Retrieving the medical records of the insured is a crucial step in the insurance company's claim investigation and helps to prevent insurance fraud. Due to the huge workload and sometimes even additional expenses incurred by entrusting a third party, it's necessary to develop a medical record processor, which can automatically recognize medical records. Optical character recognition (OCR) has been a hot research topic in recent years owing to its outstanding ability to transmute scanned images and other visuals into text. A deep-learning-based OCR software was developed for the detection and recognition of medical records recognition and automatic calibration of medical records OCR in both Chinese and English are studied and realized, including classifying the physical drawings and scanned copies and removing the seal on the medical record sheet of scanned ones. Based on the observations from the analysis we give several suggestions related to the design and implementation of medical record processing approaches. © 2023 IEEE.

Every individual relies on technology either directly or indirectly. Living in an Information Era means that even one's birthday is known to others who haven’t been se en for years, via social media. This is possible because of the data that the social media extracts from the user and keeping it securely in their database as information. Even with the assurance given by the media companies about the information they store, many of us still refuse to share the personal data online because of the factors like Data Breaches, Data phishing, etc. Even if personal data access is granted, the images posted on social media undergo unsightly alterations through various AI modification techniques employed by certain individuals. With these image alterations ranging from subtle enhancements to sophisticated forgeries, the need for robust solutions to detect and mitigate these manipulations has become very crucial. This research study is based on a novel approach to traverse through various approaches in preventing images getting altered through AI. © 2023 IEEE.

With the increasing scale of the Internet medical market, a large number of platforms have started to provide free medical diagnosis services to users. The number of questions on medical Q&A platforms is growing rapidly, and there are a lot of repetitive and similar questions, which can no longer meet the demand of users to get fast and accurate answers only by the manual answers of medical experts. To solve the above problems, this paper proposes a Chinese medical short text matching model based on fine-tuning BERT-Attention-BiLSTM (FBAB), use fine-tuning BERT model for representation of text, the attention mechanism is used to obtain the interaction information between sentences, use the Bi-directional Long Short-Term Memory (BiLSTM) to fuse the contextual information of the 2 sentences., and the feature information is further extracted by maximum pooling and mean pooling to obtain the sentence-level semantic representation, which is input to the prediction layer after stitching, and the softmax classification function is used to calculate the probability that the two sentences are similar. Experiments show that compared with the classical deep short text matching model, the FBAB model proposed in this paper shows better results on the medical short text corpus, which proves the effectiveness and feasibility of the model. © 2023 IEEE.

Voice recognition and command technology for applications with industrial robots is a relatively new field in the intelligent manufacturing industry. It offers a number of advantages over other methods of communication with robots, as it requires fewer specialized skills to manipulate the robot workstation. Additionally, using voice commands can help reduce the number of industrial injuries caused by contact with machinery, thus potentially save operators' lives in emergency situations where external assistance is not immediately available. This study presents a design of a Cartesian robot workstation which is equipped with a voice recognition system controlled by audio commands, as well as a vision perception system. The vision perception system uses the Real Sense depth camera that captures information about the coordinates of the work pieces, which is processed by SSD algorithm. The voice recognition system has been developed with an algorithm which combines both LSTM and HMM, and it has good performance in term of both efficiency and accuracy in controlling normal operation as well as emergency stop for our robot grasping workstation.

This article surveys the literature on voice analysis. The present invention relates to a method and system for analyzing voice data to detect artificial speech then demodulate it to original speech and predict the gender and age of the speaker if the input speech is not fake. The system includes a voice analysis module that processes the voice data and extracts features from the voice signals. The extracted features are then compared with pre-stored reference features to determine the authenticity of the voice signal and the gender and age of the speaker. © 2023 IEEE.

With the booming development of China's ocean shipping and tourism business, the demand for safety and economy when ships are sailing at sea is increasing. Accurate meteorological and hydrographic forecasts can provide meteorological navigation for ships to avoid typhoons and bad weather areas as much as possible and reduce the damage to the ship's hull from wind and waves. To obtain accurate and reliable wind speed prediction results, this paper combines the advantages of convolutional neural network and gated recurrent unit network to form a deep convolutional gated recurrent unit network model (CNN-GRU). For multiple locations, the CNN-GRU algorithm is used to extract the characteristic meteorological elements, and then the convolutional neural network is used to establish the spatial characteristic relationship between each location, and the gated recurrent unit network is used to establish the temporal characteristic relationship between historical time points, and the final wind speed prediction results are obtained based on the spatio-temporal correlation analysis. In this paper, the CNN-GRU model was established using meteorological data from 2019 to 2021, and the prediction results were compared with CNN model and GRU model and the accuracy was verified. The results show that the experimental results obtained by the CNN-GRU model are more accurate and prove the effectiveness of the proposed method. © 2023 IEEE.

The computer system for forming compositions and modeling the secondary polymer materials properties is described in the article. The polymer compositions are formed using a customizable dataware, which includes a polymer wastes database and a knowledge base for recycling polymers into useful polymer products The knowledge base is developed using a product-frame model for representing knowledge about polymers and their compatibility. Modeling and research of the secondary polymers properties (strength, elasticity and density) is carried out based on the mathematical models. The result of the modeling system is a technological map for the composite polymer mixture synthesis and the production of a useful polymer product. The map includes data on the recipe, physicochemical and technological properties of polymers as secondary raw materials, polymer composition, hardware and technological design of the process, values of technological controlled variables of individual stages of processing. The use of a modeling system in production makes it possible to reduce the time required to solve the problem of selecting compositions, as well as reconfiguring production for a new task, improve the consumer characteristics of polymer products and reduce defects. © 2023 IEEE.

With the vigorous development of computer vision and semiconductor industry, wafer surface defect inspection based on machine vision has been widely used in advanced manufacturing process. The wafer surface defect inspection system tends to be high precision and high throughput. Obtaining high-quality images of the wafer surface will become crucial to the subsequent image processing. A high-precision five DOF camera fixture is designed for device adjustment in this research. Meanwhile, a sharpness evaluation algorithm based on random extreme points was proposed for high efficiency autofocus. The experimental results show that the system could achieve high-quality collection of wafer surface within 76 ms under random condition. This device adjustment system could perform high quality wafer surface image for defect inspection. © 2023 IEEE.

The traditional A∗ algorithm is known to have limitations such as excessive search path length, a high number of turning nodes, lack of smoothness in the generated path, and inability to effectively avoid random obstacles. This paper proposes a novel path planning algorithm that addresses these issues by combining the A∗ algorithm with the DWA algorithm. The fusion algorithm reduces the number of searches by incorporating parent node influence, optimizing the cost function, expanding the single neighborhood search range, using interpolation functions to make the path smoother and using the local path planning DWA algorithm to go to the key points on the path in turn, and completing the robot path planning for obstacle avoidance. The simulation results show that the improved A∗ algorithm is smoother than the traditional A∗ algorithm, and the integration of the DWA algorithm reduces the path length by 9.5% while achieving obstacle avoidance. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper, the network models of coupled delayed memristive neural networks (CDMNNs) without and with delayed coupling are studied respectively. Firstly, according to the definitions of ψ-type stability and ψ -type function, the notion of general decay anti-synchronization (GDAS) is introduced. Secondly, by constructing Lyapunov functional, designing controller and using inequality techniques, the corresponding sufficient conditions that reaching GDAS for CDMNNs with and without delayed coupling are deduced. Thirdly, the validity of the results is proved by proper numerical simulation. © 2023 IEEE.
