The aquaculture industry also significantly contributes to the economy by providing food protection by primary production, growing income in rural areas, and producing substantial income in export. In the aquaculture industry, though the biggest concern is fish food. Not just the significant volume that exceeds 50 percent of the overall cost of production, but also the mechanism of feeding. In conventional aquaculture systems, fish feeding procedures still rely heavily on human labor. Negligence in the timing of fish feeding can have an impact on production performance. Efforts have been made to automate feeding such as using a scheduling system. However, in terms of performance, this method is found to be less than optimal since, under some conditions, the appetite of the fish does not agree with the fixed timetable. automation that takes into account the feeding needs of fish is therefore needed in order to improve the effectiveness of feeding. The computer vision system is used in this research to automate the feeding of fish based on the movement of the fish towards the feeding area, which is observed using the You Only Look Once version 3 method. With this method, it is proven that the test of the fish object detection system has been implemented successfully and is effective enough to facilitate the automation system for fish feeding. © 2023 IEEE.

The bird-oid object (Boids) model proposes a control algorithm to make the positions between agents achieve cooperative stability. By changing the parameters of cohesion and repulsion in the algorithm, the agents in the swarm can be made to converge to different positions, causing expansion and contraction of the formation. But it is often more difficult to select the appropriate parameters to form the ideal formation. Therefore, this paper proposes a method to improve the cohesive and repulsive parameters in the Boids model based on Q-learning network to achieve a simulation scenario with continuous obstacle avoidance and maximum coverage of space. © 2023 IEEE.

In this research paper, we propose the utilization of Multiple Vertical Take-off and Landing Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (VTOL UAVs) suited for maritime operations, combined with Deep Learning algorithms for automatic victim detection and coming up the solution rescue. This work addresses detecting victims with low light intensity - the challenge of computer Vision algorithms combined with brute-force search flight systems. A cooperative architecture between two UAVs on a local communication network is devised to monitor the drone's trajectory in the search progress. The modern flight system is based on Software in the Loop (SITL) simulation consisting of X-Plane 11, Ardupilot Firmware, and the autonomous flight algorithm to detect and rescue victims at sea. The simulation results demonstrate the enhancement of mitigating the effect of light intensity for images captured by UAVs to be used by deep learning technique for ameliorating the number of detected victims at sea with up to 62.6% compared with original data. © 2023 IEEE.

The fault diagnosis method of rotating machinery has always been a research hotspot, and the fault diagnosis method based on deep learning has a great dependence on the sample size, which cannot maintain its advantages in the fault diagnosis of small data industry. Aiming at this problem, this paper applies the method of multi-agent reinforcement learning in the field of image classification to the field of fault diagnosis. Aiming at the disadvantage that the reward function in this method cannot provide timely feedback information for classification, a new reinforce reward is introduced. Under its guidance, the agent can adjust the strategy faster, which significantly improves the learning efficiency and exploration efficiency of the agent. The accuracy of the method on small sample data is improved by more than 6 %, which provides a more practical solution for the field of industrial fault diagnosis. © 2024 SPIE · 0277-786X ·

Oil-tea camellia is recognized as a healthy edible oil in the world. It has the functions of lowering blood pressure, lowering blood lipids and softening blood vessels, and it has high comprehensive utilization value. However, oil-tea camellia is often invaded by various disease and pest in the process of planting, which reduces its yield, how to use intelligent information technology to identify disease and pest in oil-tea camellia is of great significance. Recent developments in deep learning-based Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) have shown prominent performance in the identification of crop pests and diseases. In order to solve the problems of low precision and weak generalization ability of traditional methods for oil-tea camellia disease and pest identification, this paper introduces an efficient CNN model based on mobile terminal that accurately identifies the common types of crop pest and diseases. The strategy of two-phase transfer learning (TL) is done during the training process. And an integration deep learning model based on the lightweight convolutional network architecture, feature extraction and fusion, and model compression is developed. The proposed model exhibits promising performance in comparison to other state-of-the-art models. Notably, the model achieves an average recognition accuracy of 99.78% for Camellia Oleifera diseases. The proposed model also shows strong generalization ability, it attains an average recognition accuracy of 99.55% on the widely utilized Plant village dataset. The model achieves recognition accuracies of 68.15% and 95.09% on the open-source IP102 dataset and the Real-world dataset respectively. The experimental results conclusively affirm the feasibility and efficacy of the proposed approach for the precise identification of Camellia Oleifera diseases. © 2023 IEEE.

To assist doctors in cardiovascular intervention, the use of robots in surgery can effectively separate interventionalists from X-ray radiation, prevent the spread of respiratory diseases, perform remote operations to alleviate the regional imbalance of medical resources and address some procedural challenges. However, a lack of force feedback in human computer interaction of current surgical robots affects surgical efficiency and safety. In cardiovascular surgery, the catheter bends and twists as it is the dynamic multipoint line contact with the vessel. It is difficult to accurately model and register it. In addition, time delay affects system transparency. This paper proposes a multi-information fuzzy fusion approach that is based on medical experience in order to predict position and orientation online. More specifically, Fitts law is developed with a two-motion collaborative to estimate the surgical movement time. Experimental results reveal that the proposed method can result in high system transparency in robot-assisted cardiovascular surgery. It could further improve accuracy and security in surgical procedures. © 2023 IEEE.

Effective measurement is the foundation for predicting and suppressing EMI. This article implements an effective EMI experimental method to conduct conducted EMI testing on high-power three-phase converter power cables. Detailed analysis and discussion are conducted on the experimental instruments, experimental layout, installation details, and other issues during the experimental setup process. The experimental method has improved the EMI testing technology of the converter and has a certain universality, which has practical significance for predicting and analyzing the conducted electromagnetic sensitivity of power electronic equipment. © 2024 Institute of Physics Publishing. Security has elevated to a top priority with the expansion of devices connected in the IoT. This research proposes a two-tier convolutional deep-learning model-based IDS to handle this problem. The suggested IDS calls for pre-processing step-by-step min-max normalisation, feature extraction, and use of statistical features like skewness, mean, standard deviation, entropy, and kurtosis, as well as flow-based variables like flow length, flow size, flow rate, and flow direction. In order to train the two-tier convolutional deep-learning model, the extracted features are utilised. An innovative SA-OOA is put out to improve the model's activation function, accuracy and the rate of false positives. The suggested approach adjusts the characteristics of the input layer during training to intensify the performance of the model. The CICIDS2018 database and the model's implementation in MATLAB are used to assess the effectiveness of the suggested IDS. The experimental findings show that, in respect of accuracy rate and false positive rate, the proposed IDS accomplishes more than current state-of-the-art IDS. IoT network intrusion detection is crucial for ensuring the safety of devices connected and the data they communicate, and the suggested IDS offers a practical and effective solution. © 2023 IEEE.

Based on experimental studies on a wide range of security indicators, statistics on measures to ensure the security of industrial enterprises in the region were obtained. The Rollout algorithm of sub-module testability modeling is proposed on the basis of Rollout algorithm for the problem of long running time of complex radar systems. First, the Rollout algorithm fault diagnosis strategy based on sub-module testability modeling is constructed and the expected test cost formula for sub-module testability modeling is derived. Next, testability modeling of the radar system based on submodules, and algorithm performance analysis. Finally, stochastic simulation experiments are used to verify the feasibility of the algorithm and the optimization of the running time in different matrix dimensions. The results show that, compared with the traditional global Rollout algorithm, the algorithm can significantly reduce the running time, but there is a small increase in the test cost. The algorithm retains the advantages of the Rollout algorithm over the traditional global information entropy algorithm in terms of testing costs. © 2023 IEEE.
