The Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a section of software that allows the user to keep track of the inventory levels and the locations in real-time. Many logistics -based companies implement WMS for implementing Order Picking Systems (OPS). Typically, the WMS offers visibility of the enterprise 's activities by managing the supply chain for warehouse management. Typically, it uses work hands to take part in many tasks based on the output. It may lead to poor performance and an increase in implementation cost, resulting in unsatisfied customers. The existence of new markets makes the warehouses hold many orders in a short period. This leads to human errors as most humans are involved in this voice picking process. Also, there are some optimization -related issues due to the manual processes. For handling this situation, the order picking operation follows various aspects for solving a broad level of planning -based issues by guaranteeing good optimization strategies. This research implements an order picking system by combining blockchain and deep learning to improve associated issues and performance. A modified architecture using a deep neural network for recognizing human activity is explained. The architecture consists of Identical Deep Multilingual Convolutional Neural Networks (IDMCNN) for achieving better tracking performance by implementing the multiple inertial measurement units. The IDMCNN offers a better solution for handling optimization -related issues. Blockchain technology ensures security with data integrity and effectively communicates to the end-users. © 2023 IEEE.

The Alumni Management and Networking System aims to address the challenges of alumni disconnection and facilitate effective communication and engagement between educational institutions and their alumni. The system provides a platform for institutes to create profiles, connect with fellow alumni and offers opportunities for alumni to contribute to the institution's success through mentorship, volunteering, and other forms of support. This paper reviews existing research on alumni management systems, highlighting their strengths, limitations, and gaps. It evaluates different approaches such as centralized systems, data collection methods, interactive questionnaires, secure messaging, and tag recommendation systems. The proposed Alumni Network Management System incorporates content-based tagging, utilizing a fine-tuned BERT model trained on a dataset of 10,000 Twitter posts. This approach generates relevant tags for new social media posts, enhancing content visibility and discoverability. Additionally, it employs end-to-end encryption for secure messaging, ensuring privacy and confidentiality. The system's implementation has been tested successfully, showcasing its user-friendliness and effectiveness in managing alumni databases. The results indicate that the system provides a convenient platform for alumni to update their information, stay connected, and engage with their alma mater. © 2023 IEEE.

In order to realize fault diagnosis of harmonic reducers in real industrial scenarios, a fault diagnosis method based on image visual information, i.e., SBS-FD is proposed. Firstly, Symmetrized Dot Pattern images are obtained based on vibration signals, and Scale Invariant Feature Transform method is used to extract image information, wherein the mappings between fault signals and visual information are achieved. Then the bag of visual word and space pyramid matching method are used to process the visual information. Finally, the support vector machine is used for fault diagnosis. Comprehensive experimental results show that the diagnostic accuracy of four fault states can be up to 98% at all speeds, using proposed SBS-FD method, illustrating superior performance over other machine learning methods. © 2023 IEEE.

Machine learning is a powerful tool that may significantly improve the judgment of businesses and individuals alike. The use of machine learning methods in data analytics is now commonplace, especially with the development of data science. Identifying enemy fighter planes is crucial for military applications, as it plays a role in operational planning. The challenge is in correctly determining the orientation of the unknown airplane. The 30 different types of aircraft in this database were retrieved from the Kaggle repository. An 80:20 or 70:30 split of the image database was used to create a training set and test set, respectively. The normalized feature sets allowed the LSTM, CNN, BiLSTM, ANN, Autoencoder, and Hybrid Model deep learning models to be developed and trained to their full potential. The test aircraft image was fed into the hybrid deep neural networks so that they could be categorized. The developed automatic aircraft image identification system achieved a classification accuracy of 98.85%. © 2023 IEEE.

Penetration testing (Pen-Testing) detects potential vulnerabilities and exploits by imitating black hat hackers to stop cyber crimes. Despite recent attempts to automate Pen-Testing, the issue of automation is still unresolved. Additionally, the attempts are highly case-specific and ignore the unique characteristics of pen-testing. Moreover, the achieved accuracy is limited, and very sensitive to variations. Also, there are redundancies found in detecting the exploits using non-automated algorithms. This paper concludes the recent study in the Penetration testing field and illustrates the importance of a comprehensive hybrid AI automation framework for pen-testing. © 2023 IEEE.

Professional capital is an important research perspective for measuring teachers' teaching effectiveness and professionalism. Based on the modeling system of DIKWP, the data, information and knowledge objectively contained in teachers' individual resources are minutely mined, and combined with the subjective professional cognition and content cognition to complement and improve each other, forming a relatively complete knowledge framework, which can effectively alleviate the problems of inconsistency, incompleteness, inaccuracy, and inability to express the urban and rural educational resources, and effectively break down the barriers of value-adding of professional capital in the rural field. © 2023 IEEE.

Deformed spine radiograph spine segmentation can help doctors to analyze the disease site faster, which is a necessary part of the current development of competent healthcare. For scoliosis diagnosis, this paper designs an Attention-guided ResNet with an FPN-like Upsampling model(ARF-Net) for segmenting the cone part of the spine radiograph map. In this paper, ResNet50 is used as the backbone to propose the feature map. Then the Global-Coordinate Attention (GCA) attention mechanism is added to obtain the X-axis, Y-axis, and global features. Finally, through the SIMAMUP module, the feature map is upsampled to introduce more detailed information to prevent cone segmentation errors and to improve the cone segmentation capability. The final experimental findings demonstrate that the model described in this study has greater segmentation precision in the SpineWebl6 public dataset, with the Jaccard and Dice coefficients reaching 87.70% and 93.45%, respectively. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper proposed a strong stabilized joint probabilistic data association approach based on numerical stability optimization and autoregulatory gating strategy for multi-target tracking of vehicles with multi-maneuvering states in a nonlinear cluttered environment. The approach utilized an enhanced square-root cubature Kalman filter to achieve the optimization for joint probabilistic data association, which advanced the accuracy and stability of nonlinear state estimation during the multi-target tracking. On this basis, an autoregulation method of association gate based on tracking error sensitivity was proposed to improve the data association gating strategy, which effectively advanced the success rate of target association and tracking accuracy. The virtual simulation traffic scenes of intelligent driving were constructed by PreScan to better reproduce the multi-target tracking problem. The results of the simulations show that the method has clear advantages in terms of target tracking precision, numerical stability and environmental adaptability. © 2024 SPIE.

A digital media design system based on computer artificial intelligence technology is proposed. The design uses TMS320C6657 and DDR31333 as the hardware core of the system. At the same time, the high-speed external memory is used to expand the massive data transmission channel. The software uses a plug-in architecture to develop image plug-in and sound plug-in. The various functional modules are integrated together in the form of plug-ins to form a complete overall framework. In this paper, a virtual reality-based digital media production platform is developed by using the method of joint development of software and hardware. The analysis of the actual operation of the system proves that the system works stably and reliably, and the realization of each function module has reached the design index of the system. © 2023 IEEE.
