The deep learning techniques on the base of YOLOv5 architecture have been shown to make a traffic objects detection system for V2V communications to ensure traffic safety and traffic flows prediction. According to the detection data the detector allows to estimate the traffic object speed and the coordinates of movement. To improve the accuracy of calculations, the distortion correction algorithm (in geometric optics), the Chang method and the Kalman filter are used. To set the detector to work in online operation mode, an algorithm has been developed that receives video stream from open city surveillance cameras with the processing of a m3u8 playlist. The developed detector can be used on "connected"vehicles to assess the situation on the roads and ensure safety traffic. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper presents the design, manufacturing, modeling, and control of a novel 1-DOF pitch axis Twin Rotor system. An IMU sensor is used to precisely access the desired pitch angle of the system. A type-2 fuzzy controller is designed and implemented to achieve fast rise time and low overshoot, which are the desired response specifications for the system. In terms of overshoot and settling time, the performance of the type-2 fuzzy-PID controller is compared to that of the type-l fuzzy-PID controller and the conventional PID controller. The type-2 fuzzy-PID controller's performance is promising when compared to that of the other controllers, proving that it is useful for taming the Twin Rotor system's non-linearities. © 2023 IEEE.

This article studies the fault-Tolerant control (FTC) issue of a class of nonlinear switching systems with actuator faults. To estimate states that are not available, a high-gain observer is utilized to eliminate the influence of inaccurate estimation of nonlinear function on state estimation, which is difficult for traditional observers to achieve. The fault-Tolerant controller proposed in this article is based on a backstepping design approach, which successfully addresses actuator faults and resists time-varying disturbances caused by faults. At the same time, the output signal is capable of tracking the desired output signal effectively. The switching strategy based on average dwell time (ADT), which is less conservative in practice, ensures the overall stability of the system and guarantees that all signals in the system are bound. The effectiveness of the presented approach is illustrated using the example of an electromagnetic suspension system. © 2023 IEEE.

Neural networks excel at mining the static graph, but how to learn from streaming graphs without forgetting previous knowledge is an emerging challenge and well known as continual graph learning (CGL). Despite recent progress in this area, two significant challenges persist: 1) most of existing works only manipulate on the intermediate graph embedding and ignore intrinsic properties of graphs, which limits the learning method's pertinence. 2) recent attempts obscure the transferable knowledge and lack explicit description for the transfer process. It is non-trivial to tell what and how the information is transferred across graphs. In this paper, we point out that latent relations behind graph edges, as an intrinsic graph property, can be attributed as an invariant factor for the evolving graph sequence and lead a possible knowledge transfer. Motivated by this, we design a relation-aware adaptive model, dubbed as RAM-CG, which consists of a relation analysis module to explore latent relations behind edges for message-passing and a task-awareness masking classifier to account for the shifting knowledge in the graph sequence. Extensive experiments show that RAM-CG provides significant 2.2%, 4.2% and 6.6% accuracy improvements over the state-of-the-art results on CitationNet, OGBN-arxiv and TWITCH dataset. © 2023 IEEE.

The human hand helps to perform most of our complex and fine movements because of its complex skeletal-muscular system and rich sensory. At the same time, the complex hand system is one of the reasons why rehabilitation of hand dysfunction after stroke is tricky. Virtual reality-based rehabilitation provides a new approach to hand function rehabilitation by mapping the patient's movements into a rich virtual reality system and providing synergistic stimulation of visual, auditory and haptic senses to improve the patient's motivation for rehabilitation, promote brain function reorganization and accelerate hand function rehabilitation. So the synergistic approach of multiple senses is very important. In this article, we designed a visually synergistic approach to flexible exoskeleton hand control with the aim of increasing the sense of active participation. We built a model of human-machine coupled motion, combined with a target grasping gesture obtained based on a virtual reality scene, and the target gesture is executed in the virtual system while controlling the synchronized motion of the exoskeleton hand. The results show that the motion of the virtual hand predicted by the human-computer coupling model is synchronized with the motion of the exoskeleton hand. © 2023 IEEE.

The disruptive power of cloud computing is altering the gaming industry. Real-time gaming is now feasible because to advancements in streaming algorithms, further blurring the lines between the digital and physical worlds. Understanding the potential of Cloud computing to change the gaming industry is the emphasis which investigates the complicated relationship between numerous technologies. By using cutting-edge streaming protocols and techniques like Adaptive Bitrate Streaming (ABS), buffering, caching, and compression, users may have uninterrupted, high-quality gaming experiences. The study's findings herald a new era of interactive entertainment and shed light on the transformative possibilities of these technologies. Asynchronous Bit-Rate (ABR) encoding, buffering, caching algorithms, video compression standards, and streaming protocols are just few of the numerous digital components that work together to provide uninterrupted data transmission. The rapid progress of ABR algorithms has made it possible to dynamically alter video quality to maximize the user experience across a broad variety of network scenarios. Buffering and caching algorithms play crucial roles by proactively managing data flow and storage to avoid disruptions in the streaming experience. © 2023 IEEE.

The frequency response of the power system is changing because of the inverter-based generator connection. To depict a more realistic frequency characteristic, an adaptive virtual synchronous generator (VSG) control strategy including the inertia supporting assessment index is proposed. The virtual inertia in VSG can be adjusted according to the frequency response process. And the droop coefficient is changed proportionally. Besides, the inertia supporting assessment index Fd is introduced to judge the FR results so that the operator can choose the optimal control parameter sets. The simulation results verified the accuracy and applicability of the proposed method. The method can also help to research on the frequency response and inertia estimation in the power system with high proportion power electronics. © 2023 IEEE.

Smart Home solutions and the usage of IoT (Internet of Things) in home automation has an increased popularity recently, and these solutions become more and more complicated and the connected devices is no longer limited to some entertainment tools that improve human life, but rather now it includes some sensitive medical tools that contribute in preserving and saving people's lives, especially with regard to patients, the elderly and children which leads automatically to the rise in the number and types of connected smart devices and therefore it leads to an increase in the amount of transmitted data over the network, this issue raises the importance of the cybersecurity concept in smart homes and then increased the researchers' interest in the work to detect any anomaly traffic among smart homes networks. At the same time the smart home solutions developed and become more critical the attacks scenarios and their complexity increased too, the point that imposes on researches to use different techniques in intrusion detection (ID) and attacks classifications and the Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) algorithms have shown promising results in this task. This paper discusses a variety of machine learning algorithms, datasets, data collection methodologies and features selection methods that have been used to secure smart home network solutions against zero-day attacks. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper introduces a fault-tolerant control strategy for delayed PDE-ODE coupled systems. By using a Lyapunov functional (LF), a fault-tolerant control design is developed by space-dependent linear matrix inequality (SDL-MI) to ensure the exponential stability (ES) for the closed-loop delayed PDE-ODE coupled system. Finally, the effectiveness of the control approach is demonstrated through its application to a hypersonic rocket car (HRC). © 2023 IEEE.

With the rapid development of e-commerce, corporate e-commerce logistics and distribution centers are playing an increasingly important role in the national economy. However, some problems in the distribution center business process affect logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction. This article first analyzes the business processes of enterprise e-commerce logistics distribution centers, summarizes some common problems, analyzes the causes of these problems, and proposes a series of optimization strategies. The article includes improving the quality of warehousing space use, adopting a refined management model, effectively organizing distribution route planning, and establishing an information feedback mechanism. Implementing these strategies will help improve logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction, giving enterprises an invincible position in the fierce market competition. © 2024 IEEE.
