased, rapidly forming a big data market and getting rapid development. Therefore, it is need to fully utilize the existing cloud computing technology to deal with big data, so as to fully tap the potential important value of big data. Based on cloud computer technology, this article discusses the optimization design of clustering algorithm. In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of DM, the traditional clustering mining algorithm is analyzed, improved and optimized, and a new clustering optimization algorithm for big data is proposed. The research results show that the algorithm proposed in this article has high accuracy, which is 11.31% higher than the traditional clustering algorithm. Compared with other algorithms, it has obvious global optimal solution search advantage and better convergence speed, and improves the optimization ability of data clustering. This method is suitable for clustering mining of large-scale data sets and has certain practical significance. © 2023 IEEE.

The advent of COVID-19 highlights the need for big data-driven medical applications, the Internet of Medical Things, and smart healthcare. The biological information collected is strictly private. This enormous quantity of biological information is, however, beyond the capacity of current health care systems. Therefore, cloud computing has become the norm for archiving and sharing data. The combined information is then put to use in a variety of ways, including research and the identification of previously unknown facts. Textual forms (such as test results, prescriptions, and diagnoses) are the norm for biological data. Unfortunately, there are a number of security dangers and assaults that may be made against such data, including infringements on privacy and confidentiality. The security of biological data has come a long way, yet the majority of current methods still cause considerable delays and cannot support real-time replies. To improve the healthcare system, this study suggests a unique fog-enabled blockchain based privacy-preserving approach that makes use of machine learning. The suggested model efficiently carries out Medical Entity Recognition as it is built on four different machine learning models. In terms of detection rate and accuracy, the suggested model is 97% and 98%, respectively, better than the state-of-the-art replicas, as shown by the experiments. The sanitization approach outdoes the state-of-the-art by 8 percentage points when it comes to preserving utilities. © 2023 IEEE.

Edge computing platforms offer multiple advantages to information technology, like lower latency, increased connectivity, longer battery duration, and so on. Despite their many advantages, edge computing platforms have some flaws that could severely impair the functioning of specific programs. Indeed, present edge computing platforms do not guarantee latency reduction for real-time data processing and suffer from data overload concerns. To address the above difficulties, this research offers Household Edge Computation (HEC), a novel 3-level edge computation design that delivers real-time data storing and processing near consumers. This 3-level design includes a Residential, a Central, Edge Server, all of which are common in typical edge computation designs. The Residence Server is positioned close to the consumers, allowing for latency reduction for real-time data processing that can be handled by the servers;this also helps minimize the quantity of data that may be handled in the Edge Server and the centralized Cloud. This research uses the Edge-Cloud-Sim simulated system to show the viability of the proposed design. The research findings suggest that this solution may assist in attaining extremely low latency and eliminate overloading difficulties. © 2023 IEEE.
