The domain of computing, commonly referred to as quantum computing, is dedicated to the development of computer technology that is based on the fundamental principles of quantum theory, elucidates the behavior of matter and energy on the atomic and subatomic scales. In the realm of quantum computing, quantum memory serves as the quantum-mechanical equivalent of conventional computer memory. Quantum memory plays a pivotal role in the development of several quantum information processing devices, including but not limited to a synchronization tool that enables the matching of multiple procedures in a quantum computer, a quantum gate that preserves the identity of any given state, and a method for transforming preset photons into on-demand photons. To take advantage of the fundamental capabilities of quantum computing to perform parallel calculations at incredibly high speeds, a Quantum-based Random Access Memory (QRAM) architecture is proposed herein. This architecture utilizes basic quantum CNOT, V, and V+ gate operations to enable the implementation of basic quantum AND, OR, NOT, and NOR operations, respectively. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper focuses on the 3C (computer, Communications, and Consumer Electronics) smartphone component assembly scenario, building a precise visual recognition system for 3C assembly robots based on small-target detection methods and pixel-level segmentation methods, in conjunction with camera and other hardware designs. Through our precise visual perception system, we achieve accurate identification and positioning of assembly parts, finally controlling the robotic end-effector to perform the assembly operations. Experimental results demonstrate that this system outperforms other algorithms in detection effect and segmentation accuracy. Moreover, this study validates the practical application of the precision visual recognition algorithm by selecting three typical 3C cell phone component assembly scenarios, ultimately ensuring a success rate of 98% for the three assembly processes. © 2023 IEEE.

Humans are prepared to comprehend others' emotional expressions from subtle body movements or facial expressions, and they change the way they communicate in the function of those interactions/responses. Emotions influence sentiment and sentiment influences emotions. To transition from the traditional human-computer interaction to a human-machine collaboration, where the machine delivers relevant information and functionalities in a timely and appropriate manner, machines, user interfaces, and robots need to be equipped with such capabilities. The current state-of-the-art in methods and models for body emotion and sentiment classification, as well as existing datasets, are reviewed in this position paper. In this context, it also suggested the creation of a database for body expression analysis and a framework for emotion and sentiment prediction.

Smart Home solutions and the usage of IoT (Internet of Things) in home automation has an increased popularity recently, and these solutions become more and more complicated and the connected devices is no longer limited to some entertainment tools that improve human life, but rather now it includes some sensitive medical tools that contribute in preserving and saving people's lives, especially with regard to patients, the elderly and children which leads automatically to the rise in the number and types of connected smart devices and therefore it leads to an increase in the amount of transmitted data over the network, this issue raises the importance of the cybersecurity concept in smart homes and then increased the researchers' interest in the work to detect any anomaly traffic among smart homes networks. At the same time the smart home solutions developed and become more critical the attacks scenarios and their complexity increased too, the point that imposes on researches to use different techniques in intrusion detection (ID) and attacks classifications and the Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) algorithms have shown promising results in this task. This paper discusses a variety of machine learning algorithms, datasets, data collection methodologies and features selection methods that have been used to secure smart home network solutions against zero-day attacks. © 2023 IEEE.

The idea of an agent is useful for describing circumstances in which it is difficult or perhaps impossible for a single entity to gain all the necessary knowledge about the state of a system. The multiagent system is known to be useful in designing distributed solutions. Control action, data, or even both are distributed. In this research, we investigate the performance of vehicular networks based on deep multi-user reinforcement learning, where numerous V2V links use the already occupied V2I frequency spectrum, in terms of spectrum sharing and consensus. Goal is a multiuser strategy for reaching the spectrum that enhances network distributed behavior without any contact or message communication. Due to the large number of vehicles and to overcome the problem, we developed consensus and spectrum sharing algorithms based on deep multi-user reinforcement learning. © 2023 IEEE.

A lightweight target detection algorithm based on YOLOv5n is proposed for the current problems of low accuracy rate and high hardware and software limitations of ship target detection for near-shore port and river monitoring. First, the neck network of YOLOv5n uses Ghost convolutional structure instead of ordinary convolution and bottleneck structure in the C3 module to reduce network complexity and computation. Second, the SA attention mechanism is introduced in the backbone network to strengthen the feature extraction capability. Finally, the SIoU loss is used as the localization loss to speed up the model convergence and improve the accuracy of the algorithm. The experimental results show that the improved model volume is reduced by 13.2% and the average accuracy is improved by 3.8% on average. Deploying the algorithm acceleration to the edge device NVIDIA Jetson nano, the inference time is as low as 38ms for a single image with 640×640 resolution, which basically meets the requirements of real-time ship detection. © 2023 IEEE.

Modern financial systems, despite their inherent complexity and resiliency, face formidable challenges in terms of openness, efficiency, and security. Among these are significant transparency gaps and impending security vulnerabilities, highlighting the imperative need for innovative solutions in today's financial transactions. This paper unveils a meticulously developed financial distribution system rooted in a consortium blockchain, harnessing the complete spectrum of Hyperledger Besu's complex features. At the core of the system is the smart contract, which is more than a transactional instrument;it is a custom-tailored solution designed to enhance transactional processes, maintain data integrity, facilitate rapid execution and ensure strict regulatory compliance in the dynamic financial distribution environment. The exhaustive analysis illuminates the indispensable role of consortium blockchain, highlighting their unrivaled potential for delivering a tightly regulated, industry-specific environment. In terms of throughput and latency metrics, Hyperledger Besu outperforms conventional blockchain frameworks, according to rigorous testing and empirical analysis. These results conclusively demonstrate Hyperledger Besu's capability of navigating high-frequency financial transactions with reduced computational strain, firmly establishing it as the preeminent platform for developing cutting-edge financial applications. This exhaustive study not only highlights the transformative potential of Hyperledger Besu in modernizing legacy financial infrastructures but also establishes a rigorous benchmark for the academic and industrial communities. © 2023 IEEE.

The work corresponds to the security of Big Data, the key element of the modern digital world. The distributed ledger technology is widely applied to achieve data integrity and confidentiality. However, all relevant solutions are grounded in specific application environments and platforms, what determines the goal to create a universal approach in which Big Data processing components can vary and interchange. The paper proposes a method for ensuring the traceability of Big Data processing in heterogeneous data systems. Traceability is the ability to ensure that data is completely traceable across the entire system. This allows data to be easily followed all the way back to the original sources, audited and controlled. Big Data processing models have been presented. HashGraph and Blockchain distributed ledger mechanisms have been adapted to monitor Big Data processing chains. For tracing Big Data, the appropriate components of the distributed ledger have been modified and implemented. The experiments have been arranged on the test data system processing the big network traffic input, and it has been confirmed that the proposed solution is universal for the ledger technology, does not depend on the Big Data processing platform, and provides Big Data security preserving the computing resources of the protected system. © 2023 IEEE.
