The requirement for industrial automation and quality control is the fundamental driver behind the visual examination of workpieces. Due to the vast number of workpieces, high level of complexity, and harsh production environment in traditional industrial production, manual inspection's efficiency and accuracy struggle to satisfy production standards. Automated vision inspection technology can partially address these issues. Through digital image processing and other technical methods, vision inspection technology can quickly and accurately identify and analyze features like workpiece size and shape, realizing automated quality control and production process control. In addition, workpiece vision inspection technology has grown in significance with the rise of Industry 4.0 and smart production. This paper's focus is the joist's rivet head, which must be measured for its diameter, height, circularity, and edge distance to assess whether the rivet is successfully assembled by confirming that the rivet head's dimensions are accurate. This paper suggests using Euclidean clustering to segment the point cloud surface and converting the extracted surface into an image for global threshold segmentation to extract edge information in an effort to overcome the challenges posed by the reflection and shadows on metal workpiece surfaces. This research suggests that the holes created by the blockage of light source irradiation on joist edges be filled by filling the pixel values. In this study, the riveted head's diameter is accurate to within 0.1 mm, its height is accurate to within 0.02 mm, and the edge distance is accurate to within 0.2 mm. © 2023 IEEE.

Crime is an unlawful act and is punished by the authority, in order to prove crime, evidence is necessary. Evidence obtained from crime scene is crucial as it act as proof of crime, Digitalization of evidences is need of hour. During the entire process of investigation heterogenous format of data is generated and integrity of the sensitive data has to be maintained as sensitive data passes through the various levels of intermediaries forming Chain of Evidences (CoE). Evidence needs to be tramper proof and should be protected from any kind of alterations. In order to build strong system with immutability, integrity, and legitimacy features blockchain technology is more suitable. The digital evidence can be transferred in a transparent way between the parties involved without any central authority using blockchain technology. This paper focuses on how blockchain based solutions can help in building a strong secure system. The system is implemented using Ethereum platform to achieve integrity, immutability transparency as well as tampering can be identified by any one at any time. © 2023 IEEE.

Virtual reality (VR), which is becoming increasingly popular these days, is used to treat several anxiety conditions. In this study, we present a method that uses virtual reality to cure public speaking anxiety. Public speaking anxiety (PSA) is a term used to describe a person's fear of speaking in front of a large audience or a big group of people. Our research will investigate whether VR technology can be used to treat PSA. We found publications on Google Scholar that were relevant to PSA and virtual reality using a keyword-based search technique, and we then conducted a thorough evaluation of the literature ⌝⌝⌝on those works. We found that the most of articles use samples that include more than two participants and use various PSA scale levels in virtual reality to treatment. Participants' anxiety levels decreased after each exposure, indicating that VR-based exposure could be used as an alternative treatment for anxiety related to public speaking © 2023 IEEE.

With the progress of science and technology, the application field of intelligent robot is more and more extensive, in which biped robot will be applied to special working scenes, such as terrain survey, strong earthquake relief and so on. Compared with wheeled robot and multi legged robot, the balance difficulty coefficient of biped robot walking on unstable road is greater. Compared with the traditional Proportion Integration Differentiation (PID) algorithm, the environmental factors have a great influence in the special working scene, so it cannot better control the balance of the biped robot;the fuzzy PID algorithm proposed in this paper can make the biped robot fast and stable in walking and can achieve the purpose of crossing obstacles. © 2023 IEEE.

The existing mine pressure monitoring system has already realised online continuous monitoring of the working face stent resistance, roadway roof off-loading and anchor rod/rope working resistance. However, the mine pressure monitoring information of the working face is only the stent resistance and monitoring time, and there is no information on the working face advance. When analysing the mine pressure data, no accurate analysis can be made due to the lack of measurement point locations. Mine pressure data analysis combined with the working face progress information is the basis for improving the safe and efficient mining and intelligent level of the comprehensive mining working face. This system adopts UWB (Ultra-Wide Band) technology and SDS-TWR (Symmetric Double-Sided Two-Way Ranging) positioning algorithm, takes UWB positioning base station as the core, installs positioning tags in the working face end bracket for information collection, and uploads the data to the supremacy computer for coordinate solving via Ethernet. The data is uploaded to the host computer via Ethernet for coordinate solving, automatically collects the working face advancement data, and provides location information for mine pressure monitoring. The application results show that the system operates normally, and can collect real-time working face advance information and monitor mine pressure data with good application effect. © 2023 IEEE.

Many studies have been conducted on Dijkstra Algorithm, and one of the implementations of those studies includes vehicle path selection or routing. A traditional Dijkstra Algorithm can compute simple path routing problems;however, it is not suitable for complex situations. This paper proposes an improved method of Dijkstra Algorithm that analyzes influencing factors, such as: traffic congestion, travel time reliability, weight of each equivalent path and then produces the best path according to each situation. This new method is a beneficial improvement in efficiency for shortest path search algorithms and reduces time complexity, and so, this paper applies the Dijkstra Algorithm to analyze travel routes between Bung Karno Stadium and Merlynn Park. A node diagram is created based on cost tables and transformed into cost metrics. The goal is to find the shortest route while considering traffic data and analyzing differences with road distances. The cost metrics are inserted into the Dijkstra Algorithm, resulting in minimum costs for each vertex from the source node. Two optimal travel paths are determined based on different datasets, highlighting the impact of traffic data. Further evaluations consider travel times and costs with and without traffic. Incorporating predicted traffic times into the algorithm improves travel cost predictions. This research concludes that the Dijkstra Algorithm is effective in solving the shortest route problem and can be applied to urban traffic networks with the inclusion of traffic predictions, addressing drawbacks and enhancing route planning effectiveness. © 2023 IEEE.

The article describes the design procedure and structural analysis of a robot arm model with four degrees of freedom capable of picking up and placing a 500-gram box-shaped object. The robot arm structure is based on the existing 4-degree-of-freedom robotic arms, then redesigned to meet the requirement and place objects in the Solidworks-designed project. The analysis of structure, stress, displacement, deformation, and safety factor is also performed. Utilize the Optimization tool in Solidworks to optimize the design of the end actuator of the robot arm. Finally, a robotic arm prototype proving the reliability of the analysis process has been presented. © 2023 ACM.

Cities world over are becoming more congested as people moving into them for better living conditions. Such fast migration towards cities puts heavy demands on city resources. One of the resources that suffers an impact almost immediately is the open spaces in cities. Open spaces are the public spaces that are accessed by people freely for different purposes. Open spaces help citizens maintain a healthy life by relieving stresses. The open spaces visited by people at night must provide adequate lighting for them to engage in their activities. It is seen that many open spaces waste energy as the lights have been on throughout the nights irrespective of usage of the space. In this paper, the authors propose a security aware lighting control system that helps minimize the energy waste without compromising on security. A prototype implementation was tested and the results were positive promising real field implementations. © 2023 IEEE.

Aiming at the demand for a low-cost and precision robotic polishing force control device, this paper proposes a new polishing device driven by a coupled active-passive compliant mechanism, whose active compliant mechanism is composed of a cylinder, while the passive compliant mechanism is formed by three springs. The active-passive compliant mechanism is designed between a cylindrical dynamic/static platform, and the stiffness of this device is analyzed by the finite element method. Based on this, the static model of this device was analyzed, the relationship model between the cylinder air pressure and the output force of the device was obtained, and a real-time polishing force obtaining model based on a one-dimensional force sensor was proposed. Finally, the principle prototype of this device was developed to establish a polishing test platform, and a series of contact force-obtaining comparison experiments were conducted with a 6-D force sensor under different postures, and good experiment results were obtained to verify the accuracy of the proposed polishing force obtaining model and the practicality of the active-passive compliant coupling polishing device. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper presents a thorough strategy to improve social control of food safety through the application of cutting-edge blockchain technology. There are multiple sections to this article. Every section of the proposal is broken down into a different topic. The introduction starts out by giving background information on two major subjects: blockchain technology and food safety management systems. It is a problem-focused solution that makes use of blockchain technology's decentralized structure. Describe the steps taken in the construction of a smart contract to address the stated issue. The main objective is to make sure that reliable information is integrated and traceable throughout the whole food supply chain. A mathematical model is the conclusion. In result, this essay investigates how blockchain technology might support social governance of food safety. It offers more than just a conceptual foundation. However, it also provides a functioning prototype system that exemplifies how blockchain technology might transform food safety management by encouraging trust, dependability, and collaboration among all parties involved in the food supply chain. © 2023 IEEE.
