This study is devoted to exploring the automation and intelligence technology of educational process assisted by algorithms. By integrating and analyzing the usage data of various learning resources and deeply studying different student groups, this paper studies and evaluates the effectiveness of the hybrid recommendation algorithm based on content recommendation and collaborative filtering and the student performance prediction and personalized recommendation algorithm based on integrated learning in personalized learning resource recommendation, educational process automation and improving teaching efficiency. The results show that the algorithm can effectively improve students' learning participation and meet individual needs by accurately matching learning resources. At the same time, automation technology significantly reduces the burden of teachers' teaching management and improves the immediacy of feedback and the pertinence of teaching. The results of this study provide useful reference and enlightenment for the profound changes in the future education field. Algorithm-assisted educational automation and intelligent technology not only optimizes the learning experience, but also injects new vitality into the sustainable development of education. © 2024 IEEE.

In order to make the endpoint temperature prediction hit rate and velocity meet the requirements, in this paper, the extreme learning machine(ELM) is used to build a model which predicts the endpoint temperature of the AOD refining furnace, and the model is trained with the real production data to search the nonlinear variation law between the input quantity and the endpoint temperature. The sparrow search algorithm(SSA) is used to adjust the parameters of model to improve the hit rate of ELM. By comparing with other prediction models, found that the model is better than the preoptimized temperature model in prediction hit rate and better than support vector regression(SVR) in prediction velocity, which is more suitable for guiding actual production. © 2023 SPIE.

The human computer interaction platform can be implemented in a variety of different ways because to the fact that webcams and other equipment, such as sensors, are both relatively inexpensive and readily available on the market. The use of gestures as a mode of communication between humans and machines is widely regarded as the most effective approach. The employment of hand gestures as a means of communication between humans and machines or computers is particularly helpful in achieving higher levels of information conveyance. The use of hand gestures as a form of nonverbal communication is something that can be put to use in a variety of contexts. Applications that make use of hand gestures have acquired a variety of alternative methodologies, including those that are backed by sensor technology and computer vision, according to research and survey reports. Research is expanding into new territory, particularly in the areas of pattern recognition and gesture recognition. Gestures of the hand can add a new layer of complexity to the operation of contactless computers. As a result, in this project, we produce software that shows a prototype of a system that is able to automatically recognize gestures and executes pc commands in response to certain motions. This software is shown as part of this project. Python is the language that we are utilizing to construct our solution, and we are taking advantage of integrated modules such as cv2 (OpenCV, or open source computer vision, is a collection of programming functions that is primarily geared toward real-time computer vision.) & Mediapipe (detects hand and fingers data points.) © 2023 IEEE.

As some fields can not adapt to the changes of the new situation in time, many problems are gradually exposed. For example, in modern electrical engineering, there are problems of poor overall performance and uneven structure, so we design the corresponding electrical control system based on big data technology, and apply it to practical work. This paper introduces the structure and main functions of the electrical control system, including data acquisition, information transmission and electrical control. We select a university students as the experimental object, the students are divided into two groups, group a students in the electrical control system design and implementation of big data technology, while group B students are still using the conventional method. The research results show that the electrical automation control system designed by group a students not only meets the requirements of intelligent dispatching, but also has a success rate of 75%, and 72% of the students in this group are satisfied with the technology applied in this experiment, and the work efficiency even reaches 95%. © 2023 SPIE.

In recent years, compressed sensing algorithms have received great attention in underwater passive source localization, but the classic sparse Bayesian learning localization method does not take into account the situation of environmental mismatch. To solve this problem, this paper proposes sparse Bayesian learning underwater source localization method based on matched beam (MBP-SBL). The method converts the pressure data received by the array into the beam domain through beamforming technology, and improves its robustness and resolution through beam filtering and sparse iteration in the beam domain. Simulation data and sea trial data in north Elba island are used to verify the proposed method. The results show that, compared with the classical Bartlett, MBP, MV-EPC and MFP-SBL methods, the method proposed in this paper is more tolerant to environmental mismatch while ensuring the localization result of high resolution and low side lobe. © 2023 IEEE.

One of the most important means of survival in a group is verbal exchange. In addition, according to the World Health Organization, over 5% of people worldwide have speech impairments as of 2021. This means that they lack a fundamental requirement for the survival of the human species. The "Sign Language" that these people use in their communities contains meanings, grammar, and vocabulary that everyone else may not understand. Our suggested approach focuses on developing a frame-based system that leverages deep learning, an advanced machine learning technology, to translate sign language into legible speech or text on an embedded device. Our algorithm processes the gathered samples by using an integrated webcam to record hand gestures in real-time. For improved performance, the model uses a dataset including one million images for each move. A 9:1 ratio has been established between the training and test sets of data. © 2023 IEEE.

Transmission line sag is an important index of safe and stable operation in the process of transmission line pay-off, and real-time monitoring has become an important research topic at home and abroad. In the process of pay-off, the tractive force and the change of pay-off environment may lead to the sag change of the transmission line. If the sag is too small, the tension of the wire will increase and the wire will break easily. If the sag is too large, the wire will dance easily. For the sag of overhead transmission line in the process of pay-off, how to measure the result quickly and accurately is an important problem. Based on computer vision technology and image processing technology, the feasibility of the scheme is determined by measuring and calculating the traverse sag of overhead transmission line. © 2024 SPIE.

At present, quadrotor UAVs are widely used in various fields. A large number of tests are required to verify quadrotor UAVs before they are put into operation. However, the current simulation tests of quadrotor UAVs can't meet the testing requirements well. In order to solve this problem, this paper introduces the digital twin technology, builds a virtual reality verification platform for quadrotor UAVs based on digital twins, and elaborates on its architecture. By constructing a virtual mapping of the real environment in the twin space and using a combination of digital modeling and simulation modeling, real-Time real-To-virtual mapping and real-Time virtual-To-real intelligent control are realized. Finally, by designing experiments from real to imaginary and from imaginary to real, the analysis of the experimental results proves that the quadrotor UAV virtual reality verification platform can achieve real-Time mapping of quadrotor UAV flight state as well as real-Time reverse control. It is verified that the platform can effectively reduce the risk of quadrotor UAVs in the test process, thereby reducing the test cycle and cost of quadrotor UAVs. © 2023 IEEE.

IPT system is widely used in wireless charging of EVs. In this paper, a simulation model of typical IPT system based on LCC-LCC resonant network is established. By conducting simulations and analyzing the energy and efficiency traits of the system when exposed to varying load resistance, adjustable coupling coefficients, and frequency fluctuations, we obtain energy and efficiency curves for the system across different operational scenarios, which is of reference significance for the design of IPT system based on LCC-LCC resonant network. © 2023 IEEE.
