A blind image deblurring method based on image texture autocorrelation is proposed to address the difficulties of unclear edges, and inaccurate main structure in the process of blind image deblurring. First, the blur-causing motion information is retrieved by examining texture autocorrelation in the frequency domain, and a high-quality blur kernel is directly created. Furthermore, to constrain the high-frequency components and refine the blur kernel, a regularization term of the image gradient to norm ratio is included to build a new deblurring model, which can improve the stability and accuracy of blur kernel estimation. Additionally, the deblurring models optimization problem is tackled by regularizing the blur kernel and latent image. Ultimately, deconvolution is used to obtain the reconstructed image. The findings of a comparative analysis of subjective and objective experiments with classical approaches reveal that the proposed method has greater visual effects in terms of overall detail of benchmark datasets, as well as actual blurred images such as nature and human faces. © 2023 IEEE.

In order to quickly and accurately detect the moisture content of coal and realize online non-destructive testing. An on-line measurement system of coal moisture content based on the principle of microwave transmission is designed. The measurement principle is introduced emphatically, and a method for quickly detecting the moisture content of coal by detecting the voltage signal is proposed. Different fitting models between decay voltage and water content were established, and the best calibration equation was determined by comparing different fitting models. On this basis, a coal moisture detection device applied to the conveyor belt was developed. The device consists of a 10GHz microwave signal source, a horn antenna, a detector, a single-chip microcomputer, an electric conveyor belt machine and a sample holder. Finally, coals with different moisture contents were evaluated experimentally. The results show that the measurement accuracy and deviation of the system are within the acceptable range. © 2023 IEEE.

Deep neural networks have made significant improvements in pixel -level semantic segmentation. However, the existing semantic segmentation algorithm still faces the problem of weighing between the accuracy and calculation cost of the segmentation. In response to this issue, this article proposes a hybrid network structure (HAM), looking for a balance point in the calculation accuracy and calculation speed. In this method, we construct a dual -attention module. The role of this module is to guide high -level characteristics through underlying characteristics to obtain more context information. Among them, the shape flow branch retains low -level space details, and semantic flow branches capture senior context information. These two branches are fused to strengthen information dissemination between different levels, thereby achieving higher segmentation accuracy. Experiments on the dataset show that this method achieves higher accuracy and speed under relatively small parameters. Compared with other real-time semantic segmentation methods, our network has achieved good compromise between parameters, speed, and accuracy. © 2023 SPIE.

To facilitate the development of accessible space-bound robotic explorers, this work demonstrates a novel communication architecture intended for scientific CanSats. As low-cost terrestrial simulation platforms for orbital satellites, CanSats provide a valuable proving ground for new technologies or techniques. CanSats are also a considerably more accessible technological frontier than orbital CubeSats, as CanSats are lower in cost to develop and retain fewer operational requirements. Multiple low-cost CanSats and a simple Base Station were developed using Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) components. The bimodal modulation technique utilizes Amplitude Shift Keying (ASK) as a means for transferring data packets between the devices, while the delay between multiple ASK trains modulates additional Pseudo Morse Code (PMC) information that is audibly decodable with a handheld amateur radio receiver or digitally with a Software Defined Radio (SDR). The presented framework could be a valuable addition to telemetry beacons for orbital satellites that are seeking to engage the open-source or amateur radio communities. © 2023 IEEE.

The built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) has been widely used in electric vehicles, aerospace, national defense, robotics, medical and other fields due to its high operating efficiency, high torque density and relatively stable running condition. Traditional IPMSM control strategy includes speed control of position sensor, magnetic field orientation control and so on. They have the limitations of increasing system cost and algorithm failure in case of sensor failure. In this paper, high-speed vacuum cleaner as the research object, aiming at the vacuum cleaner in high speed, sensorless drive motor high-speed operation ability, using sliding mode control and weak magnetic control strategy. A series of experiments and simulations are designed. The results show that the proposed sliding mode and magnetic weakening control strategies have good dynamic response and steady state response, and more accurate estimated position and estimated speed are obtained. The system has the advantages of strong robustness. © 2023 IEEE.

Via wireless sensor network (WSN), data are collected through secure links to backend database. To ensure data security and privacy during data aggregation in WSN, key pre-distribution (KP) is often used to establish secure links between two neighbor nodes in WSN. Most KPs deal with resiliency against node capture attack (NA) and the link connectivity. For further enhancing resiliency, hash chain based KP (HCKP) scheme is proposed. Recently, the notion of advanced NA (ANA) is introduced, on which HCKP schemes are compromised. The diagonal layer based HCKP (DL-HCKP) is accordingly proposed to resist ANA. However, its hash function should be commutative. In this paper, we use common hash functions (e.g., SHA-like functions) instead of commutative function to propose the bidirectional HCKP (BI-HCKP) to achieve more practicability and applicability. Our BI-HCKP still has ANA resiliency, and moreover improves ANA resiliency and provides the adaptive resiliency on NA and ANA. © 2023 IEEE.

To address more complex robot path planning problem, an improved Pelican optimization algorithm was proposed. Aiming at the problem of the weak local search ability of the Pelican optimization algorithm, firstly, a chaotic initialization strategy was introduced to improve the diversity of the initial population. Secondly, the golden sine algorithm was introduced to improve the local search ability of the algorithm. Finally, in order to prevent the algorithm from falling into the local optimum, the optimal individual chaotic search strategy was introduced to help the algorithm jump out of the local optimum. Four scale raster maps of 20x20, 30x30, 40x40 and 50x50 is used to test the proposed algorithm and comparison algorithms. In the path planning test, the path lengths found by the proposed algorithm are 40, and 102, respectively, which are shorter than those of the comparison algorithms, indicating that the proposed algorithm has good search performance for the robot path planning problem. © 2023 IEEE.

In order to improve the performance of traditional SOM model, an adaptive SOM neural network algorithm is proposed. By introducing the error square sum solution formula, the clustering error of the model sub-data set is calculated by using the method of cutting the data set, and the change trend of the clustering error is quickly obtained. Then the learning rate of the SOM network is adaptively adjusted according to this, and the convergence speed is accelerated on the basis of ensuring that the network is fully trained, thereby improving the performance of the SOM network. © 2023 SPIE.

Unsupervised person re-identification aims to learn discriminative feature representations for person retrieval from unlabeled datasets. Clustering-based methods achieve state-of-the-art performance in this research direction. However, the noisy pseudo-labels generated during the clustering process and the interference caused by background noise limit the performance of the model. To this end, this paper proposes continuous epoch distance integration for unsupervised person re-identification, which performs clustering by integrating the distance matrix between two consecutive epochs to generate reliable pseudo-labels. In addition, the attention module of spatial structure and channel dimension is also proposed, so that the model pays more attention to the person itself and eliminates the interference of the background. The effectiveness of this method is verified on Market-1501, DukeMTMC-ReID, and MSMT17. The experimental results show that this method is superior to the current mainstream unsupervised person re-identification method. © 2023 IEEE.

China's shipbuilding industry has been developing steadily. In recent years, the direction of ship development has shifted to electrification. With the development of ship automation and intelligence, the demand and load of electricity are increasing. However, this development will also increase the short-circuit current in the event of a system failure, and traditional circuit breakers and protection devices cannot meet the protection current requirements. In order to ensure the continuous and safe supply of electricity, the power management system of ship power stations is becoming more and more important. Combined with the existing artificial intelligence algorithms, this paper establishes a neural network model in MATLAB to realize fault diagnosis and fault prediction of ship power stations. © 2023 ACM.
