Blockchain has become a technology and business disruptor with a significant potential for both use and misuse. The distributed architecture combined with the integrity assurance given by the hash as well as the anonymity provided because of the use of identity derived from the public key has made this a revolutionary combination. The positive popularity is because of the anonymity it provides to the transactions and the same is also the reason that regulators, governments, and law enforcement authorities the world over are genuinely concerned about it. Hence it is essential for anyone who wants to track this technology to understand the depth of anonymity it provides. In this paper, we survey, analyse and present the methods by which it is possible to deanonymize and reveal the identity of interesting entities of bitcoin transactions. © 2023 IEEE.

To facilitate the development of accessible space-bound robotic explorers, this work demonstrates a novel communication architecture intended for scientific CanSats. As low-cost terrestrial simulation platforms for orbital satellites, CanSats provide a valuable proving ground for new technologies or techniques. CanSats are also a considerably more accessible technological frontier than orbital CubeSats, as CanSats are lower in cost to develop and retain fewer operational requirements. Multiple low-cost CanSats and a simple Base Station were developed using Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) components. The bimodal modulation technique utilizes Amplitude Shift Keying (ASK) as a means for transferring data packets between the devices, while the delay between multiple ASK trains modulates additional Pseudo Morse Code (PMC) information that is audibly decodable with a handheld amateur radio receiver or digitally with a Software Defined Radio (SDR). The presented framework could be a valuable addition to telemetry beacons for orbital satellites that are seeking to engage the open-source or amateur radio communities. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper presents the design, implementation and validation of a novel fitness mobile application called CalAid, aimed at promoting an active lifestyle, in the context of ever growing sedentarism in population of all ages. The application uses sensors present in most modern smartphones such as motion sensors, the 3-axial accelerometer, the gyroscope and the step counter in order to track energy expenditure and to obtain a more precise approximation of consumed calories. By using machine learning we can recognize the activities performed by the application client and, using metabolic equivalents, find the energy expenditure. © 2024 The Author(s). With the advent of Industry 4.0, 5G and Time Sensitive Networking (TSN) are emerging as wireless deterministic communication network to provide solid QoS guarantee for industrial automation services. For 5G-TSN collaboration system, two important gateways are introduced in both network and end device side to support TSN protocols, named as Network-side TSN Translator (NW-TT) and Device-side TSN Translator (DS-TT) respectively. However, 5G and TSN are totally different in terms of resource type, scheduling methodology and management protocols, in order to provide latency guarantee for time-triggered flows across 5G and TSN, as well as to make two different scheduling of 5G and TSN coordinately, a 5G-TSN joint scheduling mechanism based on enhanced Maximum Latency Weighted Delay First (eMLWDF) is proposed and analyzed in this paper. The proposed mechanism designs an adaptive factor in scheduling procedure to make well balance between achieving low latency in 5G and avoiding buffer overflow in DS-TT. Furthermore, some packet will arrival at the priority queue in DS-TT later than the period of "ON"for that queue due to fluctuations of radio channel, to avoid this situation, a frame preemption scheme is adopted to provide latency guarantee. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed mechanism can satisfy the latency requirements of time-triggered flows as well as reduce data buffer volumes in DS-TT, aiming to provide deterministic communication guarantee for data transmission across 5G and TSN. © 2023 IEEE.

We introduce a method with the aim of rejecting a sinusoidal disturbance with unknown frequency, while acting on unstable LTI plants with unknown delay in input. In this method, we use modified second order generalized integrator frequency locked-loop (Modified SOGI-FLL) for frequency estimation and building two orthogonal sinusoidal signals, which by applying algebraic operations on them, the disturbance rejection law is built. Since the plant is unstable with an unknown input delay, we use the predictor feedback and its delay update laws for stabilizing and delay estimation. Simulation results show the well performance of the method. © 2023 IEEE.

Training and education for medical staff is crucial to ensuring patients get the best possible treatment. Healthcare is and always has been a very technical and specialized industry. Maintaining a competent workforce and a healthy work-life balance depends on the program's effectiveness. This article details nurses' perspectives on patient safety and examines the frequency of contrasting incidents. This paper proposes the Deep learning-assisted statistical Model (DLASM) to better teach healthcare workers in safety practices. Those in charge of employee safety may benefit from data gathered and analyzed by AI automation. The financial burden of workplace events, injuries, healthcare, and prosecutions might be reduced by implementing an appropriate exercise program based on a meaningful learning model for employees. DLASM technique will lead to happier, safer, and healthier employees. The experimental findings demonstrate that the suggested DLASM technique improves efficiency, accuracy, and predictability compared to existing approaches © 2023 IEEE.

This article studies the cooperative tracking control and obstacle avoidance problem for wheeled mobile robots (WMRs) under event-Triggered communication. The dynamics of WMRs are considered first. To handle the constraint that only part of the robots can access the leader, the distributed state estimators are designed. Then, an event-Triggered based tracking control and obstacle avoidance scheme is developed by utilizing a backstepping control technique and artificial potential field (APF). The stability of the closed-loop system is proved and Zeno behaviors are excluded. Finally, the simulation of three robots is implemented to illustrate the superiority of the presented scheme. © 2023 IEEE.

Image deblurring refers to the process of restoring sharp images from blurry images, which is one of the pivotal technologies in many domains. In this paper, we introduce a novel neural network, which contains DIP network, double blur kernel processing network and blur kernel size estimation network. First, DIP network mainly extracts the prior information of blur kernel and sharp image. Then, double blur kernel processing network conduct similarity processing on a pair of blur kernel information collected. Compared with state-of-the-art methods. our method has a great improvement in running time and deblurring performance © COPYRIGHT SPIE. The information available today is scattered everywhere. The traditional method of learning which is completely text-based takes more time to understand. Students must learn more in less time and also have good knowledge of the concepts which are not only present in the textbooks, but also from external sources. Visual learning techniques are the most well-known effective way to learn more information in less time. When information is presented visually, it is easy to understand the concepts and remember them for a long time. The knowledge graph is used to represent the information with the relationship between the different topics in a visually comprehensive manner. Our project aims in helping students to learn visually with the help of knowledge graphs (or concept maps). The Graphs for various subjects will be available separately and can be used by students to learn interactively. Our project is mainly focused on subjects from the computer science domain. For the knowledge graph construction, the required data is scraped from the internet using Wikipedia and Google Knowledge APIs. Natural language processing (NLP) is used to process scrapped data from the internet which is then processed using a graph database to display the knowledge graph with the data and the relationship connecting the data. All graphs are made in such a way to make a visual impact on learners such that it is easy to read and interpret. © 2023 IEEE.
