In the context of Industry 4.0, Autonomous Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and other types of Multi-Agent System (MAS) have been widely used in large-scale warehouses and unmanned factories. Coordination of AGVs in shared space is drawing increasing attention of researchers, especially in the field of Multi-Agent Path Finding (MAPF). The MAPF problem has been studied a lot, and there are many kinds of solutions. Not all kinds of MAPF solvers can be applied in the field of AGV. Few literature focused on which MAPF solutions are suitable for AGV navigation. This review categorized existing MAPF algorithms into five branches, Conflict-Based Search (CBS) algorithms, Rule-Based algorithms, Priority-Based algorithms, Numerical Optimization-based algorithms and Learning-based algorithms. Furthermore, we evaluate these algorithms in terms of their optimality, lifelong property, scalability and computational cost. Finally, we analyzed which MAPF solvers are suitable for AGV navigation. © 2023 IEEE.

Zero-shot Cross-lingual EAE has garnered significant interests from the community because it could minimize the need for extensive data annotation to identify the roles of the arguments within a specific event. Some prior works point out that syntactic structures could be regarded as the language-independent features and those methods have achieved promising performance. However, sometimes even the sentences in different languages express the same meaning, the syntactic parsing results are quite different. To alleviate this problem, we find the semantic information is rarely considered, which could be considered as another language-independent features and provides more consistent parsing results across languages. To this end, in this paper, we propose the Semantic-Syntactic Driven framework (S2D) for incorporating the semantic and syntactic information simultaneously. Specifically, we design a language-independent dual-prefix constructor module to handle the semantic and syntactic discrepancies between source and target languages. Besides, we introduce a semantic role labeling source generator module to expand the source language dataset with semantic features. The experimental results illustrate that S2D surpasses the state-of-the-art methods by 3.4% and 5.3% in terms of average F1-score on the ACE-2005 and ERE datasets, respectively.

In order to solve the problem that the existing detection mechanism only using the fall sensors easily leads to the elderly care system receiving false fall help signals, an intelligent decision-making mechanism based on a fuzzy neural network is proposed. After receiving the fall help signal reported by the person label, the mechanism first reads the sensor data collected by the person label at that moment, then standardizes the sensor data, and finally inputs the standardized sensor data into the fuzzy neural network model to analyze and judge the authenticity of the fall help signal. The results show that the intelligent decision-making mechanism based on the fuzzy neural network can effectively eliminate the false fall help-seeking signal caused by the false judgment of the fall sensor, and the judgment accuracy of the fall help-seeking signal can reach 97. 5%. © 2023 IEEE.

data reliability is compromised by various cyber-attacks. Computational infrastructure is completely disturbed, broken or guided by these attacks. The current status of cyberspace foretells uncertainty for the future of the Internet and its rising user base. data collected by the sensors and other input devices can be easily stolen by the unidentified user. It is a severe threat to the programming environment and individual personals. It is necessary to take into account the advanced technologies to counterfeit these cyber-attacks. Existing algorithms are decoded over certain period of time. Because of this always important to adapt the new technology that can prevent cyber-attacks. In this paper, various cyber-attacks predictions are analyzed and combines as a group based on its features. After analyzing the various cyber-attacks and its classification, recent technologies which can prevent the cyber-attack is studied. One of the main technologies that can able to learn themselves is the machine learning. Networking environment must use advanced machine learning approaches to protect the data. Machine learning technique is classified as supervised and unsupervised technique. Supervised machine learning technique uses features that can be extracted from the source dataset. The most effective machine learning algorithm for predicting the types of cyber-attacks has been determined through a comparison study of different algorithms. We categorize attacks into four categories: R2L attacks, DOS attacks, U2R attacks, and probe attacks. Various machine learning algorithms are applied to detect and rectify the cyber-attacks. Their performances are compared and analyzed in terms of accuracy, F1 score, precision and recall. © 2023 IEEE.

Due to the absence of methods and dedicated equipment for underground 5G applications, data processing latency is significant in coal mines and transmission efficiency is low. To combat this problem, scientists are investigating how to improve underground 5G communication through edge caching and automatically allocating resources based on the actual situation in coal mines, using a technology called mobile edge processing (MEC), which is built on 5G wireless base stations. Based on experimental data, it can be concluded that the median delay of all local execution techniques is 30 ms, whereas the mean delay of completed jobs is 15 ms, provided no modifications are made to the present base station's reported power or transmission power. Compared to other MEC execution techniques, this one has the lowest average time, by 37.5%. A single base stations has the potential to achieve throughputs of 1 Gbps on the uplink and 1.5 Gbps on the downlink simultaneously. Our approach has the potential to considerably enhance the efficiency with which resources are allocated in mining 5G communication networks. © 2023 IEEE.

Sentimental Analytics is the phenomenon used to show the feelings of different people, emotions, opinions. It is also referred as the opinion meaning, which identifies the emotional tone behind a body of text The Mechanism gives whether the result is positive, negative, or neutral. It gives finer results, to keep track of users, and tells whether the tweet is uplifted or down lifted by the user's content. Machine learning can be analyzed by using various analysis algorithms to provide a precise value. Machine learning algorithms play a major role in various domains, and one of them includes data analysis. In this work, machine learning techniques are used to predict the Twitter analysis. Machine Learning (ML) algorithms such as Support Vector Machine (SVM), Logistic Regression (LR), and Naive Bayes (NB) algorithm are used for implementation. The performance of the implemented algorithm is analyzed in the terms of accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score on the tweets taken from the social media. © 2023 IEEE.

Interactive visual analytics over distributed systems housing voluminous datasets is hindered by three main factors disk and network I/O, and data processing overhead. Requests over geospatial data are prone to erratic query load and hotspots due to users' simultaneous interest over a small sub-domain of the overall data space at a time. Interactive analytics in a distributed setting is further hindered in cases of voluminous datasets with large/high-dimensional data objects, such as multi-spectral satellite imagery. The size of the data objects prohibits efficient caching mechanisms that could significantly reduce response latencies. Additionally, extracting information from these large data objects incurs significant data processing overheads and they often entail resource-intensive computational methods. Here, we present our framework, ARGUS, that extracts low-dimensional representation (embeddings) of high-dimensional satellite images during ingestion and houses them in the cache for use in model-driven analysis relating to wildfire detection. These embeddings are versatile and are used to perform model-based extraction of analytical information for a set of different scenarios, to reduce the high computational costs that are involved with typical transformations over high-dimensional datasets. The models for each such analytical process are trained in a distributed manner in a connected, multi-task learning fashion, along with the encoder network that generates the original embeddings.

The evolution of fog/edge paradigm is at the rising edge that complements data analysis and data computing algorithms in a big data platform, The role of fog nodes in a fog computing set up shall best suit time sensitive applications especially on virtual clusters supporting edge devices in sensing, processing, controlling and action planning, there by replacing the non-virtualized complicated computing mechanisms resolving the existing complexity in cloud computing storage and retrieval algorithms. There is an emerging need for addressing collaborative processes in various sectors not limiting to computing digital data on big data platform but also the futuristic industrial revolution to replace the existing techniques and technologies in industrial automation. The proposed work reveals a novel framework that supports the cutting edge of fog node fitting as an intermediate layer between the edge devices and cloud storage. Computational by means of fog-node attracts the need by replacing existing cloudlets time complexity in resource management. Parallel computing of real-time data is an effective solution to the problem of timely analysis with the rapid increase of real-time data in today's power grid. Currently, most data parallel processing methods do not consider the characteristics of the real-time power measurement data to improve efficiency. This paper proposes an improved jellyfish search method for data process task scheduling, which considers time window segmentation based on data arrival characteristic. The method proposed in this paper can improve the processing speed of realtime power measurement data with resources reduction. © 2023 IEEE.
