This project introduces a non-radiative wireless power transmission method for charging the batteries of drones, specifically unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). It involves the development of an advanced drone battery charging system consisting of a charging station equipped with wireless power transmitters and a receiver for drone battery charging. The system utilizes a resonance inductive coupling-based wireless power transmission technique. While the efficiency of power transmission in inductive coupling is reliant on a strong coupling between the transmitter and receiver, drones often struggle to land accurately on charging stations or devices to achieve maximum coupling for efficient wireless power transfer. To align the transmitter and the receiver for the coupling without loss, infrared sensors and the ultrasonic sensors are used and the power is transmitted. However, the proposed system is a novel approach based on the hill Embedded automation system to regulate the coupling without the need for physical sensors. © 2023 IEEE.

Cloud computing has become an essential technology for businesses and individuals, providing a flexible and scalable way to store, process and access data and applications. As cloud usage continues to grow, there is a need to optimize resource allocation and minimize costs. The auction mechanism in cloud computing is important because it ensures that cloud resources are allocated to customers based on their needs and budget. Cloud providers set the initial price for the resources and customers can bid above or below this price. The auction typically lasts for a specified time, and the resources are allocated to the highest bidder at the end. This paper proposes an RNN-based resource allocation strategy for cloud computing. The proposed strategy leverages the power of recurrent neural networks to predict future resource demands of cloud applications and dynamically allocate resources accordingly. The RNN model is trained on historical data of resource usage and can capture the temporal patterns and correlations in the data. The proposed strategy is evaluated through experiments on a real-world cloud platform, and the results demonstrate that it outperforms existing resource allocation strategies regarding both resource utilization and application performance. The Proposed approach outperforms existing mechanisms in terms of enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of cloud computing systems. © 2023 IEEE.

The bat algorithm (BA) was a kind of meta-heuristic algorithm that was simple and efficient in optimization, it had been widely applied in various fields. To improve the capability of the original BA, two methods used frequently in improvements were proposed in this paper: the gradient and sub-gradient methods, together with the Levy flights. Simulation experiments were carried out on the representatives of unimodal and multimodal benchmark functions. Results confirmed that not all traditional improvements were effective, some of the improved BA even work worse than the original one. In today's digital landscape, there's a growing need for realtime, precise handwritten digit classification in fields like finance and education. This study introduces a hardware neural network system, based on the perceptron model, solely for digit classification. Using Very-Large-Scale Integration (VLSI) and Verilog, it employs a hybrid approach that combines parallel processing and pipelining to boost computational efficiency. The perceptron, a key deep learning algorithmic model, lies at the core of this system, calculating weighted input sums and applying nonlinear sigmoid functions to produce output values. This hardware architecture enables simultaneous processing of 98 data points per clock cycle, significantly reducing multiplier and adder usage. Simulations affirm the system' s efficiency, recognizing all ten digits within 115 clock cycles. This research highlights the synergy between machine learning and hardware design, unveiling specialized hardware's potential in realtime applications. Although this study excels in handwritten digit recognition, future work aims to expand the test set and optimize resource usage further. This work epitomizes the fusion of machine learning and hardware design, offering innovative possibilities across domains as technology advances and refines relentlessly. © 2023 IEEE.

Environment perception tasks, including target detection, distance estimation, and other charges, are essential components of autonomous driving systems or automation systems. Among them, target distance value estimation is used to achieve tasks such as collision avoidance in automated systems. Although the target distance estimation task is indispensable, few related studies exist. This paper proposes a model combined with a deformable convolution kernel attention mechanism for monocular ranging tasks. Compared with previous distance estimation deep learning models, introducing the attention mechanism can better grasp the relationship between the target and the global situation. At the same time, deformable convolution can better capture the characteristics of different targets and reduce the impact of the background on the results. Experiments have proven that distance estimation and other models based on attention mechanisms perform better. Based on the basic model, we introduce a multi-task tool and conduct joint training through joint pixel-level tasks, which can better combine the global information of the target and allow the model to obtain better expressive capabilities. Through ablation experiment comparison, we can find that multi-task joint is after training, and the performance of the basic model can be significantly improved. © 2023 IEEE.

The expression of emotions through images is said to be much more effective than via text. Therefore, it is important to develop an image-based model for sentiment analysis. The objective of visual sentiment analysis is to determine how various types of images affect viewers' emotions. Despite the fact that this topic is still relatively young, numerous strategies have been created for a variety of data sources and issues, leading to a substantial body of study. During sentiment analysis, feelings are sorted into optimistic, unpleasant, and unbiased categories. With the aid of machine learning, this work provides an analysis of the most recent advancement, theoretical and practical ideas defining an improvement in sentiment analysis for entertainment applications, specifically on social media. This work aims to focus at latest studies in emoticon-based sentiment analysis and machine learning for review images. © 2023 IEEE.

A climate recognition system (CRS) based on transfer learning (TL) technique has been proposed for multi-classification of collected climatic images based on 4 different climatic classes. MobileNetv2 model along with a simple CNN classifier has been fusion up to develop an efficient and sustainable CRS for recognition and classification of various climatic conditions in different terrains. Rainy, sunny, foggy, and windy climatic classes have been considered for multi-classification which resulted in the best recognition accuracy of 98.75% in the case of the sunny climatic class. The proposed work has also discussed the methodological milestones adopted for the conduction of the experiment, with prominent challenges encountered. Additionally, the proposed technology contributes to the provision of sustainable support for education and quality of life. The observation and findings of the proposed work have proved the efficiency, sustainability, and efficacy of the TL approach for developing CRS. © 2023 IEEE.

To build smart medical recommendation system the data needs to be collected from laboratories. The system is intended to provide services as control and manage data samples, industry standards, real test results, reports, human resources in the laboratories, machines, tiny instruments, and automation of the workflow. Combining the data from the laboratories and medical institutions enable ease of communication without time delay. The challenging task is that identifying appropriate hardware and software components which provides compatibility in collecting data and their processing steps, repository storage, secured distribution, and the policies used for information representation in the results. In order to automate the entire process of medical recommendation system the metric parameters are used for determining the efficiency and productivity of the lab to enhance the quality of control systems. The vulnerability lies in maintaining traditional way of records in paper and error in the data. The purpose of this project is to develop the process of daily tasks will be computed through the database using pattern recognition techniques. © 2023 IEEE.

The system of automatic control of an object with interval parameters is considered. Its model is represented by a characteristic polynomial with interval coefficients, which linearly include adjustable controller parameters. The problem of determining their values for which the system has an aperiodic transient process is solved. The decision is based on the desired location of the segment of the dominant real pole of the system in accordance with the principle of dominant poles. © 2023 IEEE.
