For an islanded microgrid consisting of distributed energy storage units with different capacities, a novel energy equalization strategy based on improved SOC equalization control is proposed. In the proposed control strategy, the relationship between droop coefficient and SOC is constructed through a power function, which allows the droop coefficient to be adaptively adjusted when the SOC changes, thus speeding up the SOC equalization. Meanwhile, the regulation of virtual droop equalization control is designed to eliminate the influence of line impedance on the precise current distribution and improve the accuracy of current distribution. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed control strategy are verified by analyzing the simulation results under different working conditions. © 2023 IEEE.

Many enterprises today grapple with supply disruptions in a tumultuous post-COVID-19 environment caused by black swan events, resulting in lost sales and hindering growth. Supply networks, previously optimized for cost and time efficiencies, are overstretched, and are unable to cope with these dynamic events. To overcome these challenges and boost supply chain resilience, this study proposes a graph-enabled decision support system for alternative supplier selection to mitigate supply-related disruptions. Semantic modeling of complex transportation networks and custody chains are included within supplier network domain knowledge, disruption mitigation workflows, and others to support stakeholders in identifying the best supplier alternatives with multi-aspect considerations such as production and distribution factors. An industrial case study of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) is used to illustrate this system, which can reduce business impacts and provide faster response times toward multi-disruption mitigation. © 2023 IEEE.

The growth of the skin care industry is driving consumers to look for product review information. The skincare product currently widely used by women and men is facial wash products. On the Female Daily website, the most frequently purchased facial wash products are Cetaphil products. With so many purchases of this product, potential buyers want to try the product by reading the reviews first. However, the large number of reviews is a barrier to accessing relevant information. Therefore, effectively summarizing reviews can solve this problem by presenting key information more concisely and digestibly. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of three different summary methods, namely BERT, BART, and T5, in summarizing skin care product reviews. The stages in these three models are explained in detail. Evaluation results using the ROUGE Score method with the Cetaphil facial wash product review dataset show that the BART model consistently has a higher average ROUGE Score than the BERT and T5 models. Specifically, the BART model achieved an average ROUGE-1 of 0.87718, ROUGE-2 of 0.80689, and ROUGE-L of 0.87688, while the BERT model achieved an average ROUGE-1 of 0.84591, ROUGE-2 of 0.77585, and ROUGE- L is 0.84479, and model T5 has an average ROUGE-1 of 0.74995, ROUGE-2 of 0.70048, and ROUGE-L of 0.73023. These results suggest that the generative approach implemented by BART is more effective in addressing the diversity and complexity of skin care product reviews. Therefore, using the BART model is a better choice for producing skin care product review summaries that are more informative and useful for consumers. In the future, these findings may contribute to developing more sophisticated product review summary systems. © 2023 IEEE.

In order to promote the high-quality construction of logistics cleaning teams and improve the level of logistics management in universities, this article combines the AHP method, entropy weight method, and improved TOPSIS method to construct a performance evaluation model for logistics cleaning in universities. Firstly, a three-layer indicator system was constructed from three dimensions: work performance, cleaning effectiveness, and comprehensive quality;Then, based on the AHP method and entropy weight method, the weights of each indicator were calculated, and the performance ranking was obtained through the improved TOPSIS method;Finally, it was demonstrated through empirical analysis that the model can make a reasonable evaluation of the performance of logistics cleaning personnel. The model has good interpretability and can analyze the reasons for performance differences, providing basis and guidance for the construction of subsequent cleaning teams and personnel management. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper proposes an improved semantic segmentation algorithm based on the split attention network resnest. The original icnet semantic segmentation model has some defects in the segmentation of foreground objects. In view of these problems, we optimized the icnet model with resnest network and CBAM convolution attention module. On the one hand, we replace the backbone network in the original model with resnest network, which enhances the feature extraction capability of the model. On the other hand, we introduce the CBAM convolution attention module to improve the segmentation ability of the model to the target in the foreground region. Without affecting the inference rate of the original model, the training effect of the improved idea proposed in this paper on the cityscapes open data set is improved separately from 71.0% to 71.3% and 71.9%. Respectively compared with the MIoU of the baseline model, the MIoU of the icnet model combined with the resnest backbone network and the CBAM convolution attention module on the cityscapes open data set is increased from 71.0% to 72.1%, and the segmentation effect of the foreground area target is significantly optimized in the visualization images, which has certain positive significance for the application of the semantic segmentation algorithm in the field of unmanned driving. © 2023 IEEE.

The exponential growth of data is compelling organizations to employ data in decision-making. As one of the businesses with an ecosystem that contributes to data growth, banks have challenges in generating insight. A high level of data security is frequently linked to a high level of data access difficulties. This poses a challenge to the implementation of data-driven business, where taking control of our data is one of the best ways to ensure that we not only own data but also have the ability to process and use data to extract business value. Through literature review, a number of challenges to optimizing the implementation of big data analytics in the banking industry were discovered. Data governance refers to the methods and procedures that assist banks in managing and securing data. A big data architecture is presented to address the highlighted issues, particularly with a multi-tiered approach to big data structures. With the adoption of this architecture, it will be simpler to generate business-value-generating insights for the banking industry using big data with accessibility and protection of data. © 2023 IEEE.

Online learning has emerged as a brand-new method of knowledge transfer as a result of the Internet and the field of education coming together due to the rapid development of information technology. The proliferation of online learning tools, particularly in the area of preschool education, gives pupils more learning opportunities but also creates issues with selection and learning effectiveness. The goal of this study is to develop an Attention-based Deep Collaborative Filtering (ADCF) preschool online learning resource recommendation system by combining the attention mechanism collaborative filtering algorithm and deep learning algorithm. This system will assist students in selecting the most appropriate online learning resources from a large pool of online learning course resources and increase learning effectiveness. The results show that the average scores of the experimental class's curriculum paper, early childhood teaching activity design and kindergarten game creation were 94.58, 88.15 and 92.43, respectively, which were 6.10%, 7.63% and 1.97% higher compared with the control class's average scores of 89.14, 81.90 and 90.64, respectively. This study has significant practical implications for enhancing the recommendation of online learning resources and raising the standard of preschool education, as can be seen in the conclusion. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper, we use a robust controller with prescribed performance for the Stewart-Gangway system, achieving motion compensation under unknown time-varying disturbances. The designed controller is able to drive the Stewart top platform towards an arbitrarily small neighborhood of a desired trajectory, with convergence speed no less than a prespecified value, and a maximum overshoot less than a sufficiently small preseted constant. To demonstrate the effictiveness of the designed control strategy, simulation results are given. © 2023 IEEE.

Video image analysis mainly involves the analysis and processing of moving image sequences, which usually involves several processes such as motion detection, object classification, object tracking, and behavior understanding and description. Among them, moving object detection and tracking are at the bottom level of the entire visual monitoring system, and are the most basic methods in video image analysis. They are the foundation for various subsequent advanced processing. This article proposes a target detection and tracking algorithm based on Kalman filtering, which can effectively detect and track moving objects, providing a more efficient technical means for detecting and tracking target suspects in the era of big data. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper introduces an event-triggered secure control scheme for human-in-the-loop multi-agent systems in the context of DoS attacks. The integration of human intelligence and decision-making significantly enhances system security, as a human provides command signals to a non-autonomous leader agent. To determine unknown states, an adaptive neural state observer utilizes neural networks to approximate nonlinear functions, while a relative threshold-based event-triggered con-trol strategy is introduced to optimize communication resource usage. At the same time, a predictor is developed to monitor potential compromises in the edges of the multi-agent network to counteract attacks. Using Lyapunov analysis, it is shown that the proposed secure control protocol is capable of maintaining bounded closed-loop signals despite the occurrence of attacks. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed scheme is validated by the simulation results. © 2024 IEEE.
