To measure the bipolar voltage at a unipolar power supply (from the USB port), many data acquisition units have a complex input circuit containing a voltage divider and a bias voltage source. An ad-hoc correction technique of error due to input resistance of data acquisition (DAQ) units without reference and high-precision equipment is proposed. The technique does not require complex hardware and software. With the rapid development and popularization of e-commerce, an increasing number of consumers are inclined to shop online. According to statistical data, 95% of people rely on product reviews to understand the pros and cons of products. For e-commerce enterprises, utilizing product review information for text mining has become a crucial means. In view of this, this study employs the Python language and utilizes the selenium automation tool to simulate browsing and scrape JD mobile phone reviews. The collected review information is then subjected to cleaning and preprocessing operations. Finally, through customer rating visualization, high-frequency words in the comments, word cloud generation, and social network analysis, a preliminary understanding of the scraped review information is obtained, providing reliable references for consumers' shopping decisions. © 2023 ACM.

Semantic segmentation matters in unmanned driving. The accuracy of semantic segmentation determines whether the vehicle can accurately identify the object on the road during driving. At present, the most popular semantic segmentation algorithm is deep learning network model with convolutional neural network as the main body, while SegFormer based on encoder and decoder proposed in recent years has not been introduced into the field of unmanned semantic segmentation. Aiming at this problem, this paper firstly divides the city road images into several small blocks. Secondly, the obtained block is sent to the encoder as input to get the multilayer feature maps. Finally, the feature maps are sent to the decoder predictive segmentation mask. On the Cityscape dataset, using SegFormer improved mIoU accuracy by an average of 6.564% compared to algorithms such as DeepLabV3+ and FPN, and SegFormer mIoU(ms+flip) similarly improved accuracy by an average of 6.072% in the case of data enhancement. It can be seen that SegFormer has unique advantages in the field of semantic segmentation, and will play an infinite potential in unmanned driving technology. © 2023 IEEE.

As an extremely significant class of system, the stability analysis problem of nonlinear systems has always been a research hotspot. This paper studies the intermittent control problem of nonlinear systems, and represents the system as a Takagi Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model system. In order to stabilize the nonlinear systems, the intermittent control with variable switching rate control strategy is put out. In the proposed method, the sequence of switching rate is both variable and monotonically diminishing. In addition, this method can also be used to estimate the range of control gain K. Finally, numerical simulation outcomes validate the method's viability and efficiency. © 2023 IEEE.

Scratch defects on the surface of many tiny components are difficult to be solved by machine vision technology, and the algorithm needs to be constantly evolved. Therefore, based on image processing technology, a method of extracting scratch defects on the surface of components based on Gaussian filtering in frequency domain filtering is proposed. Firstly, in the early image preprocessing, the Gaussian filter is used to filter the image, and then the Hough transform algorithm is used to represent the contour, and the image morphology is analyzed. Finally, the Gabor filter is used to extract the scratch defects. © 2023 IEEE.

Although great progress has been made in the research on rehabilitation exoskeletons based on steady-state visually evoked potential (SSVEP)-based brain-computer interface (BCI), some factors that limit the practical applications of rehabilitation exoskeletons based on BCIs still exist. On the one hand, traditional SSVEP-BCI uses the computer screen (CS) to generate visual stimuli, which leads to poor portability, on the other hand, most BCIs are in a synchronous mode, which prevents users from autonomously controlling the system. To overcome these two problems, augmented reality (AR) technology is introduced to generate the visual stimuli, and an asynchronous control method based on the blocking phenomenon of alpha waves is proposed in this study. The offline experiment is designed to determine the classification threshold of the idle state and control state and compare the different performances of SSVEP-BCI with and without an AR environment. Finally, an intelligent rehabilitation exoskeleton platform is used for online validation. Results of the online experiment indicate that all subjects could control the rehabilitation exoskeleton to complete the rehabilitation tasks, which indicates the applicability of the intelligent rehabilitation exoskeleton system and improves the potential for application of the rehabilitation exoskeleton based on BCI. © 2023 IEEE.

Man-made consciousness means to lessen our physical association with electronic devices. Using voice, body language, and other techniques, this technology is currently being developed to enhance our natural interactions with gadgets. Because they enable us to carry out our day-to-day responsibilities with straightforward commands, virtual personal assistants (VPAs) are rapidly gaining popularity. Virtual personal assistants (VPAs) based on various use cases have been developed by numerous multinational corporations, including intelligent devices like Echodot and Alexa. These virtual assistants are having a drawback of security and data theft, So here IntelliNeo, The intelligent personal assistant is designed in such a way that it addresses the security aspects and also allow us to customize our Virtual Personal Assistant (VPA) based on our needs. The methodology of building IntelliNeo involves Voice Acknowledgment, Text Processing, and the added advantage of active background noise cancellation makes our assistant stand out from the competition. Ultimately the purpose of IntelliNeo is to effortlessly automate the daily tasks of its user. In order to rapidly build a real-Time non-contact vital sign monitoring system, this study establishes a real-Time non-contact heart rate, respiratory rate and oxygen saturation monitoring system based on a laptop camera. In the paper, the minimum hardware requirements are analyzed, three common face detection models are compared, the selection of ROI for each physiological parameter is determined, a suitable time window is selected, the physiological parameter solving method is clarified, and key technologies such as data stability are addressed. Through the analysis of the filtered real-Time three-channel physiological parameters waveform, the filtered waveform is clear and smooth with good signal quality and obvious peaks in the frequency domain analysis graph. The average error of heart rate is 2 beats per minute, respiration rate is 4.6 beats per minute and blood oxygen is 5% in the quasi-static experimental environment, with good accuracy, which can provide a reference for building a real-Time non-contact physiological parameters monitoring system. © 2023 IEEE.
