With the rapid development of network technology and the diversification of network attack methods, traditional network security protection methods have been difficult to cope with the emerging complex threats. The combination of big data and artificial intelligence technology in public network information security management can not only process and analyze a huge amount of network data, but also provide the ability to automatically identify and predict potential threats. This paper focuses on the application of big data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in threat intelligence collection, network traffic analysis, and network security automation. Finally, two sets of simulation results are as follows: In the public network information system, the system intrusion detection accuracy rate of the improved algorithm is improved by 7.5% on average compared with the traditional method, and the response time of network traffic monitoring is shortened by 2.7s on average. The improved algorithm model proposed in this paper can effectively help the government and enterprises to build a more secure network environment and protect the data security of individuals and organizations. © 2024 ieee.

With the development of AI model ecology pioneered by the large language models, data plays a more important and diversified role than the traditional one. In recent years, data problems have been increasingly noticed and voiced by developers, and it is crucial to understand the existing challenges that they are facing in reality, as well as the potential features of these problems. Unfortunately, we currently have relatively little knowledge in this area. To fill this gap, we conduct an empirical study based on 2,154 posts and 785 issues by collecting model data problems from three online communities (i.e., GitHub, Stack Overflow, and Hugging Face). We present the first taxonomy of data problems around model production encountered by developers, covering 11 topics in 4 categories. Then, we analyze the popularity and the difficulty of the posts and issues in the derived topics. We distill many findings from the study and present the practical implications from the perspectives of different audiences.

This study designed an edge computing system based on Raspberry Pi, which improved the real-time and effectiveness of industrial data through data collection, processing algorithms and model simulation. The system uses industrial protocols to realize data collection from multiple sensors, and completes preliminary data processing and feature extraction through the algorithm module of the edge node. The simulation part uses precise data analysis technology to evaluate the system performance. The results show that the scheme performs well in terms of latency and bandwidth occupancy, and significantly reduces the data transmission load. The reliability and scalability of the edge computing system based on Raspberry Pi in complex industrial environments have been verified. Through the research and implementation of this system, the application potential of Raspberry Pi in industrial Internet data collection is demonstrated, which provides a technical reference for the further development of intelligent manufacturing and lays the foundation for the promotion and application of edge computing in the industrial field. © 2024 ieee.

While investing a large amount of manpower and financial resources to obtain the results we need through experiments, it will inevitably generate a massive amount of experimental data. It is of great significance to deeply explore and utilize these data. In response to this, mathematical models were established for two-point interpolation, three-point interpolation, and least squares fitting. The key point in the interpolation and fitting process is exploring how to select data points, processing univariate and bivariate table data, ensuring accuracy, and verifying through simulation calculations. Research has shown that, using three-point interpolation and data extraction methods, the interpolation interval is about five times than two-point interpolation, and efficiency is significantly improved, under the condition of guaranteed accuracy. No matter how complex the table data is, and how high the engineering requirements for fitting accuracy are, it can be achieved by adjusting the fitting interval and data point interval, and fitting polynomial order according to the given method. © 2024 ieee.

This study explores implementing a digital twin network (DTN) for efficient 6G wireless network management, aligning with the fault, configuration, accounting, performance, and security (FCAPS) model. The DTN architecture comprises the Physical Twin Layer, implemented using NS-3, and the Service Layer, featuring machine learning and reinforcement learning for optimizing carrier sensitivity threshold and transmit power control in wireless networks. We introduce a robust "What-if Analysis" module, utilizing conditional tabular generative adversarial network for synthetic data generation to mimic various network scenarios. These scenarios assess four network performance metrics: throughput, latency, packet loss, and coverage. Our findings demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed what-if analysis framework in managing complex network conditions, highlighting the importance of the scenario-maker and the impact of twinning intervals on network performance.

Under the premise of the reform of the power system, the spot market has ushered in an era of vigorous development. In the face of the complex and diverse users and electricity bill settlement methods in the spot market, this study proposes a trial calculation method of complex and multi-user electricity charges in the spot market based on concurrent computing architecture. Based on the current situation of the spot market in China, this study establishes a learning model based on Apriori algorithm to explore the relationship between different electricity bill settlement packages and multiple users in the face of different types of electricity tariff calculation methods such as fixed time-sharing, tariff and hybrid and complex and diverse user categories. According to the correlation results, different electricity packages are applicable to different types of users, so the concurrent calculation method can be established to effectively improve the efficiency of electricity bill settlement.

The problem of forming standards and procedures for calculating indicators of the functioning of complex systems in conditions of uncertainty is solved. The methodology is based on the methodology of Bayesian intelligent technologies, which makes it possible to carry out modeling in conditions of limited, incomplete and fuzzy data, including single measurements. This methodology includes representation of measurements in the form of a fuzzy number;identification of the type of distribution;generation of samples of a given volume for factors characterizing the result and complex system functioning conditions in a given period of time;construction of a regression model based on the generated samples. The constructed models can used as a tool for calculating dynamic norms by substituting appropriate factors into the equation. © 2024 ieee.

data exchange has become increasingly important in modern business and research. Consequently, many initiatives are being developed worldwide to facilitate open data exchange in secure distributed marketplaces. Ideally, each party maintains control over their data and implements access through legal contracts, in the form of programmable policy. Such policy would express where the data exchange takes place, and who has access to the data. Inspired by how traditional Operating Systems abstract the complexities of computer architectures into standardized core functions, this research focuses on abstracting different data exchange patterns into a unified set of core data exchange microservices that adhere to agreed-upon data exchange policies. DYNAMOS implements a distributed data exchange platform and recreates real-life data exchange use cases. It is designed to be self-adaptive, utilizing extendable algorithms to generate dynamic microservice compositions and dynamically choose archetype patterns, influenced by policy, user input, or system events. In our study, we highlight key insights from our experience with a dynamic microservice platform. Employing sidecars for communication abstraction, protocol buffers for strict interface definition, and ephemeral single-use jobs for improved security emerged as pivotal strategies. However, these approaches do introduce a trade-off between operational speed and especially system complexity.

This article uses deep learning to explain how salt-responsive meningeal interleukin-17 T cells produce cognitive impairment from elevated blood pressure. The proposed method combines attention processes with carefully selected biological indicators to simplify and improve information. Using complete performance research and proven deep learning algorithms, the proposed method outperforms competitors in accuracy and training time. A detailed ablation investigation shows how attention processes and biological indicators affect model performance. Notably, the research identifies a tiny trade-off between model complexity and computer performance that can improve real-world operations. The suggested strategy benefits from being understandable, especially in biological situations where straightforward decision-making is crucial. The ablation investigation illustrates how attention processes simplify things and suggests model improvements. To conclude, deep learning simplifies the complex biochemical networks connected to cognitive impairment in high blood pressure patients. The recommended approach, which has been tested via rigorous assessments and ablation testing, is robust and intelligible, helps us understand how high blood pressure affects cognitive function, and allows for more targeted treatment. © 2024 ieee.
