the mobile robot's LiDAR loses accuracy in the complex road system of the factory campus, and the GNSS signal is easily blocked by buildings and becomes invalid, posing serious challenges to the positioning accuracy and robustness of the mobile robot equipped with a single sensor. this research presents a multi-sensor fusion mobile robot positioning strategy based on the LIO-SAM architecture to overcome the aforementioned issues. IMU data is handled at the front end for point cloud de-distortion, and a LIDAR odometer is used to output the location. the factor graph approach is used to optimize the back end. A better loopback detection technique based on Scan-Context is suggested. It makes use of the NDT algorithm's output to optimize the ICP algorithm's starting value in order to rectify trajectory drift and boost the loopback detection algorithm's effectiveness and accuracy. the strategy works well in complicated contexts, according to the study of the simulation experiment findings.

the paper describes a method of a black-box fuzzy model design based only on the system measured input/output quantity without necessity of any preliminary knowledge about the modeled system order and without any access to system state variables. the method is based on the use of continuous linear dynamic filters of the first order, which in practice are easily feasible and are always stable. the proposed methodology is applied in the fuzzy model design for a three-phase induction motor which represents a higher order nonlinear system. Simulation measurements in MATLAB confirmed the accuracy, effectiveness and good dynamic properties of the proposed fuzzy model and also its applicability to continuous dynamic systems with as little previous knowledge as possible. the aim of the article is to show that the automated fuzzy modeling techniques can be used also to obtain an accurate fuzzy model of a low complexity based on a set of series of measurements.

In this paper, an improved analytical model is presented for calculating the performance of single-sided linear induction motor that primary windings are made of high temperature superconductor (HTS). the analytic model based on accurate subdomain, which the electromagnetic state of the superconductor can be taken into account, for predicting the magnetic field and analyzing the structural parameters on performance in HTS SLIM. As compared withthe conventional analytic model, the accuracy of the proposed model, respecting the constraints linked to the physical and mechanical properties of the considered HTS tape, is observably improved. Finally, the finite element analysis (FEA) is used to verify the analytic model and compare it withthe experimental results obtained from the prototype of HTS SLIM.

Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), commonly known as drones, operate autonomously through remote control or software-managed flight plans, incorporating onboard sensors and a global positioning system (GPS). Originally developed for military purposes, drones have diversified into civilian applications, particularly within the medical and care-related domains, which are the focus of this research. the medical field faces challenges such as limited road access in urban areas, restricted entry to contagious disease zones, challenging terrain for human access, deployment in war zones, extended transportation times, and constrained operating hours. the utilization of drones addresses these challenges by facilitating real-time data collection, cost-effective payload delivery, and rapid advancements across commercial, industrial, and recreational sectors. Despite their potential, the integration of drone technology into the medical domain has been slow. Drones play a significant role in epidemiological tasks, including disease surveillance, disaster monitoring, and biological hazard surveillance. Telemonitoring, perioperative assessments, remote diagnostics, and treatment are enhanced through telecommunication drones.
