The FASTQ format is a common genome file format generated by sequencing, mainly composed of identifiers, bases and quality scores. The quality score is an indicator representing the error rate of a base, which corresponds to the base. Although the compression of bases has achieved remarkable developments in recent years, the compression of quality scores remains challenging. This paper mainly improves ACO, a compression algorithm for quality scores. The main content of the algorithm includes the following parts. In terms of traversal quality scores, we comprehensively consider the sequencing process and the principle of FASTQ file generation. Instead of using the traditional raster scanning order, we choose a more reasonable serpentine traversal order. Base changes are introduced as contextual information. The weighted average of the quality score sequence is used as the index of the statistical characteristics of the sequence to perform clustering to improve the coding performance. © 2023 SPIE.

This paper focuses on the navigation and obstacle avoidance problems of intelligent mobile robots in a tax environment. Through combining the improved jump point search (JPS) and dynamic window approach (DWA) algorithms, a fusion path planning method is proposed for the mobile robots in tax services. Specially, a bi-directional JPS algorithm with an adaptive heuristic function is provided to decrease the search complexity and improve search flexibility in the global path planning. Meanwhile, considering the features of the tax environment, several evaluation subfunctions are particularly designed to leverage the global information and optimize the local path planning. Finally, various simulations and experiments in a Turtlebot3 robot validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method. The obtained results provide valuable guidance for the autonomous navigation research of the tax service robots. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper presents a combined diffusion policy on the orthogonal gradient-based algorithm using adaptive averaging leaky criterion. A mixed-node criterion is described by orthogonal projection matrix of its own tap-weight vector, while information of other connected nodes are undisturbed. An adaptive leaky algorithm is applied for fast convergence with low complexity. By minimising a mixed-node cost function, the distributed estimation is verified in terms of adapt-then-combine strategy over the distributed network. Statistical experimental results on system identification examine that a proposed algorithm can provide promising results in form of mean square error criterion. © 2023 IEEE.

Communication technology advancements have a profound impact on the automotive sector. On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) devices are standard in many modern passenger vehicles and are available for retrofitting in others. A connected car is one that is equipped with several sensors and can relay vehicle data to improve user convenience, safety, and fuel economy. The Internet of Things (IoT) has the ability to analyse the vast amounts of driving data generated in real time by sensors in connected vehicles in order to provide useful inference or advice to drivers (IoT). The availability of such a wealth of data inspired the creation of a data-supported solution to promote cost-effective and riskfree vehicular transportation. © 2023 IEEE.

The amount of physical objects and sensors used in internet of things technology is increasing constantly but due to the high latency of loT data, it is unable to host this data by Cloud Computing. There has not been sufficient research on automating components to cope with real-time tasks and big data in Fog - Cloud assisted Internet of Things ecosystem, despite all challenges in processing big data of loT sensors present on the cloud. For example, devising automated data transfer to the cloud layer from the fog layer that includes massively distributed appliances is difficult. Dealing with decentralized appliances in fog and loT layer, and considering fog as a supporting processing layer led to assume other automated means to handle the current heterogeneity. The heterogeneity and big data challenges helped in making other automated components for fog resilience that have addressed the third challenge of the ecosystem. The processing of tasks in loT layer becomes autonomous of the cloud layer due to fog resiliency. The main innovation of this study is to explore and investigate automatic functions to form a taxonomy that assists researchers to develop algorithms for various applications of loT. Through this scientific research, the authors showed automatic functions with respect to each challenge. © 2023 IEEE.

Electroencephalography (EEG) is frequently utilized in investigations including neuroscience, neural engineering, and biomedical engineering, because of its benefits, such as non-invasiveness, high temporal resolution, and relatively low cost, Nevertheless, the raw EEG data are frequently corrupted by physiological artifacts and many noises, such as cardiac artifacts, myogenic artifacts, and ocular artifacts. Artifacts can have a negative impact on an EEG signal and can be reduced or eliminated using existing deep learning-based EEG signal denoising techniques. However, when the acquired EEG data has significant artifacts, they typically experience performance degradation. In order to address this problem, we introduced the 2x3R-CNN and compared it to four deep learning-based methods: fully connected neural network (FCNN), basic convolution network, and deep reinforcement learning (simple CNN), complex convolution network (complex CNN), and recurrent neural network (RNN) to remove muscle and ocular artifacts from EEG signal. The experimental results demonstrate that, on the EEGdenoiseNet dataset, the proposed model outperforms the existing approaches. © 2023 IEEE.

Customer satisfaction is one of the most important things in the marketplace to evaluate the customer's impression of the service in the marketplace. Customer satisfaction is measured in five aspects, i.e., the application user interface, application features, discounts and promotions, ease of access to the applications, and customer service. This paper used three classification algorithms in data mining: KNN, Decision Tree, and Naïve Bayes to classify customer satisfaction. Calculation of the algorithms performed in this paper using the Rapid Miner. There are two experiments on each algorithm using the RapidMiner application, but the method used to calculate data is undoubtedly different. There are 549 data taken from marketplace user surveys, namely Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada. The highest accuracy result obtained was 96.36%, with a precision of 96.97% and a recall of 98.96% of the classification using the Decision Tree algorithm through the second experiment. From these results, it can be inferred that Decision Tree is the most accurate algorithm in this paper because it has the highest accuracy when performing experiments. According to the results of this research, we desire to be an accurate reference source that can be used by marketplaces to obtain information on customer satisfaction and improve their service. © 2023 IEEE.

Now a days, without network and advanced computer technologies we can't able to transfer data among users. Among this the security is the biggest issue with the CPS system. The major issue is figuring out how to increase these systems' security while still doing it effectively. In order to overcome the issues this survey proposes several techniques for providing security of cyber-physical systems using reversible computing and cellular automata. Sensor networking and sensor design technology have witnessed rapid growth in the last few decades. The world is going forward in the direction of automation and efforts are being made to reduce human intervention in every field. Sensor technology along with active devices and other smart algorithms has given rise to Wireless Sensor and Actuator Networks (WSANs). Sensors monitor the physical parameters in any environment in which they are deployed or installed and actuators collect the sensing data, process the data and subsequently perform required actions without any need for a central controller. WSAN is an advanced version where users can sense and control. It is smarter than Wireless Sensor Network (WSN). Both features of sense and control find their uses in a wide variety of applications. This paper elucidates complete architecture, boon and bane along with applications of WSAN technology. Presented article highlights recent developments in the field of WSAN and delineate the subsequent challenges. © 2023 IEEE.
