With so many sources of data having multimedia features, the amount of data needed to be processed have increased significantly and alarmingly. So processing these data on the system itself is becoming very inefficient due to limited resources of the system especially in case of mobile device with limited memory and battery life. Web service composition is a new technology for creating value-added services in the dynamic network environment and implies great application value, with the rapid development of Web services and Cloud computing, composite service requests are growing sharply. However, how service integrators intelligently to handle continuous arrival of composite service requests, ensure service quality of existing users while improving resource utilization is a challenge for urgent solution. This paper provides an intelligent admission control framework for composite services, which mainly including three aspects: Firstly, it proposes a global QoS constraints optimal decomposition method which decomposes global QoS constraints into local QoS constraints that each task in the composition process should satisfy, this step provides critical basis for admission judgment;Secondly, it proposes a reliable admission judgment method based on QoS dynamic prediction and QoS interference estimation, this method can improve the reliability of admission control. Finally, it provides a context-aware service resource adaptive scheduling method for assigning the most suitable resource to the new accepted request so as to improve the utilization of the whole service resources. Our study aims to reveal the general rules of admission control for composite service, provide methods to improve the quality of composite service and increase the utilization of the whole service resource.

IEEE 802.11 WLAN is a most promising and demandable technology for communication. But it is affected by faults in the Access Points (APs), which degrade the network performance. So the network should tolerate the faults to preserve its performance and efficiency. In our approach, we have designed a fault tolerance technique to resist the faults in APs. This consists of three phases: Design of Minimum Cost Spanning Tree, creating Node Priority Table and establishing route to connect the nodes by Network Survivability Algorithm. By this method, we get the network coverage area, priorities of the nodes according to the degree and a route to connect the nodes after AP failure. We have considered it for both Single-Point Failure and Multi-Point Failure, which show better results in tolerating the faults by utilising maximum number of nodes and making it a cost-effective model.

Multi-label classification is common in many domains such as text categorization, automatic multimedia annotation and bioinformatics, etc. Multi-label linear discriminant analysis (MLDA) is an available algorithm for solving multi-label problems, which captures the global structure by employing the forceful classification ability of the classical linear discriminant analysis. However, some lateststudies prove that local geometric structure is crucial for classification. In this paper, we present a new method called Multi-label Linear Discriminant Analysis with Locality Consistency (MLDA-LC) which incorporates local structure into the framework of MLDA. Specifically, we employ a graph regularized term to preserve the local structure for multi-label data. In addition, an efficient computing method is also presented to reduce the time and space cost of computation. The experimental results on three benchmark multi-label data sets demonstrate that our algorithm is feasible and effective.

The rise of BIM (building information modeling) has resulted in an expansion of computer technology in the AEC (architecture, engineering, and construction) industry. BIM allows for projects to become full digital models, bringing in information not only about appearance, but about performance and costs as well. It has also opened the door to more intelligent earlystage decisions: any changes can quickly be analyzed for the impact on the project. There are numerous variables that can result in significant changes in the construction cost and energy consumption of a building, and even in the simplest designs this can result in thousands of variable combinations (in complex designs this quickly grows into the hundreds of trillions). This results in an interesting combinatorial optimization problem: there is a discrete set of possible models that, due to practicality, must use some intelligent algorithms to find optimal models by exploring just a fraction of the possibilities. The field of MDO (Multidisciplinary Design Optimization) has expanded to the AEC industry, and typical attempts at optimization use generic genetic algorithms to move towards the best models [1, 2]. Genetic algorithms alone are limited in their power to find optimal design models, particularly when using recombination methods or when the sample space contains many local optima. Additionally, tools utilizing these algorithms face difficulties integrating with commonly used BIM software, making them impractical for realistic studies [3]. The research here presents a meta-heuristic algorithm that, rather than purely using a genetic algorithm, instead utilizes an ensemble of learning methods to combine separate classifiers to create a more accurate prediction of where in the sample space optimal models exist.
