Brain-computer interfaces (BCI) based on EEG have attracted extensive research and attention worldwide, while motor imagery (MI), mental arithmetic (MA), and P300 event-related potentials are a few of the more commonly used *** Transformer(ViT) is a new Transformer model that has superior global processing power compared to Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) and Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN).In this study, we propose a hybrid CNN-Transformer based model that uses CNN to convolve EEG signals in time and space, followed by ViT for global processing, and finally optimizes the model using 10-run × 10-fold cross-validation and validates it on a publicly available dataset of 29 subjects. Final accuracies of 87.23% and 90.79% were achieved on the MI and MA tasks, respectively. Compared to other literature, the model achieved higher classification accuracies. © 2023 IEEE.

Activity detection in videos embraces many recent sub-research directions, such as Action Recognition (what type of activity is being performed), Temporal Action Detection (that states the time of action occurred in a large video), Spatio-Temporal Action Detection (localizing activities both in space and time). New advances in convolutional Neural Network Architectures and increased computing resources have made it possible. 3 Dimensional CNNs outperform 2D CNNs in balancing both spatial and temporal information in activity recognition while working with videos. Various approaches which incorporate these networks have been discussed in the paper. Locating a specific action in a video is an advanced and more complex task. Our focus of the paper is to give a summary of methods and advances used in the domain of action recognition and action localization. © 2023 IEEE.

With the continuous innovation and development of artificial intelligence(AI) technology, it is widely used in electrical automation engineering, and the construction of electrical automation control system has become very important. As we all know, large and heavy mechanical and electrical equipment has the disadvantages of huge volume, expensive price, complicated design and operation, and harsh production environment. It is very difficult to carry such equipment at will, and it is not allowed to run and operate these equipment at will, which also requires high professional quality of designers. With the help of the highly interactive and realistic three-dimensional virtual space environment provided by this system, the seamless link between classroom theoretical study and factory field practice can be realized. Using this system, we have successfully developed the simulation training system of automobile driving, the simulation simulation of spring sorter, the simulation training system of laparoscopic surgery, the simulation program of vise clamp and rolling clamp. Therefore, it is necessary to combine AI technology to realize the reasonable construction of the system. This paper studies the development of computer and AI technology, and puts forward the application of AI technology in the field of mine electrical automation control, expounds the design idea of the system, and provides reference for research and practice. © 2023 IEEE.

The vegetable commodities sold by fresh merchants have short freshness and decrease with time, and need to be replenished and pricing decisions every day. the optimization of replenishment and pricing strategy can effectively improve the efficiency of commercial surplus, meet the market demand, and achieve sustainable operation. in this paper, in order to analyze the relationship between the total sales volume of each vegetable category and the cost plus pricing, and to predict the pricing strategy and the total replenishment volume in the next week, firstly, the relationship charts of sales volume, unit cost, and profit rate of six categories are fitted respectively. after goodness of fit evaluation and analysis, the fitting effect of most categories is better, and the fitting function expressions of six categories are given. then, a linear programming model was constructed with the goal of maximizing supermarket revenue and the net sales volume, pricing, and unit cost of each vegetable as decision variables. for the maximum sales volume constraint in the constraint conditions, the sarima algorithm was used to forecast the vegetable demand based on seasonal test and periodic effect test, and the predicted value was taken as the maximum sales constraint. finally, the solution is based on a genetic algorithm. the results show that the profit rate of pepper is the largest, the profit rate is the lowest, and the more stable flowering vegetables. © 2023 IEEE.

A generic anti-windup compensation strategy under Linear Active Disturbance Rejection Control scheme is proposed. The difference, between the controller output and the actuator output, after multiplied by a tunable parameter, together with controller output, is fed back to the extended state observer to compensate controller windup. While windup problem arises in control system, the controller output is expectedly produced, and the disadvantageous influence of nonlinearity on closed-loop dynamics is distinctly alleviated. The approach is employed to a near space vehicle with fin-deflection saturation. The numerical simulations show that the proposed approach has the better effectiveness in active disturbance rejection control designed situation than some previous anti-windup compensation strategy. © 2023 IEEE.

Smart hydroponics farming is a modern technique for growing plants in nutrient-rich water rather than soil. The Nutrient Film technology is a hydroponic system that circulates a thin film of nutrient-rich water over the roots of the plants, allowing for optional nutrient and oxygen absorption. We propose an improved end-To-end Multiscale Convolutional Neural Network with Large Kernel (LKMCNN) for bearing fault diagnosis in this paper. The LKMCNN is an end-To-end network, which can automatically extract features from the original vibration signal and accurately diagnose bearing fault without any manual feature selection operations. The LKMCNN can extract features at a wide-scale by using a large convolution kernel, which can effectively prevent information loss and improve the robustness of the model. Benefit from the adaptively features extraction of short-Term, medium-Term, and long-Term periods by three parallel convolution operation with different kernel size, the adaptability and robustness of the model are improved. Compared with three excellent baseline models, the LKMCNN achieves state-of-The-Art performance in bearing fault diagnosis by experiments using Paderborn bearing fault dataset. © 2023 IEEE.

Detecting faces and fingerprints within images serves as a pivotal component in multiple computer vision applications. These applications encompass but are not limited to face recognition, facial expression analysis, and biometric systems designed for fingerprint identification. Owing to the considerable variation within the same class of images due to environmental influences on facial characteristics, the automated detection of faces and fingerprints poses a challenging binary classification task. In our research, we introduce an approach that combines a cascade face detection method with fingerprint data. This method leverages various types of features and classifiers for step-by-step elimination of non-face elements in the authentication process. The candidate feature set is constructed using Haar cascade and Minutiae points features of various granularities. Experimental results show enhanced performance in comparison to cutting-edge techniques. © 2023 IEEE.
