Human-computer interaction (HCI) is crucial to improving public transportation in low-resource settings. The degree that people give up control to computers is a topic of discussion in various settings, including implementing smart transportation systems in rural areas. Disaster occurs because people don't believe in the system or try to change its decisions. Therefore, this study proposes a Service-Oriented Human-computer Interaction (SO-HCI) model for efficient rural public transit. An inter-agent strategy for monitoring the rural transportation channel and the user information service is described in the service-oriented model. Human-computer interaction (HCI) is designed to maximize a predetermined level of mechanized efficiency;this efficiency level can be achieved in various automation settings, and HCI's way of thinking can shift over time. In the SO-HCI model, the uncertainty of misleading user expectations and a routine and formally defined transportation system result from implementing the Markov framework paradigm. Based on empirical evidence, the proposed SO-HCI model for rural smart transportation systems significantly outperforms the state-of-the-art in terms of rural mobility (97.6%), accessibility (95.4%), demand response (94.5%), travel behavior prediction (98.7%), and operating cost (11.2%). © 2023 IEEE.

Image deblurring refers to the process of restoring sharp images from blurry images, which is one of the pivotal technologies in many domains. In this paper, we introduce a novel neural network, which contains DIP network, double blur kernel processing network and blur kernel size estimation network. First, DIP network mainly extracts the prior information of blur kernel and sharp image. Then, double blur kernel processing network conduct similarity processing on a pair of blur kernel information collected. Compared with state-of-the-art methods. our method has a great improvement in running time and deblurring performance © COPYRIGHT SPIE. Exponential synchronization of multiplex networks is investigated. The complex network is described by discrete-time difference equation. The network has multiple weights, and the network topology can be directed and not strongly connected. Moreover, switching topology case is also considered in this paper. With rearranging variables' order technique, we obtain some sufficient criteria for exponential synchronization and pinning control. Simulation examples are also given. © 2023 IEEE.

Cryptographic functions with low differential uniformity have wide applications in cryptography and cyber security. In this paper, we further investigate c-differential uniformity proposed by Ellingsen et al. (IEEE Transactions on Information Theory. 2020, 66(9): 5781-5789). Specifically, two classes of power functions with low (1)-differential uniformity over finite fields with odd characteristic are obtained. In addition, a class of permutation polynomials and P1N or AP1N functions over F3n are proposed. These functions with low c-differential uniformity are utilized to resist against c-differential attacks in cyberspace from those with the usual low differential uniformity. © 2023 IEEE.

This article studies the cooperative tracking control and obstacle avoidance problem for wheeled mobile robots (WMRs) under event-Triggered communication. The dynamics of WMRs are considered first. To handle the constraint that only part of the robots can access the leader, the distributed state estimators are designed. Then, an event-Triggered based tracking control and obstacle avoidance scheme is developed by utilizing a backstepping control technique and artificial potential field (APF). The stability of the closed-loop system is proved and Zeno behaviors are excluded. Finally, the simulation of three robots is implemented to illustrate the superiority of the presented scheme. © 2023 IEEE.

Training and education for medical staff is crucial to ensuring patients get the best possible treatment. Healthcare is and always has been a very technical and specialized industry. Maintaining a competent workforce and a healthy work-life balance depends on the program's effectiveness. This article details nurses' perspectives on patient safety and examines the frequency of contrasting incidents. This paper proposes the Deep learning-assisted statistical Model (DLASM) to better teach healthcare workers in safety practices. Those in charge of employee safety may benefit from data gathered and analyzed by AI automation. The financial burden of workplace events, injuries, healthcare, and prosecutions might be reduced by implementing an appropriate exercise program based on a meaningful learning model for employees. DLASM technique will lead to happier, safer, and healthier employees. The experimental findings demonstrate that the suggested DLASM technique improves efficiency, accuracy, and predictability compared to existing approaches © 2023 IEEE.

Women have recently demonstrated time and time again that their contributions to science and technology are on par with those of males. Just a few famous female scientists include Kalpana Chawla, the first Indian woman scientist, Marie Curie, the only woman to receive the Nobel Prize, and Shakuntala Devi, a mathematical prodigy who can solve any challenging problem. This increased visibility of female voices in science is exciting, and women are seeking jobs in it at rates never previously seen. Nonetheless, we are aware that not all the issues affecting women have been resolved by the academic community. Recent research demonstrates that computers and technology have historically been the realm of men, providing them a physiological push that gives them confidence and the chance to become more tech savvy while leaving women behind. Due to gender inequalities, which discourage more women from choosing engineering or STEM as a career, women in the STEM area also confront several hurdles. According to studies, the count of women has been reduced in STEM fields due to a lack of support, a lack of role models, low pay, workplace sexism, a lack of diversity within the organisation, self-doubt (imposter syndrome), and the need to balance work and personal obligations. The significance of women in the sciences and the obstacles to their growth are emphasised in this collection of writing. © 2023 IEEE.

In navigation and deep-sea exploration, the long baseline system with the utmost accuracy in hydroacoustic positioning technology has been widely utilized. Currently, the most widely used long baseline positioning systems internationally operate between 8 and 30 kHz with a maximum distance of 10 kilometers. With the rapid growth of deep-sea exploration, traditional underwater long baseline positioning systems are progressively unable to meet the requirements of deep-sea exploration. Therefore, this paper proposes a long baseline system with a acoustic ranger at its core, a 25-kilometer operational range, and a low and medium frequency. © 2023 IEEE.

The information available today is scattered everywhere. The traditional method of learning which is completely text-based takes more time to understand. Students must learn more in less time and also have good knowledge of the concepts which are not only present in the textbooks, but also from external sources. Visual learning techniques are the most well-known effective way to learn more information in less time. When information is presented visually, it is easy to understand the concepts and remember them for a long time. The knowledge graph is used to represent the information with the relationship between the different topics in a visually comprehensive manner. Our project aims in helping students to learn visually with the help of knowledge graphs (or concept maps). The Graphs for various subjects will be available separately and can be used by students to learn interactively. Our project is mainly focused on subjects from the computer science domain. For the knowledge graph construction, the required data is scraped from the internet using Wikipedia and Google Knowledge APIs. Natural language processing (NLP) is used to process scrapped data from the internet which is then processed using a graph database to display the knowledge graph with the data and the relationship connecting the data. All graphs are made in such a way to make a visual impact on learners such that it is easy to read and interpret. © 2023 IEEE.
