This paper proposes a method to reduce the energy consumption of an industrial disassembly process implemented on a production line by using an energy-efficient secondary disassembly process. In the case of defective products, the flow directs the simple product with priority to be disassembled in workstation (WS) 7. Therefore, all defective products are redirected to WS7. The disassembly of all simple products in WS7 is problematic for two reasons: the power consumption of WS7 is high compared to the other workstations, additionally there is an increased possibility of bottlenecks in the production line due to the high disassembly time. The proposed solution to reduce the possibility of deadlock and reduce power consumption is to redirect the defective products to the flexible cell (FC). Handling robots located in neighboring stations will participate collaboratively in the disassembly process. The control structure ensures that the two robots 'meet' in the boundary plane of WS3 with WS4 and disassemble each component through collaborative tasks. Collaborative control of disassembly is thought of as a solution to the global 'fluidization' of production, removing the bottleneck, from the overall flow, but also as an ingenious solution to reduce energy consumption. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper describes a suggested prototype to carry out the automatic classification of requests from a Port Help Desk. It intents to ascertain if the implementation of this framework is viable for this sector. For this purpose different models were employed, such as SVM, Decision Tree, Random Forest, LSTM, BERT and a SVM hierarchical model. To verify their efficiency these models were evaluated using Precision, Recall and F1-Score metrics. We obtained F1-Scores of 94.36% and 92.48% when classifying the request's category and group respectively. A F1-Score of 93.41% while using a SVM model for category classification when employing a hierarchical classification architecture. © 2024 The Author(s). Published by Elsevier B.V.

Each nation's economic sector depends heavily on agriculture. Every day, more people live on the planet, which raises the requirement of food. For the time being, farmers' conventional methods are unable to meet the demand. As a result, new automation techniques are launched to meet these needs and give many people in this industry excellent job prospects. In every industry, including banking, robotics, agriculture, and education, artificial intelligence(AI) has emerged as one of the most crucial technologies. It is playing a very important part in the agriculture sector and changing the agriculture industry. AI protects the agricultural sector from a variety of concerns, including food safety, population expansion, climate change, and employment problems in this industry. Due to AI, the agriculture system of today has advanced to a new level. Real-time crop monitoring, production, harvesting, processing, and marketing have all been enhanced by artificial intelligence. Numerous cutting-edge computer-based systems are created to identify several significant factors, including weed identification, yield identification, crop quality, and many others. © 2023 IEEE.

This article uses ARIMA model and BP (Back Propagation) neural network model, which is a nonlinear system with the most significant feature of high adaptability. This algorithm takes n samples of the research object as the input layer nodes of the neural network, takes the expected results as the corresponding output nodes, calculates weights and thresholds, and calculates the error values of the actual and predicted results. K-Means is a commonly used key method. Firstly, we need to randomly determine K as the initial point centroid. Then, each point in the dataset is assigned to a cluster and will be assigned a cluster corresponding to its centroid. The main idea of SVM is to find a hyperplane in the feature space, thereby separating as many data points of different categories as possible and maximizing the distance from the hyperplane. For linearly non separable data, it is necessary to select an appropriate kernel function to map the data into a high-dimensional space, so that the data can be linearly separable within the high-dimensional space. We use numerical optimization methods such as sequence minimum optimization (SMO) to solve the objective function and find the hyperplane parameters and thresholds that maximize the margin. AdaBoost (Adaptive Boosting) is an ensemble learning algorithm. It iteratively trains a series of weak classifiers and adjusts sample weights based on their performance to obtain higher weights for misclassified samples, thereby making the next weak classifier more focused on sampling these misclassified samples. Regarding the selection of weak classifiers, a weak classifier with poor performance will be selected in each iteration, in order to pay more attention to these misclassified samples in the next iteration and improve overall performance. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper, an original method of semantic objects classification and segmentation data was proposed, which uses 2d and 3d data models. This method has been tested for the task of classifying archaeological sites. The information about the semantic characteristics of archaeological objects was obtained using state-of-art methods for semantic segmentation of the environment, such as YOLO and 3DEF. These methods have been improved by observing an archaeological site from several viewing points. In order to improve the accuracy and performance of the procedure for detecting archaeological sites, the Bayes formula which allow to use collaboratively detector YOLO and 3DEF semantic segmentation method was used. A comparative analysis with various combinations of 2D and 3D detection methods was carried out, the results of computer simulation were presented and discussed. © 2023 IEEE.

Raspberry Pi (RPi) is a small single board computer. The proposed work connects the peripherals devices along with the Raspberry Pi to locate the products present in the automobile sector. RPi is primarily focused for many real time applications specifically in image and video processing applications. Though the performance of the RPi is comparatively slow than the personal computer, but it can provide all the expected features or abilities with less power consumption. RPi has a wide range of applications in various fields, some of them are Education, Home automation, Gaming, Robotics, computer vision. This paper proposed a novel approach for identifying the automobile product using RPi version 4. This proposed approach helps to locate the automobile products in the kitting area. © 2023 IEEE.

Human Gait Recognition (HGR) is a biometric system that is exploited for security purpose over the past few years. The efficiency of gait detection is affected by different features namely walking surfaces, wearing clothes, and carrying a bag. Moreover, detection from divergent views is a complicated problem in HGR. Numerous approaches were proposed for HGR using classical and DL methods but the conventional technique is not appropriate for massive data. This study leverages Ensemble Learning Model for Human Gait Recognition in Human computer Interface (ELMHGA-HCI) technique. The ELMHGA-HCI technique intends to recognize various kinds of human gaits to assist HCI applications. In the ELMHGA-HCI technique, Time Domain (TD) and Frequency Domain (FD) features from the input signals. For gait recognition, an ensemble of three DL models takes place namely Bidirectional Long Short Term Memory (BiLSTM), Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) and Recurrent Neural Network (RNN). To exhibit the enhancedgait recognition results of the ELMHGA-HCI technique, a widespread simulation analysis is done. The simulation outcomes pointed out the enhanced performance of the ELMHGA-HCI approach over other existing techniques. © 2023 IEEE.

Singing Voice Conversion is an audio processing technique designed to convert one singer's voice into another singer's voice, while preserving the singing characteristics and emotional expression in the original audio. Although this technol-ogy has been widely used in the field of music, attempts in the field of Chinese opera are very scarce. This paper attempts to transfer the timbre of popular singers to Chinese opera through the neural network-based vocoder model VITS to replace the original opera timbre, and finally achieve the effect of popular singers singing Chinese opera. The experimental results show that the generated audio can better maintain the timbre of popular singers, and can clearly feel the auditory characteristics of Chinese opera. © 2023 IEEE.

A t rustworthy technology that provides structured and logical solutions to the change of several areas is the Internet of Things (IoT). Numerous research and assessments have been conducted, and several methods for deploying IoT technology to agricultural regions have been devised. IoT might play a crucial role in identifying declining plant health and taking appropriate action. It is an important step toward smart farming. This study presents an approach for constructing an automated system to identify crop deterioration in its early phases, which are imperceptible to human eyes, in this study. This method helps to avoid major losses while also saving a substantial amount of time and effort. The proposed method employs sensors such as humidity, wetness, temperature, and plant leaf color to develop a recognition framework. The information obtained from the sensor is communicated to the Arduino clod for detecting the plant damage. In the upcoming years IoT plays a vital role in automation of agriculture. © 2023 IEEE.
