Motor screw loosening is a common problem in motor operation, which, if not dealt with in time, may lead to part damage and even motor failure. However, few studies have focused on the diagnosis and warning of this problem. This study is based on a monitoring system for motor vibration detection, which uses three-axis vibration sensors to collect motor vibration displacement. Through algorithm processing and calculus, vibration velocity and acceleration can be obtained. The collected vibration signals are sent to the computer by serial port communication, and a deep learning model is trained with the abnormal vibration data to achieve fault diagnosis. The experiment results show that the motor vibration data based neural network can complete the health diagnosis and early warning of the motor in the early stage of motor end cap screw loosening and bracket screw loosening, reducing the loss caused by subsequent faults, and providing a new reference scheme for the motor fault diagnosis field. © 2024 IEEE.

Rectifier transformer operating in high current environment suffers from poor power quality and high loss. In order to reduce transformer loss and improve optimization accuracy, this article proposes a hierarchical optimization method considering winding impedance matching for inductive filtering transformer structure design. Firstly, based on the winding arrangement of the inductive filtering transformer, the impedance matching condition and its optimization feasibility are analyzed. Then, combined with the Sobol algorithm, the sensitivity analysis on transformer design parameters is carried out, and the hierarchical optimization model is established. Experimental results show that the hierarchical optimization model successfully provides a global feasible solution by minimizing total loss while effectively improves the accuracy of optimization. © 2023 IEEE.

Laser transmission in the atmosphere is subject to atmospheric turbulence effects that cause wavefront aberrations, resulting in a degradation of beam quality and difficulty in obtaining information. In order to correct the wavefront aberration, it is extremely important to accurately obtain the phase information of beam aberration wavefront for adaptive optics and laser atmospheric transmission system. In this paper, a wavefront reconstruction model based on improved U-Net is established to directly reconstruct the aberrated wavefront by training the aberrated wavefront and the far-field focal plane and out-of-focus plane images, and at the same time, in order to study the relationship between the reconstructed wavefront accuracy and the number of Zernike terms used, the reconstructed wavefronts are represented by the first 50, first 120, first 200, and first 500 Zernike polynomials, respectively. The experimental outcomes illustrate that the wavefront reconstruction precision of the improved U-Net is higher, and the more Zernike polynomial terms used in the reconstructed wavefront, the smaller the coefficient error and the higher the recovered wavefront accuracy. The method can provide strong support for the subsequent wavefront aberration correction, and has certain application value in the fields of turbulence compensation, atmospheric turbulence characterization and adaptive optics. © 2023 IEEE.

The proposed method extracts nonlinear, classifier, and invariant deep features from HSIs using a variety of convolution and convolution features. Both target recognition and image classification can gain from these characteristics. In order to address the normal problem of imbalance with large dimensions and a dearth of training sets for the identification of HIS, a few approaches, such as L2 regularisation and dropout, are being investigated to minimise dimensionality in class data modelling. A 3-D Fox news FE model with linked regularisation is also provided by study to efficiently extract spectral and spatial properties from hyperspectral data. Finally, a strategy for augmenting virtual samples is proposed to further improve performance. The suggested techniques are put to the test using three well-known hyper spectral data sets: 'Indian Pines, Universidad of Pavia, and Nasa Space Centre'. Unwanted scattering from other objects might cause the object of interest's spectral characteristics to change. © 2023 IEEE.

One of the most important, from the privacy point of view, interactions of patients with the healthcare system is giving access to medical information. This paper presents a proof-of-concept for a system that allows selectively sharing medical information from electronic health records using Blockchain technologies and QR codes. This is aligned to current medical paradigms that put the patient in the center of the healthcare process and pass the control of the medical data from doctors to patients. Such decentralized systems are very good candidates for Blockchain-based implementation. © 2024 The Author(s). Published by Elsevier B.V.

Internet technology advancement has led to an exponential surge in text data. Among the pressing data types today, natural language data stands out. Leveraging natural language processing (NLP) technology, computers can comprehend human language and extract valuable information from extensive textual data. This paper introduces a novel approach for text clustering, combining binary particle swarm optimization with the spherical K-means algorithm. Empirical findings on a Chinese text dataset demonstrate the effectiveness of the feature selection method introduced in this paper, effectively diminishing feature overlap and enhancing clustering precision. © 2023 IEEE.

Ultrasound images are commonly utilized for detecting papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC). Nevertheless, this approach is time-consuming and resource intensive. Machine learning (ML) algorithms have shown proficiency in extracting meaningful patterns and features from medical images, enabling them to identify subtle differences between benign and malignant thyroid nodules, which might challenge human observers. While VGG16 is a common ML architecture for PTC detection, it exhibits a limitation of limited contextual information. In response, this study proposes an optimization method based on the Skip-attention model optimization mechanism to address this limitation. The results demonstrate that the model's performance in terms of accuracy (96.62% vs. 78.00%), AUC (96.62% vs. 82.10%), sensitivity (94.58% vs. 88.11%), and Fl-score (84.00% vs. 71.00%) is significantly improved by this mechanism. The proposed method makes several significant contributions to ML model optimizations, including improved accuracy, enhanced interpretability, reduced overfitting, transferable insights, potential clinical impact, benchmarking for future research, generalization to other architectures, and robustness to image variability. These findings provide crucial reference value for future related research endeavors. © 2023 IEEE.

Pressure sensor is an important component of wearable devices, and flexible capacitive pressure sensors are the first choice because of the advantages of low impedance, low power, and high stability. The sensor that is in direct contact with the skin is called electronics skin, and its main purpose is to detect various indicators of the target group and provide feedback. To meet people's pursuit of comfortable and efficient electronic skin, new materials and technologies are adopted for flexible capacitive pressure sensors. In this paper, the function and improvement process of flexible capacitive pressure sensors and their specific application on electronic skin were reviewed. Firstly, this paper introduces the principle of flexible capacitance pressure sensor and the structure of a simple capacitive pressure sensor. Then, the preparation methods and technologies of flexible capacitive pressure sensors in recent years are summarized, mainly involving the popular three-dimensional (3D) printing technology and organic polymer materials. Finally, the application of the flexible capacitive pressure sensor in the skin is summarized, such as health inspection, environment inspection and human-computer interaction. © 2023 IEEE.

Software quality assurance is a crucial process that ensures software products meet specified requirements and quality standards. Achieving an exhaustive test coverage is essential for quality assurance, particularly in complex and dynamic Process-Aware Information Systems (PAIS) built upon the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN). Manual testing in such systems is challenging due to many execution paths, dependencies, and external interfaces. This paper proposes a model-based testing strategy that uses BPMN models and build specifications as input to generate a Robotic Process automation (RPA) script that automates a comprehensive User Acceptance Test procedure. Leveraging on Robotic Process automation (RPA) to automate user interactions allows for reducing the need for testers to manually input PAIS-related information when handling user forms. Global path planning is one of the key technologies in the field of mobile robots, and A∗ algorithm is a very common and efficient global path planning algorithm. Aiming at the problems of the traditional A∗ algorithm, such as too many redundant points, too many invalid inflection points, the planned path is not smooth enough and the search path efficiency is low, the method of improving one-way search to two-way search, expanding the search field and introducing smoothing function is studied. At the same time, the traditional 4-field and 8-field search is increased to 16-field search, which effectively reduces redundancy points, shorens path length, improves search efficiency and speeds up search. Then Bessel smoothing is used to smooth the planned path and make the robot move more smoothly. Finally, the simulation results and experimental data are analyzed, and the traditional A∗ algorithm and the improved bidirectional A∗ algorithm are compared to verify the effectiveness and significance of the improved algorithm. © 2023 IEEE.
